    Absolutely amazing experience!
    J C ******** (sales) thoroughly explained the product (we prefer Kohler) and the process, answered every question and delivered! Better than we hoped for!
    The process took 2 days: DAY 1- tear out, removal, prep & cleanup; DAY 2 - install & cleanup.
    VOILA …a beautiful shower as promised! Brian and Fernando were great, tidy, punctual and thorough! top shelf experience and product! Highly recommend!

    Erik the sales representative was excellent in explaining everything to us about the Kohler product.
    It was an ease of picking out the materials for our projects.
    The installers Daniel and Christopher were very professional on the installation process.

    The Pacific Bath installers shown great professionalism and care to their work. Dan and Chris constantly briefed me of all phases of their work from de-construction all the way to completion. They cleaned up the area real good and double checked their workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction. Kudos to Dan and Chris

    I think they need to remedy our situation, bath fitters came out. Installed.left damage to product and tried to hide it. And we found it and other flaws in the install. We have been visited by them only to not have any resolution. Replace it or kick that professional install price down. As we did not get a professional install. As they so proudly portray as their moto. We just made our second payment. No one has contacted us. Thanks. Have a great day.

    Pacific Bath has been working with you trying to resolve all of the concerns you have raised.  As you are aware, we agreed to do a complete re-do of your walk-in shower, which occurred earlier this month.  You told our installation team that you were happy with the re-done shower.  Also, at no cost to you, we added an additional side panel to enhance the aesthetics of the shower. You seem to be happy with our efforts to rectify your concerns.
