      The dealer promised everything on the Cadillac I purchased was covered for an extra *****. They ****,,always say not covered. This company is a rip-off scam ***********************

      The worst warranty I have ever witnessed first hand. They lost over 2000$ of me cancelling because they refused to pay the damage of my vehicle that was around 800$. I had the elite coverage option which is by far one of the most expensive coverages that covers everything and they neglected me as a contract holder in so many ways. First, they rejected to tow my vehicle, then my dealership advise me to send it to mechanic to get it fixed. The mechanic contacted them beforehand and get approved, which they did. After they fixed it they notified me that First Automotive rejected to pay them. I called and they put the blame on the mechanic shop, saying they didn't have authorization which was total BS because the mechanic shop noted everything they did and have receipts of their calls. Then after they put the blame on my dealership when I called them again to see how another agent will bring the situation up! They put the blame on both the mechanic shop thats certified and ******* Dealership! Overall, I paid the 800$ and made sure I canceled this warranty I was nearly paying 200$+ for. I, the mechanic shop and my Dealership will never be associating ourselves with First Auto motive again, and I will make sure to spread awareness of my problem that FirstAuto Motive has caused. All for a repair that was 800$+, disgusting how you treat premium customers, you should be a shame. Please take this review into Consideration!

      I was skeptical when I purchased this service contract but i figured that I would give it a try. I have had 2 different issues with my vehicle, and they covered both with no issue. My plan is a zero deductible so there was nothing out of pocket for me. This service contract has paid for itself. I am very pleased with their service. ************

      First Automotive refused to pay for our exhaust manifold saying they wouldn't fix it because bolts were broke...no kidding...that is what needs to be fixed.

      BIGGEST WASTE OF $2800!!! Paid extra for high tech coverage and all and I wish I never would have. Company does not back things when they should. Also they can and will use refurbished or used parts to replace. I have also had issues where they want me to come in on two separate occasions for two separate repairs so I would pay the deductible twice instead of once. Biggest scam around and I warn anyone looking into it! I have paid over $9000 in repairs ON TOP of the few things they would cover.

      Superior Protection Plan is not owning up to their name as far as warranty on your car when you purchase it, I told the agent who took the call that in the pamphlet it states what is covered and he told me I had the wrong pamphlet, so I told their name he said yes then I said I have the right pamphlet, but they are not fixing my car, this is not good for customers who think that they are covered and they are not they are just taking your money, so I told him I will be contacting a Lawyer.

      Horrible customer ********************** really didnt help me out when my car was broken down also coverage didnt cover for the thing that was supposedly covered when they said it was going to be covered
