      I ordered a lamp from them with a gift card I got for Christmas. The lamp arrived damaged and tried to contact customer service for a return shipping label. The first time I tried, was told there is no record of the order. Now they are not even responding. Im ending up paying to try and have this piece of junk repaired. Buyers beware!!! What used to be a reputable company has turned into a business that is selling junk for high dollar prices.

      They use 3rd party sellers which makes it extremely difficult to return items and it takes many phone calls to receive a refund. They do NOT like to refund your money for anything and they take NO responsibility for their 3rd party sellers even though the items are being sold by Bed Bath and Beyond. Terrible quality, terrible customer service. Also, all call centers are outsourced which means their corporate heads are taking all the financial benefits of the scams they pull on their website. They are thieves.

      Terrible customer service. Glitchy online experience. Couldn't use gift card. General disorganization. **************** representatives don't seem to know what they're doing. At least an hour of my life I'll never get back while waiting for customer service help. I really don't have a problem with the employees, The company's system is broken. I don't even know how they can remain in business. I'm not the only person to react this way-I've read the other reviews. My advice: save yourself the headache and stress and avoid this situation all together. You might be happier for it.

      I bought a large set of shelves that required assembly, only to find the top piece was missing. **************** assured me a replacement piece could be sent soon so I paid someone to assemble the shelves, though it is completely useless without the countertop piece. After some time, BBB said the part would not be sent after all and offered me a 20% "discount" off the $500+ I already had paid, but they would not ever send the missing piece. They offered a total refund if I disassembled the piece, repackaged it, and dropped it at a ****** It weighs over 80 pounds! I finally convinced them to send ***** to pick up, disassembled the piece, and when I contacted them for directions to send it back and get a refund, they told me it was too late! Now they have all my money and I have a pile of wood that is useless. So far they have only offered to refund $80 for the missing piece, and they will keep my $400+ while I am left with a pile of useless parts.

      They say Price Match Guarantee but it is only a SCAM. They are selling a product for $79.99 and the exact same product is available on ******* for $39.99. When I requested for a price match, they denied saying that the manufacturer has set a limit to $55.Why lie on the website if they cannot keep the promise? They say price match guarantee. This is no guarantee. It is only a scam to make customers think that they are getting the best price.       Never order anything from Bed Bath and Beyond. I placed an order on 11/28/22. The item missed its delivery date range and customer support had NO idea why. I guess they allow 3rd parties to sell on their site and the item was coming from a vendor.... They refused to cancel the order since its was done through a 3rd party (again on the Bed Bath and Beyonds official website). After 1 month of waiting, the order randomly was cancelled. What a huge waste of energy and time

      Absolutely avoid. Item from an order placed on Nov.26, shipped 3+ weeks late on Dec. 20th, with no estimated delivery date. Despite me confirming prior, with 2 different people that it would be cancelled & I would receive a cancellation confirmation email. The item was a gift, I have already purchased it elsewhere after watching it process with 0 movement for 3 weeks. The reps use polite canned responses & dont appear to be actually reading anything. Total waste of time.

      Worst experience ever. My daughter is a minor and decided to Christmas shop with this store online. After a month still not receiving package she was given the run around, so I had to intervene on her behalf I was told she would get her full refund. She was credited back only $13.83 my daughter was crushed she worked really hard to save up and was happy to be able to purchase gifts. I had to go e her the money she was missing. This company stole money from a young person doing right this is so sad because I'm sure this has happened to others. I'm never patronizing this company again and I'm telling everyone on all social media what they did. I only gave a 1 star because you have to rate them to give a review but honestly no stars.

      I created an account with Bed Bath & Beyond, online, and placed an order. They started sending me marketing emails, which is to be expected, but the problem is there is no way to opt out of said emails. All marketing emails they send do NOT contain an unsubscribe link. I went into my account on their site and looked everywhere, tried everything. The help info on their site is of no use. There is an obscure hidden page to unsubscribe from emails, which I had to find via numerous online searches. I filled out that form on two occasions, and neither time resulted in the emails stopping. I then contacted them via chat on their site and explained the issue, the rep then told me they had processed my request to stop receiving marketing emails. The next day, I got another email. Supposedly I'm a member of their rewards program, but there's no way to cancel or opt out of that, either, which is probably where this issue is coming from. The rep said I have the free rewards plan, not the paid one. I can't figure out how to cancel it or the emails. It's ridiculous that no matter what I do, I cannot unsubscribe from marketing emails from this company. This is actually illegal for them to do. All marketing emails must include an unsubscribe link, not to mention any other methods they provide for opting out should actually work.

      I will never order from this company again. Placed an order on the 1st of December it's now the 15th at 630 and still no package! I ordered from a company in ******* and got it sooner than this. I know it's the holidays but this is unacceptable.
