1 starI have been humiliated and kicked off my flight out of the airlines premises for false accusations! Stuck in New Orleans with no vehicle or place to stay ! I was forced to miss work and to book a hotel.Review fromCourtney T

1 starCalled to change my flight. Customer service was beyond rude, talking over me, scoffing over the phone. She was rushing me to make a decision, and when I asked how I speak with a supervisor she got even more rude and hung up on me. I am a loyal customer, spend a lot of money on my card every year, take my whole family traveling with me and to be disrespected like that- kiss a good customer goodbye!! Canceling my card and moving on!Review fromJennifer P

1 starThis is the worst Airline I have ever flown. This is the first time I took my daughter to ******* she's only 11. We decided to go with this Airline because it was cheaper, and let me tell you you absolutely get what you pay for! The service was absolutely horrible and the flight attendant we had was so disrespectful and condescending it was absolutely disgusting. This is the first time my daughter also took a plane and for her to experience it this way is so sad! I filed a complaint about the flight attendant with the airline as well, but they would not even give me her name so I don't know if the right person will even get notified of what they did wrong. I honestly don't even know if they care by the way I was treated and that they did absolutely nothing to reimburse anything for our inconvenience! Not only was the service horrible but we had to get on a different flight and they offer VERY LIMITED flights, therefore we were stuck another 3 days before we could get home! This was not only inconvenient but we had to spend a ton of extra money to stay in a hotel and buy food those extra 3 days. They would not even refund any of my money and tried to even charge me an extra $75 a ticket to change flights that was BEYOND MY CONTROL. I would absolutely spend a few dollars more and choose a different Airline. I have never been more disappointed, appalled, disgusted, and just plain in shock of how unbelievably disrespectful people can be, the flight attendant of this plane proved that 100%!! Also, since they didn't really do anything to take care of it proves that they don't care anything about their customers they only care about their business and making money. Don't fly Allegiant if you want to be treated respectfully and not just a number!Review fromHolly W

1 starAllegiant has cancelled 3 of our flights just this year. Since they offer so few flights and don't code share with other airlines, you are left stuck having to purchase very expensive last minute fares on other airlines. They just did it to us again for Thanksgiving week. Our flight was cancelled 8 days before the trip with no explanation. We had the priviledge of spending $800 more for holiday travel since it was pretty last minute. Whatever savings you think you are getting up front by a budget airlines will bite you in the rear since you will spend far more due to all their cancelled flights. We will no longer risk it. When I have called customer service, they said that is the risk you take and why they are so cheap. GrrrrrReview fromMark L

1 starHas not honored its cancellation policy. At a little after 8 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2022, my wife mistakenly booked ** on a flight for October 30. The next day at 9:40 a.m., she cancelled or changed our flight to November 27. Allegiant claims that if you cancel or change within 24 hours, as she did, you become entitled to a full refund. To this day, no refund has been forthcoming. Nor has Allegiant responded to the message I sent through its website.Review fromANGELA H

1 starI have a physical disability which is called Arthrogryposis Multiplex ********** ***** it affects my upper extremities. In September of 2019 I was on my flight back from ******* and when i got on the plane I asked the male flight attendant if he could assist me in putting my carry-on up and he said sure and asked for my seat number. I asked for his assistance because I am unable to lift my arms above my head. Once the plane landed, I waited for everyone to get off of the plane and asked the male flight attendant again if he could assist me and get my bag down. He had a bag in his arms walking through and picking up straight and fixing the seatbelts. He said when I can get it and continues walking through the aisle seats. He stops and says to me if you cant reach your arms up you should check a bag. That brought tears to my eyes and I started to go back and stand up on the Seat and get it. He then walked to the overhead and pulls it down for me. Oh and he also said that hes not supposed to get the luggage down for the passengers which made no sense to me. I cried for 3 hours straight because my feelings were hurt.Three years later I get nervous every time I fly alone because I need help. I am terrified to ask the flight attendants for assistance. I have not flown with allegiant since and I shouldve received a refund. I feel that I could *** for discrimination. The Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) is a law that makes it illegal for airlines to discriminate against passengers because of their disability. The **************************** is responsible for enforcing the ***** which applies to all flights to, from, or within *****************.Airlines are also required to provide passengers with disabilities many types of assistance, including wheelchair or other guided assistance to board, deplane, or connect to another flight; seating accommodation assistance that meets passengers disability-related needs; and assistance with the loading and stowingReview fromSreekanth N

