1 starTerrible place. Took 2 shuttles from airport to location. Stood in line over hour to get a dirty, smoky car with less than 1/4 tank gas. They asked if we were taking out of state which we replied yes for a couple days. They charged extra $25 per day for entire week of rental. A extra charge of over $200 which we didn’t plan. Our travel agent booked this for us through Expedia, and NO mention of out of state charges in contract at booking. Returned car 2 days early due to they couldn’t guarantee getting us to airport for 9 am flight. No reimbursement for early return. At return this agency was completely out of vehicles for long line of people waiting. I’ve called 6 times explaining, with no call back as promised. They did email offering 10% off next rental! Worst business I’ve ever dealt with.Review fromBarbara K

1 starThis place gets -1000 stars! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! We prepaid for a rental car so we would have it when we arrived. We'll, got there waited for the shuttle and the lady pulled up got out and said we have no cars for you. We said so how are we to get to our hotel. She said you need to take a taxi or Uber. She finally took us to the rental car place and a guy said we close in 10 minutes and we have no cars. Asked him what we were supposed to do he said take a taxi or Uber to the hotel and come back tomorrow. But don't come back early In the morning and we may not have a car tomorrow either. We walked to the nearest car rental plae and they got us set with a car. Still have not received our money back from them and disputing through our credit card company. DO NOT USE THEM!!! WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!Review fromMichelle Y

1 star#1 WORSE COMPANY IN THE WORLD.
Only give star cuz I had to. I had just got off the Frontier flight that came in on fire with four tires blown on impact. And this demon spawn does this to me Man this agent chick should be cast into lake of fire. She told me she didn't like what I was wearing and so she not going to honor my reservation. Then said to me "you and your boots can get to walking" in the middle of afternoon in Vegas in summer. She said she is the manager and told me I was a liar. Couldn't believe my ears . Very ***** racist girl and this company goes right along with her bad attitude. #1 WORSE COMPANY IN WORLDReview fromJami C

1 starJuly 2024 we rented a car from them. The car was filthy but we ignored it due to the intense heat. We have not received our $250 deposit back despite numerous attempts. Each time we contact them we get the run aroundReview fromYouslanda E

1 starABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. This place should be shut down and not allowed to present themselves as a rental car company to defraud consumers. I rented a car from this company unfortunately in Dallas, Tx. first they get you by presenting themselves as being at the airport, however they are off site from the airport and you have to rely on calling them to have a shuttle pick you up, then when you get to the location you are dealing with the worst customer service ever and the employees have no loyalty towards their customers and customer service as they feel and actually said that we are paying the lowest of the low so we deserve what we get as it's what we paid for. I was given the filthiest car with disgusting stains including what appeared to be blood stains on the seats, big dent on the bumper, dents and scratches, broken key fob, and broken door handle. Whomever is responsible for overseeing the rental car agencies should strongly look at this company as they are nothing short of a scam to consumers. I have photos and would love to share.Review fromJoshua H

1 starDO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I should have referred to the reviews before booking with them. We were looking for a cheap option for a 4-day car rental and they were about $200 cheaper than the competition. When we arrived at the Las Vegas airport, we had to take a bus to an off-site location and then ANOTHER shuttle to the Easirent location. Then, after already waiting for about 45-60 minutes just to get to the place, we had to wait another 60+ to wait in line. They had three people working and did not seem concerned at all with how agitated their customers were. Eventually, the line got so long that it stretched outside and one of the employees got mad at those individuals for leaving the door open. As we waited in line, I heard several people complaining about how terrible the service was. Then, they told us we could speed up the process by scanning a QR code, which was not clearly explained and would have been nice to know. When we finally got serviced, we did get through fairly quickly (because we had all of our insurance information ready) but we were going to be charged $100 extra ($25/day) if we wanted to leave the state of Nevada or we would get a $1,000 fine. What a rip-off is that?! A rental car company that limits you to the state you can drive in? The only positives were that our car was in good working order and the check-out process was fairly quick and painless. But we will never go with Easirent again and suggest you do the same!Review fromMatt S

