Purchased shower on 8/10/20 with a lifetime warranty (Sales Agreement attached). Installed on 10/1/20 (Work Order attached). on 12/24/20 shower head replaced (Service Work Order attached). In 2024, the shower pan began to warp. In mid-2024, an inspector came out, took pictures and eventually Dreamstyle approved remodel. 12/4/24 purchased shower seat (Change Order attached). Rebuild scheduled for 2/17/25. Moved to 2/26/25. Shower was torn out and learned that the pan was made wrong. On or about 4/16/25, installers came and put walls in and old accessories. They brought the wrong tray and learned that cement needed to be put down. Cement done. To date, no shower door, no foot step for shaving (could not install old one) and no new accessories that one of the installers indicated I was getting. Install the door - get a new one if they have to! Six months waiting.Business Response

We purchased our windows on 7/1/23. Our kitchen window required 2 different installations because the sent the wrong window design, approx 6months after our purchase a window screen on our 2nd floor master bedroom fell off after checking it i found a holding pin was missing I called the company and advised them of the issue. Was told they would fix it on thier next SF run. Never heard anything else approx months I called again when I called the Alb. Office I got no response so I called their corporate office and was adv used they would send them an Email. Approx 6 months later our Kitchen window broke the outside glass after countless attempts I was told to submit pictures and the would let me know if it would be covered. I was told it would be. During that time I finally took the screen in to their office and was told it should be done in a week. They also stated my window would be replaced and I should hear from an Installer soon. 5 months later and after several calls to there cooperate office and emails from cooperate to Alb office no response. I went in and picked up the screen myself and rigged it so it would go back on the window, I was told the maintenance person who did repairs had quite and the couldn't find the keys to the repair truck. Going on 2 years now I still get the same response call Alb. Office we will email the manager. I get no response from them. My windows have a life time warrenty. I just want them to fix my window and screen.Business Response

There are 2 transactions:
1 set of doors (3) was purchased on June 28, 2019 ($8,431.00) / 2nd set (French doors) June 17, 2023 ($14,067.00). All of these doors came with a lifetime guarantee.
I contacted the company in February 2025 to report issues on the first purchase. On one of the doors the doorknob completely stopped working. We are able to lock the door with the top lock, but without the doorknob working the door will open and close with any type of wind or breeze. One other door was starting to have the same problem with the door knob, so I wanted to get this fixed before it became unusable. The third door leaks from the bottom, if there is any water coming in from the outside, it will leak inside the home.
Regarding the second purchase. They leak from the bottom with any type of water and now with any dust storm, etc. The door jam does not seem to have been installed properly.
I started contacting DreamStyle in February of this year. Finally in March they were able to give me the name and number of the repairman - ***** He finally made an appointment and came to look at the doors on April 2, 2025. He said he would need to order some parts and at the latest would be back in 2 weeks to complete the work.
Since then, I have tried to call numerous times with no answer. I have called Dreamstyle and have been told that he was fired and the new service person is ******* No contact from ***** I call weekly, I have been put on hold for an hour + on one occasion. There is no customer service, no sense or urgency, no customer respect and lack of politeness.
I have been more than patient and am at my wits end. I am tempted to hire someone to just fix it, but as you can see I spent a large amount of money on these doors.Business Response

On 12-3-2019, we purchased several panels of windows from Dreamstyle Remodeling. The purchase price was $31,815.00. The purchase price included installation and repair/replacement of stucco that surrounds the newly installed windows.
On 9-22-2024, the exterior stucco underneath the windows was noted to have large cracks and areas of peeling were noted. Thus, a phone call was placed to Dreamstyle on 9-23-24 regarding the condition of the stucco. I was informed that a representative would contact me within 24-72 hours. I did not receive any response from Dreamstyle. I placed another phone call in 10-8-2024 and an appointment was scheduled for a representative to inspect the damage.
On 10-10-24, **** Fromm Dreamstyle came to our home and assessed the damage, took multiple pictures, and made measurements. At that time I made him aware of signs of moisture leakage along the bottom window panes. I was assured by the representative that a repair would be performed and further inspection of moisture damage would be addressed “before the upcoming, harsh, winter weather season.”
Since that time, I have not been contacted by Dreamstyle Remodeling. I have placed monthly phone calls asking about the status of the situation. The most recent phone call was placed on 6-9-2025. I’m always assured that someone will contact me within 24-72 hours…crickets.
Meanwhile, the stucco damage has worsened as has the moisture that has seeped into the interior woodwork.Business Response

DreamStyle did a restucco of my house in 2023. Early this March, we noticed some of the stucco peeling. I called, got a warranty case number, but every message I've left has not been return and problem persists. I did reach somene in mid-April who asked me to text photos of the problem to her personal cell number. Which I did. I have heard nothing from her or anyone despite additional messages.Business Response

This business sent us a subcontractor that was high on drugs even after assuring us that they drug tested all their employees. They contractor damaged our restroom and installed a broken bathtub and then came back to install another one and left our bathroom damaged and with materials all over our walls. Their project managers said we would receive compensation for the huge delay and for sending us the guys that were on drugs to our property and they are now ignoring my calls. My restroom is still damaged and dirty and they refuse to fix it.Business Response

On December 4, 2020, I spent over $11k to have a garden window installed in my kitchen (it was installed in March 2021). It has a Lifetime Warranty. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but problems with it: two panes replaced due to condensation issues with the most recent one taking a year because the pane was broken during installation and then they lost the new pane in the warehouse, and warping of the inside of the window. I have had them glue the top, bottom, and sides 3 times but each year it warps again. My first contact, ***** promised a solution but he no longer works there. My current contact, *** PROMISED a solution back in JANUARY but I cannot get a call returned. I have left numerous messages with others in the company. I have sent pictures. A sales representative, *****, came by in February to take pictures to get someone to look at my issue but I have NEVER heard from anyone again. I love how much light I get from this window and how it makes my small, old 1920 kitchen feel bigger but it looks sooooo horrible that I am thisclose to just having it removed and starting over.Business Response

submitted a review here, Dreamstyle sends me a "generic" email on 4/25, about they are going to escalate my issue to the "higher-ups" and still nothing, no phone call or anything. One of my showers remodeled by this company is waiting to get re-done for the fourth time. Had both showers in my house remodeled, total cost, a little over $22k.Business Response

Several years ago we decided to replace our tar and gravel roof with either a silicone or tpo roof. My experience living here in Santa Fe for 15 years now is that many companies here advertised expert service and extended warranty, then go out of business. I selected Dreamstyle remodeling expecting to avoid that possibility. However, when I called regarding a leak after the heavy snowstorm last fall, I was informed your company too has decided to discontinue tpo roof installation, however I was informed, you were maintaining a small warranty service group. Thanks for that. However, multiple calls for service have been unanswered. I stopped at your Albuquerque location and visited with one of your employees and after recording the details of my complaint, assured me I would get a phone contact regarding my service request. The contact date was Jan 4 of this year and person’s name was Tonya. The request was made on my behalf to ******* ****** , case number ********. At my request she included instructions for a service caller to provide a text message since we do not normally return calls from unknown callers.
