    I ordered this product without the intent or awareness it would be a recurring order. I received a second shipment today to my surprise. I tried emailing to cancel but email returned undeliverable. I called the customer service phone number to cancel. I was told I would receive an email confirming cancelation but have yet to receive one. I am logging this comment to support my cancelation just in case and to warn potential buyers of this product to beware of recurring orders and charges.

We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

    Absolute scam. No company information provided on any bottle, no packing slip with company info, checking online, there is no company information on any of their ads. Please be warned that they change a one time shipment into monthly shipments without consent. Websites may forward to identical ads with a different name attached. Product is basically expensive candy.

    We are experiencing a similar SCAM as everyone here. Ordered product to help with Diabetes. Did not work as advertised. Unbeknown to us they put us on repeat subscription. We never signed up for a subscription, do not have emails from this company, no paperwork except for packing slip, and can not find a email anywhere. Found a phone number on packing slip. When we called to return product on 3/7/24 CSR tried to only give a credit after stating it has been 30 days since receipt. We just received package on March 4, 2024. Still have no email from them with return instructions. On verge of disputing it with cc company. Guess it will happen on Monday..... BIOHEAL CBD is obviously a SCAM through and through. BEWARE!!

    Horrible company. I ordered a $59 special and they added on ANOTHEr $159 and sent ONLY 3 small gummy containers and two small oils. I called their customer service, which is out of the country, and they refused to refund me the $159 I did not order!!! This was a deceptive ad on FB (never again FB!!) and they defrauded me.
    Do NOT buy anything from this company!!


    I received a response from this company regarding the two charges I received, $59 and $159, $59 is what I punched and somehow they also charged me for $159. All I received was the deal for $59. The response said I ordered the $159 AND the $59 and that they would refund half. Read their response below, it's weird. They said $159 for two bottles of CBD ( I was led to think I was receiving something else!!!) and they would add one more bottle (what about the dummies mentioned on the ad?). And what widow on a fixed income is stupid enough to order only two bottles for $159!!. I only punched the $59 deal thinking I was receiving an anti-inflammatory product. Turns out it's CBD. But in their response they say two bottles for $59. So two bottles for $159 and two bottles for $59? It doesn't add up. This is a scam site and I will do everything in my power to warn people of these ads. I pray your conscience bugs you until you repent and change your ways. This is so wrong.

    Total scam. I ordered what I thought was going to be $59.00 but was charged $198.00.
    I noticed this the morning after I ordered it and called to cancel, but was told I could not because the order was in their distribution center. The order had literally not been shipped yet.
    I then asked to speak to a supervisor but I was told none was available, I find it difficult to believe that there was not a supervisor on site. They just didn’t want to refund my money. Total scam.

    I have called BioHeal CBD Gummies folks 11 times to be sure my order was cancelled and they tell me I will get an email confirmation that I would not receive any future orders. Still haven't received one. Press 9 is only option for customer service and they cannot seem to send you to a manager. I saw all the stars promoting this which was false. On my order confirmation there was a confirmation number **********. Just like everyone else who has sent info to BBB has the same problem. Emails returned, customer service can't help and no higher ups to hear the problems. The cost was way more than I understood by site as others noted. I am feeling this is a sham and plan on canceling my credit card because I don't trust them.
    All their apologies to folks below are the same and don't give info other than the 855 number which gets you nothing but frustration!

    I am happy to finally get a response and an email confirming NO auto fill. They really need to revise their site so they don't have these issues. I did cancel my credit card because I don't trust this company. I don't think they would have ever responded if it weren't for BBB. I called them a total of 16 times in the end and even spoke with a supervisor who also could not send me a confirmation email. What? The help center is in SE Asia but the company is in Nevada? Thank you for the resolution BBB!!!

    We ordered 3 containers of gummies at a good sale price at which time, without our knowledge or consent, we were put on their automatic refill program. When we recently received a package with 3 more containers of gummies we called American Express to see what was going o. Imagine our surprise when we found that we were billed $159 for the 3 containers that we didn't order; more than twice the price of the original order. When we called BioHeal tofind out what was up they basically said too bad so sad. So we're out 159 for a product we didn't order.

    THIS IS A SCAM FOR SURE.... I purchased 3 month supply for my husband with diabetes. He tried them with absolutely no change at all. After 1 month, they sent another 3 month supply and charged me $159.85 again. In the packaging , there was no paperwork, no phone number to call. No way to cancel. The draft from the bank was a company called XGLOW 9*FX22 Cheyenne WY.
    I am appalled that this company preys on the elderly that have medical conditions and low income. I would like for a FULL REFUND to be given. I finally was able to contact this company and was advised they would give me a $40 credit, when I wasn't satisfied with the amount, she changed the amount to $79.92. I am still not satisfied and was told if I returned the unopened package (received in the mail yesterday - didn't even open it) to the Las Vegas Warehouse, I could get a refund - but she wasn't sure about the amount and I would have to pay the shipping back . This is the worst company policy I have ever heard of. If I return the product, I should get a full refund. But reading the other reviews, they are not asked to return the product at all and are receiving a full refund and a cancelled account.

    That said a 30 day money back guarantee. When I called to return the product for a full money refund. They told me I was I was over 30days.
    I order the product on January 9, 2024. The product was shipped on January 16, 2024. My first phone to them was on February 12, 2024.
    They said I would get a partial refund and still waiting on that.
