I ordered 2 packages from them and never received anything. Hundreds of people have been scammed by them as well but Vivere has never said ANYTHING about it. They don’t respond to dms, but they post on their instagram every week deleting comments and trying to act like they didn’t scam hundreds of people out of thousands of dollars.Initial Complaint

On September 28, 2024 I placed an order of $90.81 for clothing from this business. I received a message days later being told it would take 10-15 business days to ship. It has been months without my package shipped, or even an update. I tried contacting their support email, and also contacting them on their instagram to no avail. I have attached images of my order being placed, their email saying it would take 10-15 days to ship, and my email asking for an update on shipping. I’ve heard from others that this company has a consistent problem not shipping out orders. I would like a refund if possible. Thank you very much for your time.Initial Complaint

I placed an order almost a month ago , tracking status still says it hasn’t even been shipped yet . I figured I’d wait it out and decided to look up some reviews for the company and found out that this has been happening to tons of people . Some people waiting over a year for packages. I purchased several items from their online store. The total amounted to $116, and I purchased on 9/5/24. I’ve emailed the company on several occasions and got pushback that they had order influx. At this point, It’s January, I don’t have a tracking number, no communication. They blocked me on social media and refuse to give me an answer when I request a refund. I have placed two different orders with this company within the past year and have received tracking numbers for one orders and im just being completely ignored about the other one. I’ve not received either order or have been contacted back about a refund. All my emails are being ignored and tracking numbers are not working. I bought several clothing items from the vivere.la website on the 13th of this month. I paid for the 2-3 days shipping but its been 13 days and I haven't received the package. I contacted the business twice via the email, they never replied. I wonder if I got scammed or not. I perfer that they just send me the stuff and update me with information like the tracking number. I placed an order on November 28th (#47755) of $88.20 for a few items. It was paid in full and I received an verification email and haven't heard from them since. I grew suspicious when the order dissapeard from my Shop homepage (ordered usually stay until delivery). I looked and look and couldn't find any updates whatsoever. I decided to look it up and discoverd through the BBB page and other websites that they weren't a reliable company. Some places said that you somtiems still get orders so I decided to email them before filing on complaint or anything. February 26th, 2024 I made an order totaling $105.40, March 03rd, 2024 totaling $69.99, and October 24th, 2024 totaling $133.60. And I have yet to recieve them. I have reached out multiple times and I haven’t heard anything back from them. I would just like the things that I ordered but if a refund would be easier, I will make do with that. I really respect this store, and I did make a purchase April 02nd, 2024 that they did fill that order. I’m not sure what is going on with this shop, but I see online that many people never receive their orders. With mine totaling over $300 and no reply, I thought that I could reach out to you and get some help with this situation. And possibly deep dive into the business, as they are still posting with extraordinary deals that say they will deliver by Christmas, but what about all of the orders that they are not filling. Thank you in advance.
