Ok my story seems to be the same as all the others but mine is worse i received a letter oh course thinking the same as everyone else except if i wasn't paying close attention i would have gotten it signed and notarized. But here is the catch it had my name on the form and someone elses i have know idea who it is they have no office they do not answer the phone and i am not sure what to think of this except this other persons name on my declaration form appears to be fraud which is federal. so someone should call me back i left a number on the voice mail.

We received a Declaration of Homestead request on July 11th from Lateash DeGuzman ******* She checked off "Married filing as sole owner". Nevada Revised Statute 115.020 Paragraph 3 states: "If the property declared upon as a Homestead is the separate property of either spouse, both must join in the execution and acknowledgment of the Declaration". Mrs DeGuzman ****** did not provide us her spouses name as required on the request form. After searching the Clark County Recorder's Office records, we came across the name "Lateakha ******* and mistakenly included the name on the Declaration as the spouse. After speaking with Mrs. DeGuzman ******, we were informed that name was wrong and has since been removed from the Recorder's Office records. We have issued a $28.00 refund and offered to send a new Declaration of Homestead. Mrs DeGuzman ****** has informed us, she had a Paralegal prepare a Homestead for her and it is all taken care of.
