    I have been trying to get a refund from this company since november 2023. Over a year! I reported them to the FTC and still no results. I have been consistently emailing them to no avail. This company sucks to no end!!

    OMG! I’ve been scam like Everyone else here, Ive never sign up for automatic payment out from my Bank Account, now they just remove it Every Month, I’ve returned 2 packages back to and ask them to stop sending and they still sending me and removing payment, I’m so mad, I ask them nicely to stop , I thought I’m writing to a 3rd World Country that they don’t know how to read English, Please Cancel my Order and refund All my money, They owe me 600 Dollars , Very! Very! Disappointment , Going to see my Bank tomorrow. O Stars

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

    As a gesture of goodwill, we have provided a complete refund for the most recent order, without requiring the return of the products. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

    Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

    As with everyone else, I thought I was signing up for a ONE-TIME purchase. I've now received four shipments. It looks like it is futile to request that you stop my shipments and cancel my account since so many others have tried and you just give them nice-sounding promises that never get taken seriously by your company. I am so disappointed to find that this is a scam. I guess I will see if my credit card company can stop payment on these charges.

    -0 stars - Do not do business with this company, they are a nightmare. Been waiting for my full refund for returned product since January. Their customer service gives you runaround trying not to refund money (% off order that grows each time you say no), only can offer partial refund because of restocking fee (not told that back in January got full refund approved), issuing an e-check in 5-7 days as of March 7th today is May 14th and no e-check received & credit card company also having issues.

    Won’t give them any stars!! I’ve been trying since December of last year to get my money back to no avail. Their product was returned unopened on December 8th but when I call they won’t let me talk to anyone in billing but always say they contacted them.

    I ordered this in product in December 2023. Then on January 10th I got another charge for 198.78 and received another shipment of this product. I did not know I registered for a monthly shipment plan. I called immediately and cancelled the shipments and was told they would send an email to my wife's email address on how to return the 2nd product. Confirmation # was provided to me. Email never received confirming cancellation or info to return product. I called again and was advised they will send email to my wife. Never received. On 2-2-24 my wife called and spoke to Peach at Ext 675 and she advised instead of returning the 2nd shipment that we could keep it and she would refund my husband $99.30. I was advised it will come as e-check and for me to check my spam box as well. I made clear to send it to my email address. I was told I would get in 3 days. I chose this option as I assumed that if I can't get an email sent to me they will say they never got product back. Again I never received email of confirmation or the e-check. My wife called again on 2-8-24 as she was concerned the product would send out again and we will be charged again. She spoke to Yosha who confirmed who said it takes 7 to 10 days to receive the e-check and she did confirm that we cancelled. Thank goodness nothing charged in February or this month. Now March 24th and never got a thing. This is the delay tactic to get the consumer to stop trying and give up. There is no excuse for this. Very disappointing.

    I ordered one product in December they sent me four. I called and found out the billing address to return the product to and did so promptly. It is March I have spoken to them a dozen times on the phone about my refund if they claim they sent me electronic email with a check nothing but a lie everything about this company is nothing but a lie I've been given every excuse you could think of three to five days six times I've been told 3 to 5 days do not spend a dime with these people it is a gigantic con

    This company will not return my money after sending me a second order, I did not want. They continue to tell me they will send me an echeck. I have received nothing from them. I was able to send the unwanted product back. But after 4 phone calls, (still waiting to hear from a supervisor) and over a month I have not received my refund. I operated under good faith this company does not. I would like my money back.

    Ordered Greenvibe CBD gummies on Nov 21, 2023. I looked at their terms and conditions and decided to cancel on Nov 22, 2023. They did refund 50% of the order on Nov 22, 2023 and acknowledged cancellation of the account. Had to wait until the products arrived and promptly sent them back. Called in December to ask about receipt of the return and the status of my refund. was told that they did receive the return and I would see a refund in 30 days. Called again in January 2024 and was told that they were delayed in the business office. Called in mid-February 2024 and was told that the refund would be an emailed echeck that I would receive within 10 business days. Now March 1 2024 call and was told that they would call me back when the business office responded. No refund and no echeck and no phone call = no customer service. One of the biggest scams out there right now. They stall and don't refund, then stall some more and claim Oh we will send you an echeck and then don't. And another call and now they will call me back. If I believed that I wouldn't be writing this, I would have my refund!
