      I bought party supplies and gifts for my kids birthday this Saturday they said they were delivered but never showed I did what they checked the entire complex and the house down the street that is 18 hillside and walked across town to post office and they said said they have nothing to do with company I had to rebuy everything with borrowed money and they only want to pay back 80 % because they say it was delivered and I am lieing they ruined my sons birthday put me in debt because I am disabled and won't even pay my money back and I only got to 80% after 30 emails

      On 04/13/25 I ordered online from Party City with the major sale they had going on. I had a tracking website called Track 718. I have been keeping an eye on updates and it took over a month to deliver and finally today it said it was delivered but only indicated the city and zip code - not the actual address. I live in an apartment building and I looked at every possible option inside and outside and have not been able to find the package at all. I'm not sure of how I can even reach out to the company to get this issue corrected - either to receive the package or get a refund.

      They had a gout out of business sale where items were 80% off. My daughter and I purchased a lot of items on two separate orders. We did the orders on April 9, 2025. Was given an order number. received an email on April 9, 2025 as well saying order was shipped.

      We are now in the month of May and still no order received. In the email it was stated if we need to contact them; we can do so by email or phone number. My daughter and I both tried the phone number and not in *******. I sent an email to the email address that was provided in the email on April 23, 2025 and got no reply.

      Since we have received no merchandise; I would like my money back.

      Is there anything you'll can do to help me with this matter?

      In October 2024, I placed an online order with Party City and immediately realized that the shipping address listed in the confirmation email was incorrect. I attempted to contact customer service right away, but they were closed at the time. As soon as they reopened, I called to correct the mistake, only to be told that changes could only be made within two hours of placing the order, a window that had already passed while they were unavailable. Despite explaining the situation, I was told that nothing could be done. A representative even suggested I just deny the tracking number once it shipped, which is not a legitimate or responsible resolution. As a result, I was forced to place and pay for a second order out of pocket. If your terms and conditions state that a customer has a limited window to make changes to an order or else they are fully responsible for the charges, then your customer service must be available and accessible during that window. It is unreasonable and, quite honestly, deceptive to accept orders 24/7 but not provide any means for customers to make time-sensitive corrections during your own required adjustment period. If your offices are closed during that window, then you should not be accepting orders that require action within it. I submitted a dispute to my bank and included a full transcript where the Party City representative acknowledged the situation and essentially admitted fault. I find it unacceptable that I had to pay twice due to an inflexible policy and poor customer service structure. I am requesting a full refund for the original order that was never delivered to the correct address.

      Party city is going out of business and they are advertising certain percentages off. The stuff I brought were 5 different colored tutus and they advertised 60% off listed price. The sticker on the shelf was listed as 11.99. Yet on the register they marked it up as 14.99 and only took 6.00 off for each. This is false advertising and is ripping off consumers thinking they are getting it on sale but they are marking it up. The manager on duty Geraldo says they cannot give me a refund or do an exchange on price. He didn't believe me at first saying I was looking at children's. I showed him and he saw the price. Unfortunately, the system cannot be overrided. He offered to let me pick something that was worth $5 to compensate. Yet, that is still not enough of what I should have been discounted to make the difference

      I placed a balloon order ************ online with Party City on 12/17/24 which was was scheduled for delivery as a gift on 12/21 5pm-7pm but it was never delivered.  There were no emails or other communication to say the order can't be delivered anymore, and the online tracking still says 'delivery delayed'. I contacted Party City through live chat (Lisnet) on their website at 7am 12/23 and requested a full refund of $51.41 for the balloons, taxes, delivery fee and delivery tip to my original credit card. They said they no longer do delivery with no further explanation, but couldn't issue a refund and said they would escalate the matter but couldn't give me a time frame when someone would contact me or how. They said I had to go into a store instead, but I can't as I'm overseas and it was a gift to family. I just want the full amount refunded to my original card payment.

