    I ordered one bottle of cbdgummes for 59.76. On the credit card they charged an additional amount of 129.88. I wish to cancel the entire order as of now. The order was placed on 1/5/24. Cancel all charges and no further product as of now.

    On December 28th, 2023, I ordered product from BioBlend CBD Gummies for $59.99. I do not dispute that transaction. On September 28, 2023, there was an unauthorized charge for $189.88on my credit card statement. product was sent to my home. There is no contact information to inform them that I did not authorize another purchase of this product. I have since seen many reviews that this a scam site. I would like to return the unauthorized box of product and request a full refund for $189.98 to be credited back to my credit card. I no longer wish to do business with this company. Any reputable company would answer their phone. You cannot even get an answer. They are VERY shady and should be put out of business immediately. They specifically state this is not a subscription but they are liars. They lied about EVERYTHING from not subscription, to shark tank investors, to fake cost.

    The charge is from the bundle that was $189.88 The customer filed a dispute with the credit card company so we cannot issue a refund at this time. They will need to coordinate with their bank.

    On 12/15/23 I ordered ONE bottle of BioBlend CBD gummies at $59.99. My credit card was charged $239.99. I reached out to BioBlend Customer Service (left voice messages) and my credit card company to dispute this charge.

    Dec.13 around 12:05 pm, ordered 3 bottles (+ 3 free bottles) online of CBD gummy bears for $39.88 from *******************.
    At checkout 2 bottles of CBD oil was added by the company by means of a deceptive button made to look like that is how you continue the order.That was for another $20 bring the total to just under $60.I thought OK I'll take that too.
    I received a conformation email that I didn't look at until around 1:15 showing that I was charged $299.88!!!
    I immediately got on the phone to their customer service and actually got through to someone.
    I explained the situation to her ,gave her my information and she came back with "the order is already processed and there is nothing I can do".
    I told her to get me a supervisor.She said she would and put me on hold.
    A couple of minutes later the phone hung up.
    Shortly after that I received several calls from similar telephone numbers all from Florida,I'm In Pa. Every time the call would not connect and hung up.
    I am on Social Security and the transaction was made through their Direct Express (DX) debit card.
    I am writing this as I am on hold (45 minutes)with DX customer service.

    Just got off the phone with DX customer service and of course I was told they can't stop the charges even though it's showing on my account that these 2 charges $59.88 and $239.88 are pending.

    They couldn't help.Can you???

    On Dec 5, 2023 I"ordered" a free sample of CBD gummies for memory. The company asked for credit card info, which I assumed would be charged for more if I did not cancel. When I entered my credit card number correctly I got a message saying it was invalid, try another card. I then realized this was a scam, and backed out. My credit card fraud division called me and gave me a number to call the company. It was bogus, so I emailed them, again, on Dec 5. On the 7th or thereabouts a charge for $239.88 showed up on my card. I called the number on the credit card statement and a woman kept me on the phone asking questions about my email, zip code etc. I insisted on cancelling the order. She finally said their system was down, call later. This confirmed it was a scam. I again emailed them and said I did not want their product. Their product showed up on Dec 9. I will return the box unopened, but another reviewer said that they then charge a $10 per bottle restocking fee.

    I want ALL charges removed from my card. I will not pay for the product or any restocking fee. I also want BBB to investigate this company and report them for fraud to law enforcement.

    On August 24, 2023, I ordered product from BioBlend CBD Gummies for $239.88 and $59.99. I do not dispute that transaction.

    On September 22, 2023, there was an unauthorized charge for $239.88 on my credit card statement. More product was sent to my home. There is no contact information to inform them that I did not authorize another purchase of this product. I have since seen many reviews that this a scam site.

    I would like to return the unauthorized box of product and request a full refund for $239.88 to be credited back to my credit card. I no longer wish to do business with this company.

    It was a subscription product. She agreed to monthly shipping unless she were to cancel. She agreed to the terms and conditions. 

    We did refund the $239.88 on October 14th.
