The date of initial transaction was approx the 2nd week of April. I ordered one bottle of these CBD Gummies. After about 3 weeks of taking the gummies they seemed to be working but before the end of the first month I received a pkg with 2 bottles and was charged $119.45. I did not order these 2 bottles. I called my bank to fill a dispute for the chg. I was given provisional credit while my bank investigated. About 2 weeks later I noticed that my bank balance had gone down. I then noticed that BioHeal had taken the $119.45 for the 2 bottles. The initial cost of the 1st bottle was approx $60. I'm not complaining about the 1st bottle, just the additional quantity. I then proceeded to send them an email asking them for a refund of the $119.45 and I have not heard from them. For me this amount of money is catastrophic as I'm a widow on one income and having to pay a huge mortgage payment plus several other bills. I would appreciate if you can get me a refund and cancel my account.Business Response

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.
As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a full refund for the last order without the need to return the products. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

Attempted to order of product for $39.99 on 5.8.2024, but was declined by my bank due to the amount being well over the amount advertised they were trying to charge me $198.78. So the idea of ordering was stopped. Then on the morning of 5.9.2024, the company resubmitted the order and charged my credit card $198.78 which I did not consent to nor did I order. Once the order shipping information was sent to my email. I called the Customer Support number **************** ) and spoke to Durly. She stated that she would cancel my account and send a confirmation email (but I never received that email) and I would need to contact customer support after the product arrived for Return Instructions. The product arrived via **** to my mailbox on 5.15.2024. I called Customer Support again, explained my issue,wanted a full refund, I didn't order this product, I didn't want this product, and was told to return the unopened product to BIOHEAL P.O.Box ***** ********************** and write on the package the Return Authorization Number: B140ED067737. Also was given a Reference number for all emails I would receive from them: Customer Support REF: ********** ( and I was supposed to get an email from them right after we hung up the phone from our conversation - well that never happened )!!! So now I'm supposed to wait 2-3 days after the product arrives back to their store, then another 4-5 days for processing of a Refund. So potentially by 5.31.2024, this issue is supposed to be resolved??? Even after I sink another $12-$20 in return shipping fees I must pay. I just want my Total Refund of $198.78, but I have ZERO trust that they will keep their word and give me my Refund. Just help me get it back..ThanksBusiness Response

I ordered CBD gummies from the company and they charged more than the advertised price. They have continued sending every month since and charging me $198 each time without my consent. There is no company info on the product and no receipt in the packaging. Its been impossible to find out how to get in touch for a remedy. I'm an elderly person suffering from very high blood pressure, Neuropathy and severe Diabetes 2. When I saw an advertisement on ******** promising considerable reduction of blood pressure within weeks, On or about March 19th, I decided to order a sample bottle for either $17 or $27 as they are available on Amazon. To my total surprise I have received a total of 6 bottles instead and another 6 bottles yesterday. When I opened my credit card statement, I discovered to my total dismay 2 charges of $198.78 each, whereupon I immediately contacted the ******************* for a fraud investigation.
