    I am a frequent customer of Allegiant and a card holder. I booked a flight for travel this past June and paid for my seat. I was notified the day before the flight that my seat had been moved. I paid again for another seat as I like to be near the front and was moved again. . I then booked a flight for December utilizing a promo code for $50 off the fare. The promo code was applied during checkout but was not taken out when payment went through. I emailed customer service multiple times with zero response to either issue. I have tried to call also multiple times but wait time is always greater than 2 hrs!!! Unacceptable. I am afraid I will need to find a new airline which is unfortunate due to the direct flights between my airport and my families. But these practices are ridiculous.

    I paid for 2 reservations online. One was on 29 May 2022 for $303.50. The other was for $194.50 on 13 June 2022. Allegiant sent a text message on July 29 canceling the May reservation without explanation or a refund. On July 8 I canceled my June reservation and was informed by Allegiant on the web page acknowledging my cancelation that I would receive a refund. Allegiant did not refund these 2 transactions. I made numerous attempts to contact Allegiant by phone and by email; no response. I filed claims with my VISA card fraud team. I was told it can take up to 90 days for resolution. Beware of Allegiant.