      On December 6, 2024, I made a purchase of 4 rolls of green raffle tickets with a quantity of 2000 for our fundraising event. We had to purchase 4 rolls due to the large turn out that we received. I bought this in the ********, ** store. Unfortunately, due to poor quality control on Party City's behalf, all four rolls were numbered ****** to ******. Every. Single. Roll. Because the event was that day, I read through a few reviews and missed the one that this same situation happened for 12 rolls for someone else. Clearly, this is a major quality control issue. This would normally be a return to the store situation except, as this was a fundraiser for our Senior Class, we student helpers spread out the rolls and put together tickets for our sales and it was not caught until we were pulling winners for our grand prizes. Yes, this means that we had multiple winners for 20 of our prizes of our Tricky Tray. This is a violation to our Game of Chance License and our school could not lose this due to the poor quality control on Party City. Even worse, those that did not win, in order to make it right, were refunded money because of the mistake that Party City made. Now, money that would be funding our Class of 2025 is short $1000.I have called customer service multiple times since December 7th, 2024. I have two case numbers (******** and ********) and have also made it very clear that this is not a ********, NJ store issue, rather an issue that comes from well above them. The Rockaway store was pleasant, helpful, and kind. The manager who called me was fantastic, but this is not a store problem. I know that a store receives a delivery and puts it in the correct place on the shelf. The amount of time it would take for a store to check all raffle ticket rolls would be too much. The manager did say she was giving the information to her DM on Friday, December 13th, but I have not heard back from them on Friday, December 19th.

      I returned my entire order due to it being damaged, i did this A MONTH AGO. Emailed, chatted, and finally called for an update.       I went online placed an order for a Halloween costume that was available online I received a text saying they received my order and then received another text saying my order was ready for pickup I then received another email saying the order was canceled. I then received a call from the store telling me my order is canceled, I wasnt given any other options was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days and now Im without a costume due to poor customer service. They took my money and said its nothing they can do about it online isnt accurate I would have to order another costume and Halloween is tomorrow. I cant afford to buy another costume due to their carelessness.

      After investigating this issue, we found the following: Customer placed a store p/u order on 10/30. Although showing as in stock when the order was placed, when the fulfillment process was started, the item was found to be out of stock. Unfortunately, our systems do not update in real time.  Because of this, the customers order was cancelled and she was refunded immediately. While we refunded her quickly, it may take her bank a few days to post the refund back to her account. Thank you

      I am rejecting this response because: It was about principle I shouldnt have to call my bank.  The company took my money right away and the manager had the audacity to be rude.  I was not offered another option just wait 3-5 business days.  It was the worst customer service from the store and corporate office.  I work customer service and I know its a fee when refunding a person their money and the company doesnt want to pay it and if thats the case they shouldnt be accepting credit cards.  I am strongly considering calling **** to have their credit card access suspended because I have a little boy that doesnt have a costume because of the inconvenience.  Again I wasnt provided any good customer service whatsoever.

      I placed an order on October 10 2024 in the amount of 195.70. Order number ********* . I received my order on October 15, When I received my order, when I open my order, the order was incomplete. I ordered 2 adult fireman costumes in a size extra large and 2 in a size small however, when I open the package, I only had one extra large and one small. I called party city immediately to let them to let them know that The order was incomplete. Their customer service office was already closed so I called back the next day. The representative I spoke with told me that I would receive an email with a resolution within 24 hours. I told the representative that I was just like a refund because I needed these costumes for Friday, October 18 and they would not be here in time. The next day I did not have an email so I called back. Now I’m being told that I have to wait 4 to 5 business days for them to look into the issue. I already returned the 2 costumes I had because we are a party of 4 and we all wanted to dress the same. I received a refund of 97.86 when I returned the two costumes to the store so I am still due a refund of $97.86. When I spoke with customer service today I told him that is not fair that it should not take so long to look into this and I want my refund. I told the representative that I spoke with the first time that I did not want the items re-shipped because I needed these items for Friday October blank . I called back today October 19 and the representative was extremely rude and told me if I don’t want to wait for a refund that I can call the bank and dispute the charge. I want my refund of process back to my credit card immediately.
