    Ordered $150 worth of clothes April first of 2024, it is currently March 7th of 2025 nearly a year later. Order never came in and my multiple attempts to reach out are yet to yield any response. They also delete any negative social media comments. Massive scam and much better options exist, hope someone finds a way to shut them down because frankly I think Im just out $150 for nothing.

    Ordered over $100 worth of clothing from this scam of a company. Not only was my order placed in March 2024 (its currently December 23, 2024) but every email I have sent has either been ignored or given a very vague blanket response. When I finally became fed up and outright asked for a refund, I was told no in a very unprofessional manner, and have heard nothing about my order since. Someone s*** these ************* down, seriously. Theyre just out here blatantly committing criminal acts and scamming people out of hard earned money.

    i ordered about $100 worth of clothes from their store in march of 2023 and have yet to receive these packages. i have gone back and forth with them regarding my order, in which they have consistently replied that it should be "shipped soon." after months of being patient and contacting them for any updates, i resorted to asking them for a refund in which they have ghosted me despite the multiple times i have reached out to them since. never have i experienced worse customer service and feedback from a business.

    They have great shirts, but are less than underwhelming in terms of communication and business operations. I ordered some T-shirts and a hoodie in the beginning of July 2024. After several attempts to reach out with sparse and vague replies, I finally received an *incomplete* order last week (end of September 2024).I have made several more attempts to reach out about the hoodie and other missing items from the original order. Seems like they need more staff/to get a grip on fulfilling orders in the promised timely manner.

    My wife ordered $60 pants from them on June 18, 2024 and we are still waiting. Contacted them several times with no results. They answered once but have gone silent. The money came out of our account on the same day. They had asked for all types of information such as social security number, order number, who we ordered from since they have many different stores. I told them no...an e-mail and an order number is all most places require to look up and order. We never got any tracking info...so it has never shipped. Please avoid this company. I am guessing we won't se either the pants or the money.

    If I could give them a lower review I would. I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise 2 months ago. I received an email saying the package was on its way 3 weeks ago. The tracking number provided stopped tracking only 3 days after, meaning it was never actually on the way. I've contacted the company directly 3 times but they blocked my emails after requesting a refund. I wish I had done more research on the company before placing the order. I was told bbb might refund it for me but I've lost all faith in anything good. My only hope is that nobody else falls victim of these false promises.

    Taking this company to the consumer protection division. Have enough information to file a lawsuit. Sent me different emails with different issues with my order every time I reached out and asked. Talked to enough people that have had just as bad experiences. F*** this company , dont spend your money here. Never have had to go out of my way with a company like this, but my entire experience was terrible from the beginning and they refuse to give me MY money back

    Ordered a pair of jeans. Never received them. Email communication with company for about two months. They continue to tell me the jeans are out of stock and they will send them when they get them. If I look online, they are in stock consistently. I told them I feel like Im being scammed and I just want a refund. Or I will dispute the transaction. I never heard from them after that.

    I bought an order for about $90 and I even was charged extra for a faster delivery. With the extra payment I was told my package would be here in 3-5 business day well its been longer. I looked to the internet for peoples experiences with this website and I honestly havent see one positive review. Some people get their clothing after months and months and some people never get their clothing at all. And the people that did receive their clothing have said the quality is terrible and see through. This confuses me because on the website it says the shirts are heavyweight cotton. I just really dont trust this company with ensuring good quality items like they advertised and I dont trust this company to ship to me. I would really just like a full refund.
