4 starsI decided to install solar panels due to the high electric rates in ***********. I was very happy with the way Trinity Solar handled the whole process. I am referring to the $1000 incentive checks that was supposed to come at the end of May. I referred by my neighbor. I was told to reach the accounting department, but was not given a phone number beyond that. I was approached by a *** at **********, he was polite and helped me find some parts for my pool that I needed. Since they have been around almost 35 yrs. and a neighbor of mine had a great experience, I decided to meet with their ***. ***** was plenty of communication and the *** arrived on time. He was properly identified and professional. After hearing our interests and restrictions on where we were willing to place their panels, he quickly thanked us for our interest and said that he could not provide us with solar panels. He did not waste our time and was not aggressive. He offered to come back if we changed our minds. It was a excellent experience. I recommend your give them a try if you are interested in solar energy.Trinity Solar

My experience with Trinity up until now has been a good one. My sales *** was. Wry effective and informative, the install went very well and as planned. I had solar installed in 2023. I recently noticed a panel on my garage after a serious windy weekend was broken. I am not sure if it was my kids or by a flying branch, my kids said it wasnt them. Anyways , I called Sunova in March to get this panel replaced, I explained to the woman the details I listed above, she asked me to take pictures and send to her, she then stated if it was my fault I would have to pay for it. I do not know how to establish fault but in any instance I still wanted the panel fixed. I took the pictures for her and I did get a case number. Thats it , no one ever called me to schedule the repair, nor to even inquire about it. I called my *** and he sent the info to someone else, still nothing. It has been over 2 months since the initial call and still nothing. The whole service experience has really turned me from recommending Trinity to my friends and family to telling them to shop around because this company does not react to nor service their products in a timely manner. We do enjoy the savings but it is now minus 1 panel so I dont helper the full savings and benefits of having solar. Very discouraging and I get emails about recommending to people for a finders fee. Why would I want to get my neighbors mad at me.Trinity Solar

I cannot praise enough the Trinity Solar team !!! From ********* ****** our contact representative, to the install team that was respectful of our property and cleaned up after the job is done, to their taking care of a rodent nest under a set of panels you will not find a better company. For many years Trinity has been harassing me and my family. Every year for multiple years they come to my house and resume to leave. They approach me multiple times in **********. They refuse to take no for an answer. They kept wanting to angry with me. Why don't you have solar? Why don't you want solar? I leave on the side of a mountain in the *****. Not a single house around has solar! I need to get a restraining order or something again this company! They say it is FREE! why don't you want free solar. I have list multiple fact to the contrary! It has gotten so bad. I have asked multiple times for them to leave me allow but they refuse.Trinity Solar

Complete deception from Trinity. I was told by my sales *** that when I needed a new roof there would be a $500 charge to remove and ***lace the panels. Total c*** They are charging me $6,000!! They don't want to hear anything and now I am stuck with a leaking roof or get over charged by this lying company.Trinity Solar

Worst solar company, was offered money to put solar panels on my roof and was never paid. When i soeak to them about it, they continue to tell me that they have no idea what im talking about and to call the person who came to my house, i want these solar panels off my roof.Trinity Solar

I have been very upset for the last 3 months about my bills I have been getting bills of Meted of March with an amount of $165.67 and now April of $207 how is it possible that I am paying monthly $146 for trinity solar and also getting these high bills for Meted?? This should be unlawful. The sales person told me I was going to be paying less than before having the ************ not like that at all also talked about extra checks I was going to receive and I havent seen one. This is the worst thing I havent done to my house. I know exactly what was shown to me prior to signing the paperwork and I feel like I was conned or bamboozled. I either want a refund from the last 2 loan payments I made, and going forward I want my electric bills paid by Trinity as I was told, or I want the panels removed from my home asap. I have never been more disgusted with a company and when I called they say a supervisor will call me and they never do. This company is so unprofessional even when they come to your house to install the panels like I hate itTrinity Solar

Will not stop harrassing us! They come to our house multiple times a year, we ask them to stop coming, but they won't. The lady came and we have her on our ring camera just trying to strong arm my husband, who is a big man! Why would anyone do business with a company like this? They seem to have to forcefully sign people up for some reason....that tells me all I need to know! If the company was that great, they wouldn't have to go door to door, people would be coming to them!Trinity Solar

It took them nine months to start installing, and about an hour after they started putting holes in the roof they hit me with "it is going to be 40 more weeks before we have the last part, and then the system would get turned on some time after that." And now that they've started the install I can't ********* is going to be a minimum of 1.5 years from signing the paperwork to getting it turned on, and if history is any indication it is probably going to be more like 2 years.This company operates in bad faith, and you should not get mixed up with them for any reason.Trinity Solar
