      Extremly rude and very poor customer service. I do not recommend them at all. The lady who called me on the phone to tell me my product will be delivered was so abrupt and *****. She even hung up the phone on me the first time she called. I do not recommend this company at all. General Electrics need to know how this company treats customers. I think the headquarters also need to know how this company treats customers.

      I purchased a new GE fridge a year ago and it broke down, after several calls GE agreed to give me a new fridge ( thank you ) now here where another problem comes in, they day GE set up a delivery with spirit delivery services they showed up on time but damage a wall in my house. I called and spirit ask me to send a email with photos and they have not responder to me or will put me in touch with the manager or supervisor. I would like spirit to either fix the wall or send me a check to get it fixed. I would certainly not recommend this company for deliveries

      Horrible, wish I could give them minus 10 stars! I dont know why this company is still in business, and dont know why ***** and others still use them for deliveries. I dont even have the energy to describe everything I went through to set up delivery and installation of a dryer and haul away of old dryer four different times between Lowes and Spirit to no avail. Just read the other reviews. Spirit and **************** in ****** are dysfunctional and incompetent!

      A year ago, August 2022, we had to purchase a fridge from Lowes. No problem, right? The day of delivery, the team called and told us they were 15 minutes away. Never saw or heard from them again. Called spirit. The team had marked it delivered and added random photos of another home. And then they said it was never delivered anywhere. They took it back to the warehouse in ************, **. Spoke with ******, a manager at spirit, and he said that my husband and I would be compensated 655 dollars and some change for having to miss extra time at work and for the hassle of having to call around to find what had happened. Here we are a whole year later and I still have not received compensation. And when I call, all I hear is : its been approved. Just waiting for financing to send it out. We are really tired of waiting. Just print the check and put it in the mail already. It's been a year. I know my situation isn't as horrible as some others, but still. They owe Me money and I'm ready to be done with them completely.

      Ordered a dishwasher through ****** with installation. Spirit came out to install the dishwasher and said they could not do it because there was no shut-off value and to call a plumber. I called a plumber who came out and said you have a shut-off value already, maybe they didn't see it. Ok, so I called Spirit to come back. The team said they cannot work on it because the shut-off value is green in some spots, and although it wasn't leaking, I need a plumber to come back. I called the same plumber who is now laughing at their incompetence, replaces it with a brand new one. Today, a 3rd Spirit team comes back to install, only to tell me that because I have an L-shaped counter, they are not allowed to install it. Why couldn't they tell me that initially? Plus, the dispatcher at the Company is completely incompetent and rude. Horrible company, avoid at all costs. I work in the professional world and have never come across such incompetency in my life.

      Horrible horrible company. Worse customer service I have ever accounted. I told GE they should find another delivery company. They never call you back. The supervisor left me in a lurch regarding delivery which she had assured me she would get back to me by the end of the day on July 3 with the 4th delivery date: No call. Called on 7/5 and the company was closed for the rest of the week, Again I called GE for help and the were able to tell me that it was scheduled for 7/7. Luckily the delivery person was an independent business and he did a great job. By the way the supervisor has yet to return my call. The time I spent between GE to help me with getting a delivery date from Spirit and having to change plans each time I was given a date (4) and the audacity of this company total disregard for the customer made me share this experience so no one else needs to go through this.

      On February 1, 2023 the delivery men from Spirit Delivery and Distribution came to attempt to install an icemaker bought at Lowes. They said it wouldnt fit even though it was recommended by the company. Immediately after their attempt to install it water came running out from under the refrigerator immediately after they left. A Frigidaire technician came out on February 22, 2023 called by Lowes to check on the water leak and it was found by him that when the delivery men tried to fix the icemaker that the water line was left on behind the refrigerator and caused the leaking water on the floor. After 3 weeks of mopping up the water it had ruined the linoleum in the kitchen which extended to the dining room and damaged the ceiling downstairs and Spirit refused to replace the floor or repair the ceiling saying it was a pre-existing condition but water wasnt on the floor until they moved the refrigerator and attempted to install the icemaker. I sent them pictures and letters and the last letter sent to address on ********** said the building was vacant and was returned to me. I have called all the numbers in the claims department with no reply as well as trying to fax and phone was not answering. I have talked to Lowes also about this.

      I purchased a washer and dryer from ***** on 5-22-2023. The scheduled delivery provided by Lowes was between 9:30am - 1:30pm yesterday (6-1-2023). When I returned back to my car from rehab at 9am, I noticed I had a phone call from the delivery service at 8:44am. They took my phone call at 9:06am as I was pulling into my driveway. I asked where they were, the scheduled delivery time wasn't until 9:30am? He said they waited for their allotted 15 minutes and left. I told him again they weren't scheduled to be at my house until 9:30am, he said, "that's just an estimated time". I told him that there was an estimated time between 9:30am - 1:30pm. To make matters worse, I reviewed my security camera and the truck pulled up at 8:42am and drove off at 8:51am (9 minutes). The delivery drivers didn't even wait their "15 minutes". I contacted my local Lowes store and informed him what happened. He called me back and said they would make another delivery attempt between 4pm - 8pm. At 8:05pm, no delivery. Drove back up to Lowes and cancelled my washer and dryer order. I went online to Best Buy and ordered another washer/dryer and will be picking it up tomorrow (6-3-2023). Long story ******************'T BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES UNTIL THEY TERMINATE THEIR CONTRACT WITH SPIRIT DELIVERY & DISTRIBUTION.

      Spirit Logistics Network delivery did significant damage to my front door and front porch while delivering a refrigerator. We have been told a check will be sent to us. We have been working on this issue for over a year! This is extremely frustrating. They initially told us to get bids to repair the damage and would send us a check. We were then told they would not accept the bids and offered us about half the cost for the repairs. Still waiting for a check. Weve been told for well over 6 months that finance will send us a check. Our point of contact at Spirit has been unresponsive for 3 months. This entire experience has been horrible!

      I had a scheduled delivery for a Refrigerator, the company came out and installed it, not realizing they installed the wrong refrigerator (vacation rental I wasn't present). Two hours later they realized their mistake, unable to get in contact with me. They entered my home without my permission, refused to help my GUESTS get the refrigerator inside or take the old one because "I don't have time for that."Spirit claims it was an "incomplete" delivery and they did NOTHING wrong. They're allowed in my home whenever until the delivery is "completed" because I gave them a code to complete the delivery/installation.When asked *****, they said they're just an hourly employee and nothing she could do. I have to take it up with the THIRD PARTY contractor, even though I purchased from *****. She stated if I feel Spirits' employee trespassed I need to file a police report and get a lawyer.10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND using Lowes or their Third Party Delivery company.
