Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this. On December 29th I ordered shirts costing $40.41 off of vivere.la. I was sent a message with my order number ******** and a link containing my order, that no longer works. On January 13th I emailed ********************** simply asking for my order information. I gave them my order number and my phone number which was linked to the order and never heard back. On April 9th I left feedback through their website and direct messaged them on their instagram *********************************************************** and received no replies. I have been waiting for 4 months with no feedback whatsoever and I would like my shirts or a refund. I have attached photos of the broken link, a confirmation message I received the day of purchase, and the charges on my banking app. Hopefully this can get resolved effectively, thank you.Initial Complaint

I purchased several articles of clothing from the website and received nothing after 5 months. I have contacted the business several times and received no reply. My clothes have not arrived and today I received an email that the business was shutting down. I ordered a hoodie from them that cost me $42.99 on May 31st, 2024. I reached out multiple times to give them an opportunity to ship my product or refund me. The first few emails they responded saying they were a small team and didn’t have what I ordered in stock. They said they would reach out with a tracking date soon. Well, it’s been nearly a year and nothing. They ignored me after the first few emails. I worked very hard for my money and I want a refund or my product period. This business needs to be shut down, there’s multiple BBB reports filed against them which they typically ignore and people are still getting scammed to this day. On October 27th 2024 I ordered 2 items from Vivere.la for a total of $109. The items ordered were a t shirt and pair of shoes. I received an email from them on the 31st of October stating that they were still working on my order and that it would take 10 to 15 business days. After hearing nothing else for almost two months I emailed them on December 18th 2024 getting no response in return. I’ve emailed them twice since then on January 23rd 2025 and on the 29th of January 2025. Both still resulting in no response.Initial Complaint

I used a Visa gift card I received on Christmas to buy a “Random Item” which is heavily advertised on Memento Vivere’s website. After placing my order, the order details said the package should’ve been shipped within 3-4 business days. It has now been over a month and I have tried reaching out to the seller, but my order status is still listed as “Order Placed”