1 starWorst car company ever.
1. Easirent is a European company, and the only way to escalate your complaint is to visit the European Car Rental Conciliation Service which "has a free service to help with unresolved complaints."
2. You can't contact them!!! No one answers the phone. Ever! "You are number...23". Live chat doesn't work (no one responds), nor does their email address work for customer service. (My email to them bounced back undelivered.)
3. Hidden Fees. Just one example: they advertise a "complimentary" shuttle service but will charge you $40 for taking their shuttle to Easirent (called an "ACF -customer" fee). They will also charge $25/day for driving out-of-state which you are not easily informed of on Priceline.
4. No refueling charge rate information posted, offered, explained, or documented anywhere but solely on their website, buried.
Get this: you even have to bring in a receipt documenting that you filled up the tank with gas within 5 miles of their location, otherwise they will "refuel" and charge you.
5. Agents at the rental place are largely ignorant of rental information and details. (Staff couldn't explain the difference between CDW coverage and "Super Peace of Mind" coverage. Staff couldn't explain what to do in case of car mechanical problems on the road, out of state.)
6. In fine print, the comprehensive, peace of mind CDW coverage does NOT cover everything (e.g., vandalism, window damage, damage to tires, etc). This contradicts what the agents at the counter tell you!!!!
7. Shuttle Driver took a smoke break after picking us up at the airport (swisher sweets).
8. You have to take TWO SHUTTLES from airport to Easirent. A detail not explained on Priceline.
9. You will wait for 45 minute for the "free" shuttle bus from Easirent to the Car Rental shuttle (and from there, to the airport).
I WILL NEVER RENT FROM EASIRENT ever again.Review fromJesús R.

1 starI usually hesitate to write a bad review. I know the livelihood of people are related to it. I hope this bad experience give people heads up not to use this business because they do not care about what is important: the safety of the customers.
My sister in law rented a car with this company. She traveled to California. She is a senior citizen. While visiting she had a medical emergency. She was not able to drive the car back to LV. In addition, when my wife and my sister in law took the car to fill up with gas the car was making a terrible rattling noise from underneath. They got scared. Remember, they are senior citizens.
They both tried to call the office in LV. Going through the automated system was a nightmare. They were number 25 in the queue and when they were number number 5 the system took them back to number 24 (???).
When they finally spoke with a person from customer service the girl tried to message the manager. According to the customer service the manager said to drive the car back to LV. Really?
Two senior citizens, one with a medical emergency to drive that car across the desert? What if the car broke down? Then what?
The answer was “ we will send a towing truck”.
Really?
It seems that this company has no clue how to run a dependable customer-oriented service.
The person from customer service was just doing her job.
But, shame on the manager and the owner of this company.
This is not how you treat senior citizens in our great country. With a total disregard for their safety.
Having said all this, of course, has created a huge stress in our family when it was supposed to be a “nice experience - renting a car”.
We really would like a “manager” or the “owner” to get back to us, as a sign of decency or a sign of compassion towards two senior citizens going through a “difficult moment” due to the bureaucracy created in the corporate world.
Respectfully,
A concerned senior citizenReview fromManuel C

1 starDO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. If you reserved online they are NOT going to honor that reservation. I made the mistake of making a reservation with this company with priceline, was on line for 2 hours because they had issues with every single person ahead of me regarding their reservation. If your reservation says unlimited mileage they will not honor it. They only reserve upto 150 miles, if you want unlimited you have to upgrade thru them for unlimited for more money than what you reserved. But wait they have more ways of stealing your money. You are not allowed to leave the state unless you buy the out of state upgrade from them or they will charge you $1,500 fine, they make it clear they have GPS on their vehicles. I mean this is Las Vegas who doesn't take a trip to the Grand Canyon or San Diego? But wait there's more conning to steal your money, no matter what insurance you get none are good for them, only their insurance is good. No matter if you got Alianz, Amex, or your own vehicle insurance, they find something wrong because they want to charge you more money. They are SCAMMERS. They also will not allow early return because they charge you full and extra. Don't ruin your trip by renting here you will regret it. I refused to have them steal my money I went to Alamo and for $25 more I got a car, with my own insurance, easy pass for tolls, I can leave out of state and if I have to return early will only be charged for the days I used it. Easirental should change their name to Steal your money rental.
