On September 25, 2024 I met with an agent with Flawless Results LLC and entered into a sales agreement to purchase seven (7) ****** ****** Windows for my home. The agent (M. ****) had me sign- a Sales Agreement, an Order Form, a Notice of Cancellation and a Welcome to Our Family form. He also had me initial an Installation Do's and Don'ts. He informed me that the total for my purchase was $17,913 and I had to pay half to get the order placed, which was $8,956.50, which I paid at that time. The agent told me it would take 10 to 24 weeks for the order to be filled. Three days later another agent came by my home to verify window measurements. On February 12, 2024 I became worried that I hadn't heard from anyone about my order or setting up a date for installation. I began to call all the numbers on the forms I had...none of the numbers were working numbers. I also tried reaching out to the agent and left a message-I have not received a call back. I went into this agreement thinking that it would be honored but instead it looks like they may have deceived me.Initial Complaint

This company did a horrible install. They came out once to correct, but did not do all. They were to come back and never did. I tried to contact them today and they are out of business. Now I have a horrible install and a sliding glass door that does not work correctly.Initial Complaint

I was defrauded by this company and relied on BBB reviews and standing as I vetted them. In Aug I entered intl a contract for windows and payed 50% deposit. I asked specific questions to the sales manager and the sales representative about the company to ascertain if the would execute on the contract. I specifically asked the sales man if he planned to continue working there and if there were any issues with him being paid, how long he had worked there and if he planned to continue. By the end of October I discovered the order had not been placed. The salesman referred me to his manager who continued to go back and forth with all sorts of issues and i discovered later never placed the order when emails were returned and the business was closed. I was clearly defrauded as both of these employees knew there were issues and apparently were not getting paid - but ofcourse in their interest to lie to me.Initial Complaint

We paid $1400 (half of the cost) of a new window in September 16th of 2024. They took measurements two different times and said it would be ready in 10-12 weeks. It has been over 16 weeks and I just tried to call them and all of the numbers I have to reach them have been disconnected and the google page says "permanently closed". Now I am out $1400 AND do not have a new window.Initial Complaint

On 7/14/24 we signed an agreement for windows. We also put a down payment of $15000.00 we haven’t gotten our windows. The business is out of business…What are our options???Initial Complaint

On 24 Aug 2024 a company representative gave us a quote for complete redo of the stucco on our house. We accepted the quote and paid a 50% deposit via a credit card. An estimator came by one of the following weeks to measure the house more accurately so everything seemed above board at that point. The contract states 10 to 16 week minimum so we didn’t try to check up till recently. The company’s phone has been disconnected at the Colorado Springs office and their office in Albuquerque. My wife was able to get in contact with the original salesman but he now works for another company. He’s the one who told us the company went out of business.Initial Complaint

I, ****** ******* (Customer), of Flawless Results LLC Windows Door and More (Business) would like to file a Business Fraud Report against said business. on 5/16/2024, I had a sales representative come to my home to show me window products from Flawless Results. I agreed on a quote provided and signed a contract to custom order a set of windows on 5/16/24. I provided the Sales Associate a 50% deposit personal check of $6,466.50. This check was cashed by Flawless Results on 5/22/24. Flawless Results proceeded to send out final site measurement professionals multiple times through the month of May and June as they kept "needing further measurements" to place my order. On 7/9/24, final site measure was taken, and the windows were placed into production. I was told install would be Beg of Oct. Mid-Sept came around and I began to follow up with Flawless Results to inquire if install was still on track for beg. Of Oct. I was told via phone call install was postponed to Oct 20th due to the windows still 'in transit'. I called again before supposed Oct 20, 2024 install date and Flawless Results needed to postpone install again and move install to Nov 1, 2024. I followed up via phone call with Flawless Results on Oct 28, 2024, and asked if this scheduled install for Nov 1, 2024 was on time and was told once more the window 'never arrived'. Flawless Results postponed install to Nov 20, 2024. This is the last phone call I ever was able to connect with a person on the other line. I have tried all phone numbers I can find for this business in the State of Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico and all phone numbers no one answers, and no one ever calls back from voicemails left. I have called and left 16 voicemails on multiple phone number lines with no response back. November 20th has come and gone, and no one ever showed up to my home to install these windows, no call or email either from the company for an update. Back in July Flawless results came by to remodel my bathroom a person came by in August to measure what was needed September I started getting billed from a financial company named ***** finance I called flawless to see when they would start working they told me the parts are on order . I paid ***** 2 payments more months went by ***** called and said I was behind on the payment. I called flawless no answer ***** said I needed to make payment so I paid 2 more payments I called flawless several times no answer in November I made 2 more payments. Then I found out that flawless is no longer in business, ***** said I still have a contract with them for $11,000+ .i don’t have any paperwork from ***** flawless arranged everything. Still no bathroom. All I have is a bath agreement with flawless no account number
