    On 12/21/23 I ordered 4 bottles of BioBlend CBD gummies at $59.99. My credit card was charged $239.99 and I keep getting charges and more bottles I never ordered. Please I need to cancel and refund my money and send back your bottles they are not working for me

    I ordered 1 bottle of gummies so I can try them out, and as soon as I placed the order, I received an email saying they charged me $239.00, It was supposed to be $69.00. I imediatley called the customer service number, only to be treated like I had no rights. I was trying to tell the representative what happened, only to be told they couldn't find my order, I gave them my order number, address, my name, so to no avail I has no choice but to call my credit card and put a dispute on the bill. The next day I received an email that it had already been shipped, after I asked them to cancel the order, then yesterday I received the order, I called customer service again and told them I would like to return the product, they said since there was a dispute on the charge that I couldn't return it that the only way they would let me return it is only if I dropped the dispute. I tried over and over to make them understand that I was charged way to much and I wanted to cancel or return. The service department was very rude and disrespectful. I want to make sure I am not charged for this product

    Sunday January 21 St about 6:30 . misleading ads. Said 2 for 64 dollars ended up 129..oo.i cancelled within 20 minutes. But they give me run around. The tried to say they would take 40 dollars off. but I said no.

    I ordered one item from the company and they sent and charged me for four. Tried calling and emailing. My bank alerted as fraud and I canceled, but the order was placed again and went through anyway.

    Order CBD gummies online, which are not to my satisfaction. they have ingredients that are sensitive to my stomach. The sale pitch online was not factually and truthful. The claim was that the price was competitive, which it is not. They used a celebrity to lure me in, which I'm sure he did not condone. I researched the company after I bought the product and found negative reviews/complaints. Bottom line is I have no intention of taking these for health reasons, based on the ingredients. I did talk to rep for the company, she was offering a partial refund. I was upset at that point and hung up. Have since replied via e-mail to the company.

    I ordered this product to try in December 2023. 6 bottles were shipped for a 6 month supply, Jan. 18, 2024 I received 6 more bottles. I DID NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. I was charged $239.88.
    I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR AND AUTO DELIVERY. I to called the number on the packing slip and it says try again.. This whole thing SCREAMS SCAM!!!!!

    I WOULD LIKE CONFIRMATION THAT I WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY FURTHER DELIVERY.
    AND CREDIT ON MY CREDIT CARD.

    I told my bank immediately this was not a valid order and I was not purchasing it because they doubled the price. The bank gave me the company phone number and said to call and complain. Someone listened to my complaint and said nothing. Several days later I got a shipment of 6bottles of this purchase I rejected and my account was charged anyway at my bank who claims the company said I validated it as purchased! Now BioBlend CBD is refusing to answer my call and email complaint requiring a refund of my $239.88.

    BioBlend advertized a $60 introductery price then charged 239.88. Then a month later I see another 239.88 I am being charged. I did not sign up for any repeat purchase and was overcharge just seeing now for the first purchase.

    On 12-22-23 I ordered BioBlend Gummies( 6pac) for #239.88 (Order# **********). The next morning, I googled BioBlend CBD and was OVERWHELMED with the complaints of “fraud”, “false advertising (as seen on Fox News)", “scam”, etc. I immediately called "customer service” to cancel the order. “****” (the customer serv. rep) said the order had already been processed and shipped.
    I then told her immediately that I wanted to process a return, and why (scam/fraud) and insisted on a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which she hesitantly gave me after offering a substantial discount to keep the gummies. I refused. She gave me the RMA (#****************), along with detailed instructions; not to open the carton, write the RMA # on the package, and send it back. She stated that I would be refunded the purchase via Credit Cart w/in 5-7 days after received by the Return Department. I took the unopened package IMMEDIATELY, to the post office within the hour after I received it. I have all the documentation via email (********************) from them; Receipt of purchase, RMA # and instruction. Today (1-11-24), I called them inquiring why I had not ben issued a credit as I was assured. She said she would process the credit now, and it would be 7-10 days before my CC company would credit. She then stated she is “processing my return for $179.99”. I paid $239.88! She said a $10 per bottle ($60) re-stocking charge was being assessed “per their Terms and Conditions”. The TERMS AND CONDITIONS (11 pages of basically “you’ve been scammed, and here is how you can file for a State Arbitrator to here your case and the maximum $’s they would be accountable for; etc, kind of thing); SAY’S NOTHING AT ALL A RESTOCKING FEE for return of the product.

    I would like BioBlend CBD company to refund my $60 "restocking fee”!
