Ordered gummies as a trial few months ago. Thought this was a one time agreement. Then this week I received another order of two bottles. The company will claim I didn't read fine print....but I don't recall having any option to request automatic shipments. I will pay for the ones I received if necessary, but I hope the BBB will act on my behalf to get my name off their shipment list. I want NOTHING MORE from BioHeal CBD, Box *****, *********. *****. I ordered *** Gummies on 3/14/2024 but received five bottles of *** Drops and two bottles of *** Oil. First of all, I did not place an order for the Oil and secondly, I received *** Drops when I ordered Gummies and the shipping email stated Gummies. Then on 4/27/2024, I received another shipment of 5 bottles of *** Gummies. I would like a refund for the *** Oil and *** Drops and to cancel any future orders for any product from BioHeal. I received a package from BioHeal CBD on approximately 4/26/24. I did not place an order with them for the item sent. It looks like they filled an old order and sent it again. The amount of the new order was higher than the old one from about 2 months ago. I did not reorder this as it doesn't work like I thought it would. I purchased Bio Heal *** gummies on March 16th, 2024 and got them for a discounted price when you purchased more. What I received was **** Drops" something I never heard of, they were all red gummies. The website and photos trick you into thinking your purchasing just a few bottles when in reality it was (plus two) more of a different product then the **** Drops"(received). First off, I got a total of five bottles of the wrong product? Just thinking they were pictured differently. The following month, I received another 5 more bottles of the actual product I originally ordered, **** Gummies" with different ingredients then the *** Drops. Secondly, I noticed an unauthorized charge that I was unaware of on my bank statement from them. I didn't not sign up for receiving the product every month, a different product at that, one that hasn't done anything for me. I will return the product and would like a full refund, but I cannot find the information to get a hold of someone/the manufacturer.Business Response

My wife subscribed to this business for Gummy CBDs. We received the original shipment after which she tried the product and they did not help. We then received another shipment at a cost of $193. At the time of the initial order, they did not state that the shipments would be recurring and did not provide a method to cancel future orders. We have now received several additional monthly orders. I was finally able to find contact information via the BBB website since the vendor's website has no contact information available. I contacted them to cancel all future orders which they have now stated is complete. Time will tell. This is a shady business preying on unsuspecting but needful people.Business Response

The sight that we ordered from stated that these gummies would help with lowering blood sugar and that they were endorsed by Dr. *** We received the product and my husband took the gummy. His blood sugar rose to over 300. This is very dangerous for anyone. I have tried to cancel but to no avail. They are misleading and a fraud. While we were on a 30 day road trip, a package was delivered to our house from BioHeal CBD, which we didnt order. *** had several of these types of deliveries in the past year and have had to fight to find the source and get refunds when able. My credit card has been compromised twice in the last 30 days and several times in the last year. Im exhausted. I cant find the charge yet for this but Im still going through credit card charges. I have thoroughly looked online for a phone number with no luck. The business has offered a refund of $99. My ************ manager found what she believes to be the charge-which is $198. So $99 is unacceptable. In addition, this business deceitfully listed phone numbers that I personally called, that were NOT connected to BioHeal. Three were vacant numbers, and one private citizen called me back expressing immense frustration that he keeps getting calls from angry BIOHEAL customers. Theres no denying that BioHeal is just another scam. I found out that a tactic is to mail merchandise to people and unbeknownst to them, they are charged for more products for not canceling prior to 14 days, when the customer never saw any paperwork for this and were unaware of it.
