    I've been charged 3 times in the past 4 months. My initial purchase was buy 3 get 2 free, a 5 month supply. I don't see why you would send me 10 more containers of gummies while I'm still going through my initial purchase.

    This product not only does not lower your sugar but it raises it. I was charged 198. Dollars twice before I could get the order stopped. I was really hoping this worked.

    I did not place the order but the CBD gummies were sent and charged to my credit card. I will gladly return the product and I DO WANT to receive my charged payment of $198.78 which was charged to a credit card. I will be going to the bank shortly to enquire about this charge. The gummies were sent to M Dean *******, **** E Arbor Ave. Apt ***, Mesa, AZ *****. I DO NOT want any future shipments or charges and will wait to hear from someone concerning this order.

    Purchased Bioheal Blood Balance through computer ad "Buy 3 Get 2 Free" offer, with 60 day satisfaction money back guarantee. Cost was to have been $39.45 per bottle, for a total of $118.35, with 2 additional free bottles. Following receipt of my credit card statement, a charge by 9XPRESS GF27 for $238.54 appeared. I called the provided number and was informed it was for Bioheal products. I pulled out my notes regarding my purchase details and confirmed I had been overcharged $120.19. I contacted the phone number listed on my handwritten notes for Bioheal and spoke with their customer service representative. After much back and forth, I was told a credit would be issued for $119.27 for the overcharge, to which I agreed. After being placed on hold, I was then told there was an error reading which prevented them from issuing a credit to my card, but I would be issued an E-check. Since I have never dealt with an E-check, I requested to return the product. After providing me the return address and information, I was asked if I had opened the product. Which I had. I was told I could return the 4 bottles unopened bottles, but only refunded $60 some for 2 bottles, since it was considered a sale, and not refunded the full $238.54 I had been charged. Out of frustration, I agreed to accept the E-check, which was to be received within 7-10 business days. It has been months and no refund has ever been received, as promised, nor any confirmation or further communication from Bioheal. Since that time, I have had numerous additional conversations with Customer Service representatives, each giving me excuses, requesting more time, telling me someone would contact me, which they haven't, and ultimately refusing to allow me to return the merchandise, despite being previously advised I did not need to be concerned about expiration of the 60 day satisfaction guarantee and refund policy, since my dispute had been fully documented.

    I ordered 2 bottles of Bio Heal Gummies and decided to send them back for a refund. I never got the refund and they kept telling me they are going to send me a e-check . I never got the refund and every time I call they tell me their is a problem with their billing department. I have called about 2 dozen times and they apologized for their actions and said give it a couple of days. a couple of days never came. Now when I call they hang up on me. What can be done about this business.

    TOTAL FRAUD! I ordered 5 month supply for $198.95 received 5 jars of red "DOT" gummies... a second charge for $59.95 for I have no clue what and somehow Mysteriously an identical charge was made to another debit card I have with the same bank on the same day, for which I received nothing. The following month identical charges made on both cards after which only ONE product was received... not ordered. No contact information anywhere except on the shipping label.
    Though the product was supposed to be money back if not satisfied they refused to reimburse me anything but $50. needless to say "customer support" is in some foreign land by heavily accented ladies with poor connections....
    This was a $860 lesson in internet FRAUD I won't be repeating again!

    I had an A1c level of between 7-8 with taking Jaundice and before taking these gummies. With the million dollar claim that they would lower my results I tried them . After just 3 months on these gummies my A1c has claimed to 12.!!!! No more! And I am sure that they will not give me the million. Will return this shipment.
