    Placed my order on May 1st, 2023, wherein I sent an email to the company after 3 weeks to get a status update. I was advised per an email sent by them in response to me on May 22nd, 2023 that my order would be shipping out shortly. I received an email almost 3 weeks later on June 6th, informing me that my item was preparing to ship and provided a tracking number. Per the website, you are required to pay priority shipping (2-3 business days) - my order has sat in pre-shipment since June 7th, 2023 and it is now July 13th, 2023- with no movement whatsoever and yet I was required to pay priority shipping. I have reached out to the company several more times to simply get the same generated response - Your order was just shipped out today! - and yet when clicking on the provided tracking number - my order remains in pre-shipment since June 7th and **** has yet to receive it. So not only has this company taken my money for a product that I have yet to even receive but they continue to lie about actually having shipped it out. The item in question was supposed to be a birthday gift for my son, which I ordered ahead with plenty of time- at least I thought it would be. His birthday has since passed and he remains without the item he so very much wanted. I will never order from this company again. I have never had an issue with a company like this before and this is both frustrating and disappointing. At this point in time, if my order could not be provided to me as promised I firmly believe the company should refund me my money. I actually sent an email on July 2nd, 2023 requesting a refund because I was never shipped my order and that email was never responded to. While I realize my order may seem like a drop in the bucket to this company, my family works hard for every ***** we earn and regardless of how much was spent on a product from this company - no one deserves to be treated so poorly.

    Placed an order February 5th 2023 and we are now a week short of it being 3 months and I still have not even had shipping provided to me. Ive messaged countless times via email and then the shops instagram account, as well as left comments on their advertisements on ********* Each time they claim that theyre a small team & working hard to get the order shipped out. Its now been a month since the last correspondence and I let them know the transaction will be disputed as this is just fraud at this point. They claim theres no refunds, but Im sorry you need to refund if you arent going to ever ship someones item. Im shocked this has happened to me because I had 3 successful orders prior to this one and ignored other reviews of people wondering why their items were never shipped months after placing an order. It seems that this is just their business practice and theyll continue to make up excuses on why your order hasnt shipped while never just canceling it and providing a refund or offer to ship you something else if stock is the issue. Very disappointed and I hope Im able to recover my funds from my bank. Its ridiculous theyre just going around scamming and posting on their social media like its no big deal.

    Order #*****. I ordered my grandson 4 shirts for his birthday in November 2022 and have not received them. I have emailed them several times and they respond by saying they are a small company but order is on the way. 10 to 15 days shipping on February 17, 2023 was one of the responses but it is now over 40 days past that date. I asked for a tracking number which they sent a 30 digit # but no freight company. They are not responding at this point. I have requested a refund of $80.00, but they say ALL SALES ARE FINAL, but they haven't completed the order. At this point I want my $80.00 back.
