    This may be a great company but if you want to be informed and not sold they are not prepared for that. I called today and asked what I thought was a reasonable question: what is your starting price range so if I'm not in that price range we don't waste each other's time and if you can't give that information at this time please tell that. The first person insisted that I make an appointment at my home to review their range of products and price range. When I told him that he did not address my question he hung up the phone. Call back and got another person on the phone. Informed her that I had just been hung up on and asked if she could not give me the price range over the phone to please tell me that and I would understand. This gave her the opportunity to began her sales pitch, I informed her that she was not answering my question and said good-by.

    We are sorry for your frustration. When a potential customer calls into Pacific Bath, the individual reaches our Call Center.  The representatives at the Call Center does not have pricing information, as every customer's project is unique as each project is customized.  There is no way for the Call Center Representative to be able to provide any accurate pricing range.  If the Call Center representative provide any pricing number, the potential customer would then say that "your representative said it would only cost $XXX" and try to hold us to that price.  Thus, only the bath/design consultant who actually been to the home and knows the full scope of the project can provide price.  By doing so, it avoids a potential conflict.

    Pacific Bath has wonderful emoloyees with a great work ethic. We had a walk-in tub installed which replaced a 23 year old tub in the guest bath, so my husband could get some relief for his back and legs. Our current jacuzzi in the master bath is just to difficult to get in and out of for us. These young men were very polite, professional and knew what they were doing. In two days we were done, and my husband really enjoys the jets on his back and legs. They were hard working and kept us informed while they were working, because I had many questions throughout the project. I just want to watch them install and demo things. We are very happy, and would definitely recommend them to any of our friends. They did a great job for us.

    The installers were great and never complained about the difficulty they faced during old tile removal. My crew was great...pleasant, professional and worked well as team. They kept me informed as to what to expect as the project progressed and they cleaned up all the mess before they left. Highly recommend these guys!

    As the professionals that they are, our installations teams do not stress out over a potentially challenging job.  As you noted, they work as a team to resolve the situation.  Also, they know it is important to keep our customers informed whether there is a challenging situation or not.  It is part of the customer service our installation teams provide to our customers.  And thank you for being one of those customers.

    We had a great Experience with Pacific Bath Company. Everyone was helpful and kind. Our intstallers were amazing I believe it was Brian, James and Guerro. They were so professional and kind. Everything was clean at the end of the day. We could not be happier. In the future we will use them for our other showers and baths. Thank you for always having top notch employees. Just the best!

    My project consisted of removing a jacuzzi tub and enlarging the old shower which sorely needed updating...it was 30 years old. Replacing or repairing any walls that were exposed and not going to be included in the new shower.
    My crew was great...pleasant, professional and worked well as team. They kept me informed as to what to expect as the project progressed. They also asked for my input when it was a matter of personal preference...like where do I want the safety bars placed rather than just putting them where most people put them, etc. They were very hard workers...didn't waste time and cleaned up the work area each night before leaving.
    A couple of neighbors stopped by to see the shower update and were very impressed not only with the product but the with the workmanship as well and the overall appearance of the finished update. Job well done!

    We shopped around several months before selecting Pacific Bath company, Robert C the consultant was very professional in explaining every detail to us and answering all our questions, and topping everything off with the after-work completion visit. All customer service calls were on time explaining what to prepare and expect when the maintenance crew arrives.
    The crew was very professional finished in two days as promised. Job well done.

    We were very pleased with the work that Sean and his crew did on transforming our shower/tub combo into a beautiful walk in shower. The team took care that our cat didn't have an opportunity to escape whenever they had to enter/exit and they respected our privacy. Additionally, the quality of their work was top notch. I especially appreciate that we did not have to clean up anything after the work was done. I highly recommend Pacific Bath - from start to finish!
