Disgusting!!!!! Purchased software that my office manager set up because she set it up in her name the owner of the company could not use it or ask questions about the software get support or anything, so that subscription was cancelled. Purchased another on in the owners name so he could use it as he is the only one designing and using the software spent another $295 and they took the money once again and did not allow us to use the software, stated we should purchase 2 licences even though only the owner is using it on one computer, a total SCAM and we have spent alot of time learning the software and now wasted time arguing with them since September to get this right. We will be lodging court documents which they will need to appear in the **************** for a hearing and will be claiming losses and owed to costs. Stay away from this company they are totally unprofessional and rip you off! and hold standover tactics over you being able to use the software. We have also notified the Attorney General and will be using every course at our disposal to bring this company to the forefront adn to warn other consumers of their disgusting behavior.Customer Answer

They are charging me for 2 accounts when I have only ever used one. This is against moral code and most likely some laws. They refuse to give me money back or help in any way to just get one account. ***** and ******** are power hungry and liable for these issues. **** the owner is uncontactable as *** tried through employees and his email. I am rejecting this response because:I am dissatisfied with this response as this issue has been ongoing for 6+ months. I have been constantly reaching out to them to try to reach a solution, they continually charge me for 2 accounts as I have only ever used one. At this time the only resolution would be for us to only pay for one account and us be refunded for the many months of double payment.

3 years ago I purchased structure studios and found that the program was to complicated for me to use. I didn't have time to attend the classes, So I asked my office Manger to learn the program and teach me when I had time. After a few months she was able to teach me everything she learned, and I became very proficient with the program. Fast forward to last year, structure studios released a big update which required a more demanding computer. so I went out and bought a new $3500 desktop to run the program. I had to call in to get my key reset and at the same time I was in the process of selling larger pool jobs, so I asked if I could demo pool studios. They said they don't offer demos, They told me the only way to use pool studios was to upgrade my current key to a pool studios key which I still had almost the remaining year left on my 1 year subscription. I wasn't sure if I would need pool studios so I asked if I could just buy a 1 month key for pool studios and if I didn't like it I would just cancel that key and just up use one key, they said that's fine. After using pool studios I realize that it was definitely worth the extra money and decided I would cancel one key and just use my pool studios key. After a few days my new computer crashed again and I was forced to warranty a new computer but didn't have time to set up my structure studios account. I asked my Manager if she could do this for me. When she called she was asked who does designs, was told they could not speak with her because she wasn't the account holder. Within a few days both my accounts were locked for violating their terms of services. After pleading my case with ***** the Manager I was brushed off and told there was nothing anyone could do and my account would be banned unless I payed for two keys even tho I'm the only person who does designs. It's a shame that a company that offers such an amazing program treats their customers so poorly.Business Response

This company is a scam everyone including myself have the same complaints they need to be investigated by the attorney general. *********************** who owns studio structures has people running his scam. I had my husband help me with my program so we called once my husband spoke to ***** . I asked to speak to a supervisor that I called several time s to and finally spoke to ***** he repeated the same thing as if it was a script he said we were in violation and I had to pay for extra keys and froze my account was and I cant use till I pay for extra users. I explained I have health issues and they didnt care they kept repeating a script. So looking on line why has the better business bureau not forwarded this to a different department ?Business Response

This software company are thieves. They lock you out of your account so you can't even retrieve your work files if they are not happy with how many licenses you have with them. Their unfounded claims of extra designers using the software will force you to buy another license even if it is not needed. They do not listen to their clients and are very rude and horrible to deal with. So many better software's out there to use for landscape design, do not get this one as you will regret it! Customer service is brutal, force you to buy what you don't need and no matter what they will not change their mind or even hear your arguments.Stay far away!Initial Complaint

I purchased this program which would never download to my computer. It doesn't work and I have NEVER once been able to use it. They said it isn't compatible with my computer and I can buy a new one...the listed several they recommend in the $1000+ range. My computer is one mo th old I am not buying a new computer to run this program. They reuse to return my money for a product I have not even been able to use once but give a suggestion to spend a ton of money to buy a new computer. We have three employees. One was let go. We moved our computers around to our other employees and have upgraded to other computers to run version 3. We just payed for a year license in august and our license was locked in september. I called and did not recieve a call back for 3 months. I just recently called again and was told there was nothing we could do except add a new license (that we wont use) and that our account will likely be closed. I was told they would call back within the hour. Three hours later no call. I called again and had to make ask what was going on. The manager is out for a week and i was told there was no one else to talk to. I am going to lose business over this.Business Response

I tried cancelling my structure studios account. On October 26, 2022. I saw a charge for $227.00 come through my banking. I was confused as to why I was being charged since I had cancelled my account. I called in and spoke with an employee *** right away stating I don't use the account and it was supposed to be cancelled. He stated he would cancel the account and send in a "ticket" for a possible refund. I called within an hour of my bank processing this payment. Do not use their website or services at all. I called back on October 31,2022 and was told the refund ticket was still being processed. It's now November 21, ********************************** response. I called in again and told the company does not do refunds. They will credit my account. I don't have an account it was cancelled so why would I want a credit to something I DO NOT USE. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he's on a call it will be up to 48 hours for a call back. This company is a scam, and I'm sure scams several others out of their money by their deceitful practices. Especially after reading several complaints similar to mine. I'm calling my bank to dispute the payment today. Horrible customer service, unhelpful. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!Business Response

We have nothing but account issues with this company. They feel free to shut off your access even when you are 100% paid up for random reasons. Try to talk to a manager and they will tell you they are the manager. Ask for a name and they will only release first names. If you disagree with them they will shut your account off just like that. Terrible customer service from the supposed manager "*****". They have a useful product and it is ashame to see a company care so little about their customers. The latest is they will cancel our service unless we agree to pay for 3 licenses even though we only need two. Thats fraudulent.Business Response
