  I’ve been WAITING to write this reviews. So I originally hired them and looked at reviews and decided to cancel. Instead of kindly letting me cancel they decided to stay on the phone with me for 30 minutes (Chris was the guy), telling me about how awful I am for going with the company I decided to go to to. He said I “drank the Kool-Aid”, that the company that I was going to go to was going to “hold my stuff hostage.” That he wouldn’t let his mother go with the company I was going to go to. Implied that I was unintelligent and I stayed on the phone with him just so I can make sure I was getting my refund (that I was allowed to get because I canceled in time). When I asked when the refund was going to go into my account ,he said that they don’t give Refunds often has no idea how it works. I did get my money back, but that phone conversation was so offputting. I went with Piece of Cake and they Did a wonderful job moving my things. Maybe I would’ve used them for a future move, but they completely turned me off to them.

  I would energetically suggest them. The 3 people came for move they were all extremely pleasant, proficient and diligent employees. The movers were exceptionally CAUTIOUS with our things and furthermore ensured that they did not hit things against the walls or entryways. They wrapped our things with covers to safeguard it from scratching and furthermore assisted us with assembling it at the new condos.

  Avoid at all costs!!! The sales manager bullies and harasses potential customers. He refuses to listen, coerces, bullies, accuses, repeatedly interrupts, and is abusive in tone, attitude and verbiage. He would not listen or let me speak. I had to finally shout over him and tell him we would not be using his company. After hanging up, he called back 8 more times in repeated succession. I had to block the numbers. The organization refuses to listen to clients, uses bait and switch techniques and is unable to de-escalate situations. They cannot be trusted with our move. And they should not have a license. I am contacting the New Jersey Attorney General after filing this complaint with evidence of the harassing calls. My husband heard the calls on speaker and can testify to the abusive behavior.

  The sales rep, Chris would not take no for an answer after we had selected another company. We explained politely our reasons for a firm decision but he persisted to pester us with incessant phone calls. We ended up having to put our phone on do not disturb as we could not block his private number line. A horrible experience and most stressful.

  I contacted this company to provide a moving estimate and worked with Cheryl who was very helpful. She explained the process to me, warned me about brokers vs. carriers, and reviewed my inventory multiple times providing me updated quotes along the way. After the first quote was sent, I thanked her and told her I needed to do my due diligence and finish obtaining the other quotes for which I'd already sent requests. Who in their right mind goes with the first quote they receive? Five minutes after hanging up with Cheryl I get a call from Chris Hall, who just refused to take no for an answer. He was trying to bully me into choosing this company! I told him that it's not off the table, but I was going to get other quotes (period) and that I would contact Cheryl either way. Cheryl and I continued to engage over the next several days (like I said, updating my inventory and quote). When I finally made the difficult decision to go another route and sent Cheryl an email thanking her for her assistance, guess who called me? Chris Hall. Armed and ready with reasons why I was wrong. I told him I was at work/muted on a conference call and could not speak. He continued to talk over me and I finally hung up. When I emailed Cheryl (from my personal email addy) how rude he was, he emailed me on my work email to tell me that he received my 'abusive email' and called me a Karen. Several ridiculous emails went back and forth between us, tit for tat, he continued to call me an entitled Karen with whom they don't want to do business with anyway, and threatened to release the recorded conversation to anyone who mentioned my negative review. (yes, they record every call and text you send them without telling you they're doing it). I have nothing to hide, and this review is authentic. There are multiple reviews detailing just how relentlessly rude and unprofessional he is. Cheryl is great. But no way I will engage this company given Chris' behavior.

  I booked with Moving Relocation Systems back in October of last year for my move to California. I received a lot of calls and texts, but this company stuck out as going above and beyond to be honest and transparent about their pricing and what they offer. My salesperson, Chris, stayed with me every step of the way. He told me if we increase our inventory, our price will go up, so we needed to stay in touch with him up until move day to let him know of any changes. Well we did that, and everything went off without a hitch. I imagine some of these reviews I’m reading are from people who didn’t update them, because I have to imagine if they’re saying this to me, they’re saying it to everyone. Thank you Chris, and Frederick and his team… you guys did an amazing job! I will be contacting you for my family whenever they decide to finally move out here too!!

  Where is the zero stars? They made a stressful move 1000 times more stressful. They will supposedly itemize your things and according to their calculations it will fit. What they are pricing you at is moving doll furniture there’s no way even an eighth would fit in the space. They lie they are unprofessional. They try to up charge you. They cost us 16 grand in charges. The worst experience ever. And don’t count on all you things being there when they drop it off it won’t be. If you try to speak to the boss. They run you around and then put smart mouthed people on further degrade you mock you ridicule. The worst experience ever!

  CHRIS the sales manager is very rude. He over talks you..tells you false info on other moving companies then hangs up on you when he can't trick you into working with his company. If the customer service is this bad I can imagine how they move your stuff. He will say your were being combative if you don't agree with him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

  If I could give this company a zero, I would. Please stay far away from this moving company. When my wife and I decided to choose a different and far superior company, Chris from Moving Relocation Systems harassed us, called me dozens of times and threatened us. It was so horrific, I told him I would contact the authorities to stop this harassment. Bill
