      This was the best experience! I really didn't want to go to any of the big national companies and the small local ones wouldn't return our calls. From the first moment to the very end, I was impressed with every step. We did have to wait 6 months from order to install, but that had a lot to do with winter months. And I received check in calls from the company to update me along the way. I never felt that I needed to check up on them. Our installers; ****, ***** and ******* were professional, clean and very personable. I enjoyed having them here! Can't say enough about how pleased we are!

      After purchasing windows from ***************** which was a very pleasant experience we had a visit from ************************* the measure technician. Both of these experiences were extremely informative and I could not be any happier with our choice of companies to sell and install our new windows.They service all of ********** and southern ******** from their offices in three ******. Would not hesitate to recommend them for all window and door needs...***

      It's finally install day, and I am over the moon! ?? Flawless Results has truly blown me away with their exceptional service! Right from the get-go, their call center was not only helpful but had me cracking up talk about a delightful surprise! When they came for the initial visit, they were spot-on time and incredibly informative. I never realized how much I was missing out on with my old windows until they laid it all out for me. The production team has been nothing short of amazing, keeping me in the loop every step of the way, right up until this very moment confirming my install today! My excitement is through the roof to see beautiful windows in my home. They've been super organized and have cleaned up so well along the way, there's hardly any mess left! I give Flawless Results a solid 10/10 they've delivered top-notch quality at just the right price. ?? If you're looking for top-notch work, Flawless Results is the way to go!

      I never ever put reviews, but it just felt much needed. We have used Flawless Results twice now, we replaced all of our windows in our living area, from the first time Eric D*** came out to visit us and give us a quote to the scheduling and constant updates from Amanda in production, it was truly a great experience. I've gotten plenty of quotes of course before doing a project this big and Flawless by far was the most affordable! i could go on and on but we will be using them again for our stucco project!! They have my 5star rating , we need more companies like Flawless for sure!! thank you so much!

      Flawless Results does not pay its partners. It is a fraudulent company with extremely Silly management. To this day, Flawless Results owes ***** ****** over $30,000 and Flawless Results representative ***** ******** is ignoring all requests and emails.

      You are the fraudulent company, unlike any other partner we work with you refuse to disclose the information of your lead sources and where you obtain the information all of the numbers and information was not valid and was not real when I asked you to provide us with a simple information. All of our providers give us you refuse to do so we told you that you would be paid in full. Once we knew these were accurate sources that you were a real business and company you refuse to comply, weve told you that we signed no contract and to take legal action which you have not been able to do because this is not a real claim and the information you gave us was not correct!

      Never will I do business with Flawless Results. I was blindedsided with a $5,000 Bill. Several months of taking out a loan I spoked to **** the manger of the finicance department. **** threatened me with getting a attorney on me. I have no control over Flawless Results in what they did on there end to not complete the window for them to retrieve from the loan company.They even admitted there fault and was told they are willing to look at discounted that substantial amount.**** deny all claims and put it off that I spoked to someone else that was no longer there who was fired.Poor management...It's not my job or do I get paid to handle those affairs with the loan company. **** made lies and on me and said I agreed to pay that amount like I have $5,000 on hand to pay. She said I could reopen another loan in order to pay it back. Paying a high interest on one loan but two loans is ridiculous for the same job.Flawless did not act on taking the money from the loan company which lead to their negligence on meeting that deadline.Luckily I have all my calls recorded for how they treated me and the lies **** has said. Be careful, the company will blindside you with a huge bill and expect you to pay CASH/CHECK.

      I am the Accountant, ******. At the time of this loan, we only would draw 70% at the start of the project and 30 % upon completion of the project. There is a limit of 5 months after the initial loan is opened to pull the money for any and all customer's remaining balance. I spoke to ******************** 3 days prior to the loan expiring and explained to him the situation about the loan expiring and I requested to pull the money. ************************ response was the job was not complete and he would take care of the balance when the job was complete. He declined to accept the transaction therefore his loan expired and per his signed contract he has a balance of $5000.00 that is still owed to us for his now completed project. Our previous Finance Director who has since been let go, did speak to this customer and took over doing all finance. ******************** was asked to process a new loan through our finance company for his remaining balance of $5000.00 or we could refund the entire loan and re-run the loan for the entire amount. Customer declined again. No threats were made about a lawyer, our procedure is to send any and all unpaid balances to our attorney and we were trying to get this taken care of before it got that far to no avail. ******************** was more than happy to participate and re-do the loan until his job was complete, now he is not participating and not telling the entire story.

      We have been in contact many times with this customer to complete his job and he has denied ** access. Customer was installed 9/1/23 and did not notify us that the job was not complete until on 9/29/23 when we made a call to the customer to verify that the job was complete. He then stated at that time that his wife told him that it was not complete. He said he would send an email with pictures and then after received there was a service ticket written on 10/10/23. When our installers went to the customer's house he denied us access to complete the job. Per his contract he owes a balance and is unwilling to pay.

      Mr ****** showed up on time as promised and very patiently explained different options to my husband and I. He was very professional throughout the whole process.
