    I ordered 1 bottle for advertised price of $39.95. Tried to use debit card, and message said did not go through, to resubmit, try another card, or contact my bank. I tried again, thinking I may have missed a number when entering card number, but got same message. I just closed the website believing no order had been placed. Next day I see a charge for $198, saying I had ordered 5 bottles.
    I tried calling the number for Bioheal, got put on hold, no one ever answered. I contaced my bank to dispute the charge. In the meantime I received 5 bottles of the product, which I have not opened. I am trying to contact the company on line to ask to return product, and get a refund. No reply as of this complaint.

    I ordered a one time 3 bottle supply, and they keep sending me more, I only wanted to try them and see what I thought..I need to cancel this subscription..I don't want to be on a revolving order..
    I didn't knowingly sign up for this service..please cancel my subscription and send me an email that says to canceled my subscription, and that you will refund my credit card for the amount charged.. and send me an email with the cancelation

    The amount charged is much higher than what was advertised on TV. Contact information was not provided in packaging therefore I spent a lot of time searching the web to find a phone number to cancel the product that I have received monthly. They customer service rep would not give me a definite amount that would be refunded.

    I want to cancel my subscription and your phone number is invalid. I do not want monthly supplies sent to me. Besides the price is much higher than what was advertised. Obviously this is a scam. Please cancel my subscription now.

    This company is a fraud. They take your money from first order. Then sign you up for a subscription that you're not aware of until it comes out. Then. I called and said they would credit me partial until they've received product back. When I called, they still won't refund any of my money back. Filed a dispute they know what the results were and won't give my money back.

    I ordered these gummies at $39.99 (buy 3, get 3 free) and was charged $239.99. When I received the confirmation order, I immediately emailed their care team requesting to cancel my order and receive a refund. It’s been 4 days and we are still emailing back and forth. They say the sale was final and under their terms and conditions, I agreed to the full price with no refund. I went to their website and clicked on the Terms and Conditions and it states otherwise. Their Cancelation/Refund Policy states “if you are not completely satisfied, they will issue a refund within 30 days of receiving your product." They’ve tried to negotiate the amount of the refund - at first it was 35%, then it was 50%. I have not agreed. Refund my money, as your Terms and Conditions state. Period.
