1 starA lady Named Tee called me being rude telling me that they are cancelling my Appointment due to senior citizens have no heat. This is within 1 hour of my appointment. I have a monthly membership with them, and I set this appointment a month in advance. they can't get to me for 3 weeks. that's in the new year. when I try to get a hold of a manger the Lay Tee get on the phone and yells at me again telling me no one going to come out today and to call back when I want them to come over in the new year and look at the heater. I am so Angry with this company and this lady. I can't even get a hold of a manager she is blocking me. telling me they're in but I can't talk to them and sends me to their voice mail...
