      I returned an item via email to this business and I confirmed it was received on 1/23/23. I have been calling and text chatting with them for three weeks to inquire about my refund. I am always told I will be credited within ***** business hours. I called again this morning and was told it would be another 3-5 days. Today I called the store in Glenwood where I purchased it and ask for the CEO's email address so I can get her to try and help me but the manager of the store would not provide the email address. I have attached screenshots from the multiple text chats over multiple days as an example of the run around I keep getting. The order number is BBS3970690397 for $43.35. I have all the text screenshots I can provide but the file is too large to attach to this submission form

      The store in our town is closing and they are not taking returns. The customer service rep sent us a return slip and told us to box the return, pots and pans that didnt work correctly after being promoted by their business, drop it off at the shipment center. The pots and pans were shipped on December 11, 2022. The warehouse took ownership of the package on December 27, 2022. According to their return policy because this was a registry return the refund would be placed on our myrewards account to be spent at their store within 2 weeks of processing. The return has been processing since the 27th and today is February 13, 2023. Ive been in contact with their support team 5 times each telling me a reference number and that it would be ***** hours to resolve. Im living without pots and pans and no solution is in sight.

      I placed an order with bed Bath and beyond on 11/16/2022 in the amount of $490.02. This order was delivered to my home on 11/21/2022 via ***** with a tracking number of ************. It was determined this item would not work and a return was created on the website that same day and was shipped out. It was received by their warehouse on. 11/29/2022 via ***** with a tracking number of ************. I contacted bed bath and beyond three times in January and once on February 13 to inquire as to where my refund was as I have yet to receive it. all three times in January I was informed I would see the refund within 72 hours and I would be contacted back by them to confirm this never happened. On February 13 they informed me that they had processed the refund and the invoice number for that refund is ********* and this refund was processed on 1/30/2023. This order was purchased using the Afterpay app and bed bath and beyond claims that they sent the full refund and that Afterpay needs to process the refund. I spoke with Afterpay and they said they have no record of this refund. I gave them the invoice number and they said they have no record of this refund. Both companies seem to not care about processing this refund nor the customer that is out the nearly $500. I am seeking a refund from bed bath and beyond in the full amount of the purchase or for Afterpay to process the refund back into my account.

      Order BBB6671326912 same day delivery. Never received it, but marked delivered. Contacted company through Text and advised 24 hours for a response. Received an email saying delivery was confirmed and police report needs to be filed. There was no proof of delivery and this is inaccurate. Im not filing a police report for something I never received. Thats not considered theft. In addition, the order is under $500. Company refuses to refund. I emailed ******************* ************* Operations to see what he has to say.

      I am looking for a refund on order BBB3974592164 because they cancelled its with really no explanation of what needs to be verified from me. I want a full refund back to my debit card ending ****. I dont trust this company since they are going out of business.       I am writing to make a complaint about a recent online order (Order #: BBB3957708395) I made with Bed Bath & Beyond on November 28, 2022. I placed an order for an item costing $349.99, but shortly after making the order, it was cancelled. I received an email later that day indicating that my refund was on the way and would be credited to my online wallet within 24 hours. However, it is now several weeks later and I have yet to receive the promised refund.I have tried multiple times to reach out to Bed Bath & Beyond's customer service for an explanation and resolution, but each time I have been told that someone would look into the issue and reach out to me. Despite these promises, no one has reached out to me with any updates or progress on the status of my refund. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this situation has been handled. I was not given any explanation as to why my order was cancelled, and it has been an unacceptable amount of time since I was promised my refund. I feel that I have been given the run-around and my concerns have not been taken seriously by Bed Bath & Beyond's customer service.I request that the ********************** takes action to resolve this issue and ensure that I receive the refund that was promised to me. I believe that Bed Bath & Beyond has a responsibility to provide prompt and satisfactory service to its customers, and I feel that my experience has fallen far short of that standard.Thank you for the time and consideration in this matter. I look forward to a resolution that will allow me to receive the refund that I am owed.

      I just renewed my Bed Bath & Beyond rewards membership 11/17/22 at a cost of $29.99 They clearly state that it's non-refundable. I would like assurance that, should they go into bankruptcy, that I can get a refund on my credit card as the fault lies with them. Do they have a plan in place for subscribers?

      So I was in a ************* ** of shopping and I would try to use a coupon at check out and the checkout guy at the last checkout said that he is not allowed to apply coupons and I always shop there and I always use coupon so I dont know it was wrong with his head so eventually I looked down and there was another coupon so I said hey look try to use this coupon and he said OK then Im gonna have to rering it up so he re rings it up And then after that, he takes me to the customer service desk and says in order to have a more of the order covered by the coupon they have to re-ring it up so they said they were going to ring it up in five separate orders instead of just one I spent $1000 there by the time I was done sitting on the handicap chair because it took an hour while taxi waiting and the Lady said OK I put the receipts in the bag and she actually put no receipt in the bag and because you robbed me of my receipt and you sold $1000 cash by the evidence thereof then I tell you in the linens didnt hold up so when All these things have warranties and you have a coupon policies and return policies but you promise me receipts are in the bag and they never were. That is a fact of $1000 and I want a refund I was walk-in customer and heres more of the story I talk to the manager several times and he said well we can look up to the purchase by the date that you came in. Just take another taxi cab and come in and will look it up for you while I looked it up and they said theyre not ready to look it up and they did this twice to me so I wasted another $40. Im federal emergency manager professional development and suggested at the time you put a look up system then you in months took the idea for tears members only so you applied that much but the money needed you never have it back a chance

      This is bogus. The entire complaint was the for the fact that they never gave me a receipt. The fact that he sold evidence of me spending $1000 on their receipt and they told me they were going to locate the receipt. Thats the only contact he gave me an email that they promised oh I know you dont have a receipt they said Im gonna locate the receipt by the date so actually they know I have no receipt. They have no receipt and they are not willing to but why is means that theyre they should closer business because you know Im a federal emergency manager and for you to know that you gave me no receipt that as my primary complaint you stole the evidence of me spending $1000 then this is not closed. You have not paid me back and I need a corporate check.

      I ordered from bed,bath and beyond using their store credit card. It took awhile to get the items in. I never received a bill from them. About that time I became sick with bronchitis for over a month. I totally forgot about the bill. Months later I finally received a bill that was over $100 when the actual bill was about $35. I called and talked to several different people to see about getting the late fees credited back. I paid $43(I believe) which was over what I charged. Now the bill is at $144.68 which is nothing but over the limit fees and interest fees. I have written to community bank but they wont help. I paid another payment but dont think its fair that I have to pay for this as I never received a bill!

      Last night I was trying to place an order with BedBathandBeyond using a merchandise credit.There was no time at which I had the option to choose payment method or "submit".There was a button for free next day shipping - and aparently that submitted my order automatically using my credit card.. I immediately tried to cancel the order but it would not let me (even though you are supposed to have 30 minutes to do so. I called and they told me they couldn't change it but I should try as soon as the order was being processed. This morning I called again (because the status had changed) and tell them I was supposed to reroute the order right back to them - but they said they couldn't because the order was processing.My second problem is that they wouldn't price match ANY of the items I tried to - saying that it was sold by a different seller. They certainly do not make that clear when they let us know that they will pricematch anything!
