Shaun **** was very helpful today. The person who took my call this morning thought I needed maintenance instead of reinstalling my furnace after a repair. The furnace was removed last Thursday the repair work done Saturday morning but the installer schedule person wasn’t there on weekends. I left three messages on Monday for a callback. No one called me back. So Tuesday morning I called again and Shaun came out. He called the installers and got me an appointment for 9 am Wednesday. 6 days no heat—not a happy camper

5 starsBrandon and crew arrived right on time to replace our HVAC system. They finished 3.5 hours compared to the anticipated 4-5; and they seemed to do a very thorough job.
