Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and always explain everything. I get a courtesy call before they arrive and they always identify themselves. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing, heating, or air conditioning needs.

Wyatt called 20 min prior to arrival and got directions to our home in a potentially confusing housing area. He arrived on time and was enthusiastic, prepared, personable, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and hard-working. Wyatt offered me a brochure of all the services available under my renewed Preventive Maintenance Agreement. He let me know his supervisor, Alfred, would be stopping by. Alfred provided our HVAC service last spring and it was a pleasure to see him again. They did an excellent job and answered all my questions. Just what I expect from TLC. *** not only never lets me down, but consistently exceeds expectations. I have been a customer for many years and speak from my experience with these folks. I appreciate their expert advice and have learned to trust their judgement. Over the years I have been through a few plumbing issues that could have cost me a fortune but didnt because of their business ethic.
