I ordered a hoodie from them that cost me $42.99 on May 31st, 2024. I reached out multiple times to give them an opportunity to ship my product or refund me. The first few emails they responded saying they were a small team and didn’t have what I ordered in stock. They said they would reach out with a tracking date soon. Well, it’s been nearly a year and nothing. They ignored me after the first few emails. I worked very hard for my money and I want a refund or my product period. This business needs to be shut down, there’s multiple BBB reports filed against them which they typically ignore and people are still getting scammed to this day. I no longer trust any business to fulfill my order online because of Memento Vivere’s shady practices. The person who responded to my emails said their name was ***.Initial Complaint

I placed an order from their website on March 27, 2024 of 4 items (Green Sun Bleached Denim pants: $50, Vintage Double Knee Denim pants: $55, Carrie T-Shirt Black: $19, SADSAMO x MV T-Shirt: $24) with a $3 shipping protection plan, totaling $151. There was an alleged discount of $30.20 available that brought the total down to $120.80.
It is now March 25, 2025 and I have yet to receive my order. I have been told multiple times that my items were to be shipped soon “in the coming weeks” via email over the course of many months. Customer service representatives would ensure me that my order would be shipped soon but some of the times I had previously purchased were no longer in stock so they would have to replace the item with the next best matching item or a different size of the item no longer in stock.
A total of almost 8 months after my initial order was placed, on November 7, 2024 I received and email from VIVERE stating that my items had been shipped with a tracking number attached. Using that tracking number, I find out the items had been delivered, only to find out it was phony tracking information for an unrelated parcel shipped to someone else in my same zip code. I find this out from talking with the worker at my local USPS office.
Thankfully I had used the Shop app to help track my order from them and on the app it states the original order has yet to even be shipped.Initial Complaint

On October 27th 2024 I ordered 2 items from Vivere.la for a total of $109. The items ordered were a t shirt and pair of shoes. I received an email from them on the 31st of October stating that they were still working on my order and that it would take 10 to 15 business days. After hearing nothing else for almost two months I emailed them on December 18th 2024 getting no response in return. I’ve emailed them twice since then on January 23rd 2025 and on the 29th of January 2025. Both still resulting in no response.Initial Complaint

I used a Visa gift card I received on Christmas to buy a “Random Item” which is heavily advertised on Memento Vivere’s website. After placing my order, the order details said the package should’ve been shipped within 3-4 business days.

I ordered 2 packages from them and never received anything. Hundreds of people have been scammed by them as well but Vivere has never said ANYTHING about it. On September 28, 2024 I placed an order of $90.81 for clothing from this business. I received a message days later being told it would take 10-15 business days to ship. It has been months without my package shipped, or even an update. I tried contacting their support email, and also contacting them on their instagram to no avail. I have attached images of my order being placed, their email saying it would take 10-15 days to ship, and my email asking for an update on shipping.
