      1/20/23 - 5 replacement windows ordered. Advised delivery 6-8 weeks away. Agreed. ±4/10/23 - notified of delivery and installation for 4/24/23. Agreed 4/28/23 - installation crew arrived with wrong window trim and notified us some stucco work would have to be done after installation. Called office and said we were sending crew away and demanding to know why stucco work is needed. Salesman forgot to include in scope of work. Rescheduled for 5/8/23. 5/8/23 - installation crew arrived with correct window trim and installed windows. Discovered wrong windows delivered: double hung instead of single hung. Company notified and asked for resolution. No response. 5/9/23 - stucco repair team arrived and began work. All prep work completed on 5/9. 5/16/23 - stucco team returned to complete work 2 hrs early causing problems for our scheduled appointments. When calling for help with the inconvenience, were were told anyone who could help was absent or too busy. We must wait. Calls and emails to Flawless Results to resolve window issues went unanswered. 5/17/23 - calls back from F-R with promise to visit on 5/18/23 to determine resolution. Fix may be 1-2 weeks away. First call from F-R was poor customer service by Amanda who said we were upsetting her which was insulting to us.

      Replacement parts ordered from ******. When it arrived we contacted *** *********. On July 19th **** ******** ******* * ****** serviced these windows. **** extended 500.00 discount and the *********** are paid in full.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      However, the slow speed and low attention which Flawless gave to resolving this project is unacceptable to me as a consumer.  I told Mr. ******* that we still have 15 windows and a sliding door to replace and his company will not get any of that business.
