      My sister was shopping for a costume for the Ren Faire. A lot of the costumes from Halloween were on sale. She found a pirate costume priced at $5. The price was not honored at checkout.

      I was very disappointed when I was told that I could not return some 'golf design' party supplies.First, I was told that the return period was 30 days. When I asked if an except could be made because my husband passed before the party was held for him, I was told no. I even asked if a store credit could be done, and they told me they don't give store credit any longer.the Party City store is:*************************************** I cannot believe that your company has no compassion for an unusual situation like this.I would appreciate that you supply me with a company response on this matter

      ZERO STARS!!! Party City charged my credits cards $63.60 FOUR TIMES but never even processed my order nor sent any merchandise!!! They are crooks with a bunch of foreign speaking representatives who only lie to get your credit card number!!! I want you crooks to REFUND the four sets of $63.60 that you stole from me. The original order that I was trying to place, which did not even go through yet you charged both of the credit cards that you tricked me to enter then charged me $63.60 four times without even delivering any products!!!

      I worked here for one day and the back room is crowded no organization and an unsafe work environment. They have public restrooms but have them blocked off so only employees can use them. You have to sneak in the bathroom when customers are around. And the bathroom looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Not a safe place to work and to be honest I would shop at this location.

      This manager named **** is racist, she told us to not shop at that store and to go back to the south side because we are Mexican, she was rude that is not a good store to shop at.

      I ordered items online that were not in stock at my local store. It turns out by ordering them online, they are not returnable. Even though they are sold in store exactly the same size/color etc.. as I ordered online, they are considered personalized items and not eligible for return. I could understand if I had actually personalized them with a size/color/lettering that is not sold in store, but thats not the case. I hate to say this, but this is exactly why I usually order via Amazon. I chose to order from Party City because, I hate that I shop from Amazon so much. But, this experience is exactly why I end up at Amazon.

      I worked at a halloween city on 75th and ******** by the mall?? we had a marketing dude cover for our manager his name was *****?? i quit showing up because i was scheduled 16 hours a week and it was more of a loss than a gain to work there. They hired people unable to do the job, me and 2 other employees carried the store on our backs, and regardless of not having have been employed there for about a month???? im still a topic of conversation for this man. Cracking lil sly comments, he has my number and can feel free to text me and be a professional about it. ????

      I will never do business with you again. My 10 yr old will have no decorations for his birthday party in 2 days. You changed the shipping label address for an old address from 8 years ago that you had for rewards program. You messed with my child and lost my business. What company does this. I would give you a 0 if I could.
