  I signed a contract in October 9th 2024 for 4 big windows (68x58), 2 sliding doors, 2 Entry doors @ $20k the loan company Momnt paid Flawless up front before the work ever started. That was the 1st mistake. Then 7 months later they installed everything. From installing the wrong entry doors a broken window. The doors are Supposed have storm doors attached and leaver handles. The doors were to be white in color (not sandstone). Doesnt match the rest of my doors on my house. I was told the doors will come with a storm in the box up on installation. The trim was not replaced over doors and sliding doors. The windows and sliding doors leak every time it rains and they whistle every time the wind blows they dont have a complete good seal around them. Yes, Ive called every week and left messages and No One has got back to me. I got ripped off. What a mess! Im a very unsatisfied consumer. I knew I should of went with ********. I dont want to leave even 1 star. But this is the only way I can leave the message for anyone who is even considering doing business with Flawless.

  I ordered 7 windows June 2024. The final measurements took place August 2024. At this time I was told the windows would be ready for installation by end of October 2024. I have been calling the various phone numbers for Flawless and have left messages. Non of my messages were returned. I also left a message with the salesman and never heard back. In my eyes this company is taking money from people and not following through with the contracts that are being signed.

  Absolutely horrid communications---impossible to get anyone on the phone, even after calling numerous numbers. NO messages are returned. I ordered windows in August (it's now November) and have heard absolutely nothing about them--when I did get someone on the phone about a month ago, they told me the windows were "in production" whatever that means...I put down a deposit when I ordered, but I am afraid that the money may be gone. I would stay as far away from this place as possible!!! At this point, I would cancel the whole deal if I could. One star because you have to put at least one...

  Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked with. No communication at any level after they have the down payment. Currently no office is receiving calls and not available to contact any person working for the company. Would rate a 0 out of 5

  Horrible communication I called flawless results called flawless results on 10/7/24 leaving a voicemail to cancel my contract. and I haven't received a call in nearly a month and on 10/25/24. I received a call from the loan bank saying that the loan has not been closed. And that my payments are to start 11/06/24. And I spent the evening of 10/25/24 calling receptionists and being transferred from one line to anothtry. Being told, that's the department manager. Would call me later in the afternoon to explain. Why the lone has not been canceled and how come no one can communicate or follow through with contract agreements.

  Do not expect much from the project managers and coordinators or even the *** Their level of communication is equal to a frantic school girl at an all boys band concert. Return calls to them means the same thing to a preschooler "Nap Time" They offer no interest or payment plans through a third party, but the catch is you pay for your entire project up front leaving no recourse for you when you find yourself trying to simply get someone after weeks of trying to contact you with an update on your project. Complete morons. Now on the other hand, the laborer's they send out are fantastic and you should tip them if possible. Great crew. cant say that enough.

  HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND EXPERIENCE. Found Flawless Results at the Home show in Loveland, CO in Feb. 2024. Set up an estimate for Stucco work. The representative that gave the estimate made many promises that did not hold true. Timing for project was originally estimated for April or May after signing a contract in on February 26th, 2024 put 50% cash down and the work did not actually start until July 17, 2024. Contract states "Orders normally take 8 to 16 weeks to COMPLETE from the time of site check". We were at 20 weeks, with zero communication and of course, the crew was an additional 6 hours late to arrive on the start date. During those 5 months of waiting there was zero communication from Flawless Results. We had to call once a month to see when we were on the schedule, and each time we called we seemed to get referred to a different person/office that was overseeing our project scheduling. Back and forth between NM and CO scheduling office. The stucco project texture, color and accents were supposed to match our existing home. Then when they started the project, the crew did not know we needed pop outs to match our home and added $1000 to the project cost because it wasn't specific in the written contract. Even though the original salesperson told us not to worry and we would get everything to match at the agreed cost. Crew did a terrible job of cleaning up after themselves. Nails, staples, water bottles and material remanence left all around the project after completion. The salesman ***** ******* that assumed our project (at some point??) did not contact us until July 2024, when they wanted more $$ for the project. Time will tell if we have a good stucco job done. Hopefully we don't see any cracking. It is supposed to have a 10-year warranty, but I would not want to have to deal with them on warranty work. A paid job was tough enough... Overall bad experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

  Terrible experience. Paid a 1/2 deposit in September and did not get the windows installed until the next year in July. Had to involve an attorney to get them to respond and to install the windows. They attempted to install the wrong windows without a building permit. Once I involved an attorney and after nearly 11 months they finally installed the right windows. The installation team did to a good job but the administrative side was terrible to work with.

  So far this is the worse customer service I have ever encountered. I contracted Flawless in December of 2023 with an expected completion date of June 2024. The projects were (1) door replacement and (2) outside ******. The door replace was done June 2024 after repeated calls, however the mounting and chalking are still not complete. Dates were set. **************** says all dates are tentative. This "don't call me, we'll call you" is not acceptable since I paid for the service. Since it is now July and the work has not been completed as promise, Flawless voided their contract with me, leaving my doorway in horrible disarray. I do not recommend them or will tolerate their excuses. I cannot recover lost time waiting for ****** and unprofessional work. To date I have had no calls or acknowledgement of this breech of service. again, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!

  We went with Flawless Results for our window replacement. It's a daunting task to undertake, but Jamie made the entire process an easy one. He helped us find the exact line and styles we wanted. Jamie's advice was great and the price was much less than the other bids we got. The end results were flawless.
