      I needed compounded medication for my senior cat who is suffering from dementia. Wedgewood received the prescription from the vet but did not fill it as they said they had questions. NO ONE notified me that it was on hold. They said they contacted my vet directly, but they did not. I finally got things straightened out, and they sent the first order. A week later, it was time for a refill. My vet contacted them for the refill. AGAIN they had questions but did not notify me. By the time I knew of the problem, the medication for my cat was out. I called them and they said it would be 2 weeks to refill. Absolutely not acceptable. I had the vet transfer the script to a local compounding pharmacy where I live and I picked it up the next day. SHAME ON YOU for letting pets suffer because of your poor service and communication.

      I called as because I have received eye drops for my dog that the bottles leak and the label falls off you cant handle the medication without it falling out of your hand as they tell you to use gloves due to the product. YOU CAN'T USE GLOVES IT FALL OUT OF YOUR HAND THE BOTTLE IS Greasy! Called was told by the pharmacist they don't have ANY other eye drop bottles. Really for a eye drop that is told is very dangerous and need to be careful. This was my 2Nd refill and my dog needs this for the rest of his life. I I worked many years in the health care field, and they buy the cheapest dispensers! They told me they need more complaints to get *****************. funny I see one on here now I am not the first one to compline! I told them I will have to buy my own and switch the meds they said no it sterile .....lol sure after the customer wears it on the hands and it fly's on the floor as you try and hold it to put it in the dogs' eyes because it leaks all over the bottle! nothing is sterile after that! And for my safety I have to not wear gloves to get it in his eyes without dropping it gloves get very greasy due to the formula in the drops.

      Because a call taker at this pharmacy had misinterpreted my words of grief and depression over the illnesses of some of my cats, one of whom had been in pain and has been dying of cancer, either the call taker or another staff member called the police, setting in motion a series of events that resulted in thousands of dollars of attorney's fees and a hospital bill.Although I had expressed despair and regrets about decisions and my judgment, at no time did I express an intention to do any harm to myself.I was expressing grief over my having to do business with Wedgewood Pharmacy.If staff at Wedgewood had been concerned for my welfare, staff could have called my phone number after the phone conversation had transpired.Instead, staff called the police.Although my attorney was able to reverse the court's initial order, and although the judge and the state attorney had expressed shame over the events, Wedgewood's actions caused my mother and me an incredible amount of pain and difficulty as well as financial expense.It should be mentioned that I called Wedgewood Pharmacy on March 16, because of delays in the delivery of pain medication that had been prescribed by the vet for my cat who has been suffering from carcinoma of the eye.Wedgewood had used **** whose driver failed on two separate occasions to knock on door (the medicine was such that the recipient had to be in the presence of the driver in order to sign for the medication).When I had called Wedgewood Pharmacy on March 16, I expressed depression over what *** had been doing and the delays that had been caused by the pharmacy itself.In my opinion, Wedgewood Pharmacy has caused my mother and me great harm to and disruption of our lives.

      I have used this pharmacy for my dogs medication for close to three years and been very satisfied up until now. Lately, I have been unsatisfied. The cost has increased substantially with poorer service. Orders have been sent with the liquid medicine leaked out of the bottle, and the outside label saturated. In addition, my account lists the medication not allowed to be put on auto refill, yet recently somehow it was on auto refill (I dont know how), and I ended up with too many bottles. I called then to be taken off auto refill and now my most recent order has taken 2 1/2 weeks to fill. (This happened one other time, and I was told a new batch was being prepared, and my standard shipping would be upgraded to express.). Today when I called, there was no reason given for the delay, and the order was sent today with standard shipping. I was told it would be upgraded only if the customer called to request it.. ************ had to be more consistent in its policies, in addition to improving their customer service.

      We recently set up a "twist a taste" Rx for our cat and his fluoxetine with this company, Wedgewood Pharmacy. We were referred by ****************, located in Banks, an outlying town near ********, ******. We were disappointed to discover that the supposed "fish" flavored lickable medicine bears no resemblance to the name or the intended result: an easy way to administer a bitter medication for our cat. Nothing about this med smells like seafood or fish. It only smells sweet with a hint of alcohol as the end note. We tasted it and all we got was sweet and bitter too.We were disappointed to learn that the company does not guarantee their product and will not refund our money. They suggested we give the medication to a local shelter. There was no attempt to partially compensate us, reformulate the medicine, or make any other concession. At the time, I told the agent that I wanted to cancel my account. Our second contact with your company was useless as we requested reimbursement once more. Again, no attempt was made to collaborate with us. An agent informed us that another Rx had been created and was on its way to us (autoship), that we would still be required to pay for this second Rx, that refusing delivery would not result in a refund. Someone in the company forgot to cancel our account.We just spent $80.00 on a substandard product with no ownership from this company. We are completely dissatisfied with their actions and lack of accountability. We would like to be compensated in full or in part for their failure to fulfill our agreement of good money for a good product.

      Quick resolution from Wedgewood and refund, thanks for your consideration. One thing, the special "fish" flavored medicine had no fish aroma or taste, that is why my cat didn't want it. (Yes, I tasted it.)But, thanks. Your help was and is greatly appreciated.

      I have been using Wedgewood Pharmacy for at least a couple years and they have giving me expert professional service the entire time. Just recently had an issue with the *********** and Wedgewood Pharmacy went out of their way to help me and my pet. Wedgewood Pharmacy is a wonderful business and I will continue to use them far into the future.

      I have used Wedgewood Pharmacy for years for my dog. It has been a wonderful experience. My beloved dog needed a compounded medication due to her failing health. My medication always shipped on time. I received the the medications in a timely manner. I am so glad my Vet works closely with them. My dog had an extra three years of life because of this service . I lost my 17 year old companion last month. I received a sympathy card today in the mail. It brought tears, to know that there are wonderful people that care about what they do and reach out to people. I highly recommend Wedgewood, Thank you for giving me 2 more years with my dog.

      Terrible! I should have read these reviews before we started using this pharmacy. We just found out our dog has cancer. We only placed 2 orders for our dogs chemo, with Wedgewood and we have had problems with the order both times. They are very misleading about how long it will take to get the medication. For our most recent order I actually spoke to a live technician on Wed. 12/14/22 and was told my order was shipping that day for delivery on 12/16/22. Then on 12/16/22 I get an email stating my order is delayed. They gave no reason for the delay or when I should now expect the order. Keep in mind my dog is now out of his chemo. I called the pharmacy and was told it would now ship on 12/21/22!!!! They gave no reason for the delay. There website states that it takes 2-3 business days to process an order. It's more like 10.

      I have had a good experience with Wedgewood. My only complaint is that when an auto refill prescription was used up I didn't get a notice about it and so I ran out and then had to rush order more -- at significant expense. but otherwise, my experience has been fine.

      Very dissatisfied with Wedgewood. I have problems every time I call to refill my dogs prescription. Never arrives when ** told it will arrive.