1 starTravelled in Frontier, Spirit and always liked low budget airlines. First time in Allegiant and TripFlex is just plain cheating. During the booking it said "even cancel your trip without paying change fees"; paid the extra money as i was not sure about the travel when i try to cancel it says "Credit Voucher in the amount of X dollars" "Travel must be complete by Jul 20, 2023" and "Credit excludes Y dollars paid for non-refundable fees". Called customer care and useless...Review fromSantana W

1 starThey don't even deserve a star I flew this airline for the first time on 7/28/2022 to St Pete Florida the purpose of the trip was for my daughters 18th birthday. We flew out of Pittsburgh Pa. It started with us being delayed take off because the luggage belt broke and they were putting the luggage on the plane that's what was taking so long from what we were told. We get to Florida about 10 people on the whole plane got there luggage. The rest of us had no luggage and they tell us that it will be overnighted by Fed ex and they will deliver it to us or we had to come back to the airport to get it. Not to mention we have no clothes, toiletries nothing. They tell us to go buy things we need to get through the day until we get our luggage keep or receipts and we will be reimbursed. It is now 7/29/2022 we still don't have our belongings we call cant get a hold of anyone, or were left on hold for over an hour nobody picks up and the call just disconnects. So now we are day two buying more clothes we finally get a call that our things will be here tonight between 7 and 8 that time comes and still no luggage. Its now 7/30/2022 we get a call that our luggage is at the airport in FL we get there and guess who doesn't have there luggage the Birthday girl so we had to go out and buy her clothes for the rest of the trip her luggage was left at the Pittsburgh airport. Our complete trip was ruined we didn't get to experience Tampa the way we wanted too. Not to mention going home our flight was delayed and when we got to Pittsburgh we still had to wait to locate my daughters luggage in which no one at Allegiant was even there so we had to get help from other airlines to find out where her belongings were. I love to travel and this was the most horrible time wasted money wasted experience I have ever had not to mention I have emailed them receipts and written them a letter on 8/1 /2022 still haven't heard from them or have we received our money back like we were told.Review fromKeanan V

1 starI really believe that they deserve zero stars but that isn't an option. I flew from St. Pete, FL to Knoxville, TN on a flight that is barely over one hour. In that time, Allegiant managed to send my bag to Traverse City Michigan instead! Once we realized the bag was lost, the Knoxville Allegiant desk attempted calling St. Pete and nobody answered. They gave us the number to keep calling and after calling 46 TIMES in span of 2 hours, we finally got ahold of Adrian the supervisor. She let me know that she contacted the MI airport and they have overnighted the bag via Fedex and everything was taken care of. Turns out, they overnighted it WITHOUT WEEKEND DELIVERY on Friday!! Meaning the bag was to be delivered Monday to an airbnb that we would no longer be at because we were flying out Sunday. I call the Knoxville allegiant desk (because they were the ONLY ones to answer the phone) and THEIR supervisor Erica told me that I would have to call fedex to reroute the package. Called fedex and they told me only the shipper can reroute the package. Called Knoxville allegiant back and they said that was incorrect. They gave me a phone number for the MI airport to contact them and the phone never rang, simply a busy tone for 3 full days of calling. I wasted my entire trip trying to find my bag, then the only reimbursement I received was $23 from Allegiant for ONE WAY of a checked bag. They have NOT reimbursed for all the necessities I had to buy and apparently it can take up to 3 WEEKS for that to happen. Gross negligence from the TOP to BOTTOM of this airline. STAY AWAY AND NEVER FLY.
