I ordered twice on the same night from this company. I ordered a t-shirt in one order, and then I ordered a shirt and a pair of shoes from their site in a separate order. Although I was charged for “priority” or “express” shipping (there was not even a regular shipping option, part of their scam) I received the order of just a t-shirt about 6 weeks after ordering. The shoes were a preorder, and were set to ship 6 weeks after ordering. That would have been around mid October. It is now December 3rd and after about 6 emails telling me “they are a small team working hard” and 3 different shipping labels being created, the package is nowhere to be found. *** has even confirmed they did not receive it. The kicker? This company continues to advertise fire sales, deals, “free” shirts, restocks, etc. on their ********* page although they haven’t been able to fulfill orders from September because of their “small team”. All their ********* comments are flooded with people who have similar complaints. The responses they have here on BBB all sound like the same generic things they write in their copy-and-paste emails. Long story short, this company is full of absolutely negligent, inconsiderate, greedy people with awful business practices. Continuing to take orders and push for more sales while supposedly not even being able to fulfill orders that are months behind is beyond unethical and I’m surprised it isn’t illegal. Order from this company at your own risk, as there’s a strong chance your money just goes down the drain.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I was already provided the screenshot the company provided to BBB, which I was informed by the courier, the superiorly reputable ***, that the screenshot simply indicates the creation of a shipping label and not the actual shipment of the product. The company is absolutely responsible for providing the customer an explanation of where their items are and correcting their issues. How can any real business just accept that items frequently don’t make it to their destination (according to them, at least)? I called *** and they have zero record of ever receiving the actual package, and given my history with this “business” I have a hard time taking their word over ***. At the very least, a refund needs to be issued. If it was just myself with this issue, I would have zero problems believing the parcel was “lost”. However, it is every complaint on the BBB, and is also half of their ********* comments. That doesn’t just happen on ***’s watch like that considering this is the first package that’s ever “gotten lost”. Do what is right and fix it.

Once we ship the order out and give it to courier the order is out of our hands. Whatever happens to your order once it is in the hands of courier is up to them and we have no control over what happens. We just sent an urgent email for further investigation about the parcel, there's no Estimated timeframe yet for their response, we'll let you know once we receive a response from them. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Memento Vivere from which I have made two purchases (Order #***** on 9/12/23 and Order #***** on 10/7/23) totaling $137.88. Despite multiple assurances after weeks of waiting (way longer than the 10-day shipping estimate) and the provision of a tracking number (only after repeated contacting on my end), the items have not been shipped, and the tracking information proved to be false. Repeated attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company have been met with excuses, offering store credit instead of the explicit refund requested. This has been ongoing for over two months, during which I have been given repeated assurances that my order was on its way, only to be placated with store credit and excuses about the size of their team. I have contacted them over and over again for a refund and I am ignored. I feel misled and financially impacted by their failure to deliver the purchased products or provide a timely refund. I have emailed them and sent them daily messages for at least a good month now. The attached screenshots and email correspondences substantiate my interactions and the company's failure to fulfill their obligations. I seek the BBB's assistance in obtaining a full refund for the unfulfilled orders. The company's continuous false promises and failure to provide a refund have caused significant inconvenience and distress.

I placed an order (#*****) through their online store on 5/21/23 after seeing an ad on social media. When I placed the order, I received free shipping, which was supposed to arrive in 3-4 business days. Their website mentioned that they were receiving a lot of orders, so dispatch times would be increased. After about a month, I had not received my order or any updates about my order. I contacted the seller and was told that there was an issue with their manufacturer, so my order would be sent out within 1-2 weeks. It still has not arrived, and I have contacted them about once a month since then, only to be told some version of 'it will ship in a few weeks.' Most recently, I contacted them on November 4th to inquire about the status of my order and was met with an offer for shop credit rather than my original order, which I declined. Instead, I requested a refund and was told on 11/13 that it would be sent out in 1-2 weeks. After a week with no updates, I reiterated my request for a refund and was denied. I placed an order with this business on October 4th 2023. I was told over multiple emails saying production would range between 10-15 business days. I received an additional email saying it would take 20 days. after 1 month had passed since placing my order, I contacted the business asking for shipping and processing updates on my order. They responded with no factual information, only saying my order will be shipped out soon and that I will enjoy it. After another week I emailed again asking for an update on my order otherwise i’d like a refund. They emailed back saying no to my refund and that it should be another 1-2 weeks. It is now November 27th 2023 and nearing 2 months since I placed my order. No shipping updates, no order. Very upset and will dispute this with my bank.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because I paid $73.85. A refund of $59.50 is unacceptable especially after patiently waiting nearly 4 months. If I'm gonna be paying $14.35 for shipping, I should be getting the things I bought. You falsely advertise sales on your website, you repeatedly do not ship people the clothes they buy but seemingly change nothing about your company or how things are handled. Plenty of small businesses can figure it out I'm not sure why you guys can't.

I was told four different processing times, all which got longer. So first it was up to 10 business days, then 10-15, then 15-20, then an extra 1-2 weeks. I looked at their ********* and their comments were voicing the same complaints as mine and it seemed like they were deleting them. On Vivere's website they advertise that they offer 5 day shipping. We ordered the clothing for my son on October 5th. It is now November 8th and they have NEVER given me an estimated delivery date. They said to allow them 30 days to ship. That was never stated on the check out process. I have asked for a full refund twice and they have ignored me. I just want my money back.Business Response
