      I called late last year to file a complaint about myself and my fiancé getting a yeast infection from your product in October of 2023 I filed to get money back because of medical expenses. I have called almost every month being told someone will contact me back and nobody has.
      I am very displeased with the service and help I’ve received and want someone to help me get my medical reimbursemen. I have given everything I can to you. It’s over $400

      Just informing okay this magic I’ll love but how also it after six minutes burns my skin to abrasion or very slight what you call apparently rubbing off of sensitive skin way above public area and rather for me under my tummy yes um what do I want a refund maybe just

      I bought 4 bottles of vitafusion sugar free gummies. When I went to open the first bottle, I discovered the individual gummies were all fused and melted together. I then checked the other 3 bottles and it was the same issue. I filed a claim and was told you had sent 3 vouchers for replacements and that I needed to email receipts to get a fourth replacement. I emailed receipts twice now and have not heard back. I also have not received the 3 replacement vouchers that you claimed to have sent

      I am rejecting this response because: did you even read my complaint? I said I am owed 4 vouchers. You told me you sent at most 3 and that I haven't received the 3. Put the fact that I haven't received the 3 aside, you said I needed to send a receipt to get the 4th voucher. I provided that and you have not replied. Are you staying in writing you have sent the 4th voucher? You specifically said you did not send it so this is not resolved

      Hello, I purchased Oxiclean and never saw any directions to use Oxiclean White ******* I used this product and it damaged my clothing worth approximately $275.00, I have photos of my damaged clothing, They gave me a reference number : Ref Number: ********* I sent all the photos of my items and there was no other email or response for almost a month.

      I purchased Flawless Brows (Model #FTFB3b-5) through Amazon on March 23, 2023 and paid $21.77. When I received the item there was a missing part, which is the cover of the blade. I called the company Church & Dwight *** **** at ************** on 03/27/23 and told them about the problem. The customer service told me I don't have to return the item and they will send me a coupon equivalent to the value I paid for in the mail that I could use to buy a replacement. I waited but nothing came in the mail. I followed up with them on 04/19/23 and they told me the same thing, that the coupon should arrived in 4 or 5 days. I didn't received anything in the mail, and for the third time I called C/S again on 05/04/23. It has been more than one month now, and I have not received the coupon in the mail.

      Replacement coupons were sent to you on two different occasions when we learned a piece was missing from your recently purchased Flawless Brow unit. However, we understand the coupons sent by mail were never received. We've issued another replacement coupon by **** certified mail on 5/11/23 and although tracking shows it is still in transit, we expect it should be delivered to you soon. We value our Flawless customers and are sorry this has been your experience. Our team appreciates your patience and the opportunity to resolve this concern.

      All the boxes I've bought, 2 at one location and 1 at another all had faulty c*** tests. Either an indent/white line/esc when it should be ***** flat white like the rest of the test and only pink in color when positive. I've had 10 children, 5 survived and 5 lost. Those 5 losses confirmed via blood work. I get them every positive test now to ensure it's true. I want a full refund for all 3 of those junk test boxes. I spent in all ***** at Walgreen and another ***** twice for two different boxes at my local Superior one foods store. I expect it all back on my card I used.

      First Response pregnancy tests have a test line and a control line. Any 2 pink lines in the Result Window is a positive (pregnant) result.  The 2 pink lines do not need to be the same length, width or intensity of color, but they do need to be pink to indicate a positive result.  

      First Response pregnancy tests were designed to have the results read within the time frame stated in the package insert. Results observed outside that time frame should not be interpreted.

      We apologize for any inconvenience or upset this experience may have caused and have attempted to resolve this matter with this consumer.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      My tests were NOT PINK IN COLOR. They were a hue of obvious white/gray colored strips. Most were white as if someone took a slit of paper and slapped it on the test spot. 

      I've given birth to 5 full term children, 5 miscarriages. I KNOW WHAT A POSITIVE LOOKS LIKE, I KNOW WHAT A C*** FAULTY TEST LOOKS LIKE. DON'T CALL ME STUPID IN THE NICEST WAY POSSIBLE. MAKES YOUR JOKE OF COMPANY LOOK FAR WORSE. 

      MY ADVICE TO ANYONE WANTED A RELIABLE TEST.... DON'T USE THIS RIDICULOUS MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY. THEY DON'T CARE FOR THEIR CLIENT'S. 

      USE CLEAR BLUE, BETTER QUALITY, NO QUESTIONS ON WHETHER ITS A GENUINE POSITIVE EITHER.

      In reviewing this customer account. It appears the customer was given the Water Flosser ***** as a gift and didnt receive the jet-tips with the unit. So as a courtesy we sent the customer 3 Jet-Tips for free (6 total tips- $29.97 MSRP value). I am showing that this package was delivered to the customer on 1/2/23. This unit was also over 10 years old based on the serial number, which is outside the warranty period for this product. The customer inquired if the unit came with a lid and was advised that this unit does not.

        I received it roughly 2 yrs and it was brand new and missing the most important parts. Thru need to replace with a.comparable unit
