    the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. they are scammers in the true sense of the word. they should be ashamed of how they do business with all clients! stay away from them. They shipped to me what I did not order and would not let me cancel the order before it was shipped. they changed my back card and when I returned the order to them unopened they are only me back a portion of the original change. I plan to make my thoughts about this company known to bbb, attorney general in nevada, also Fraud report with the FTC. Awful Customer experience???

    I placed an order for a one time purchase. And it was for $59 I ended getting billed $119 never responded to any email messages or voicemail. The following month without notice my card was being billed the $119 again. This was not a subscription purchase. My bank caught the charge and was marked fraudulent. Now my card is blocked and unable to use and need to go thru the process of getting a new number and card. I never received any email nor anywhere was this mentioned at any time this was a subscription. Did not receive any email invoice for a 2nd month "purchase" Still have not received any reply or refund.

    This company uses deceptive sales practices to charge you much more they what you think you are ordering. The customer service is useless third party script readers. We placed an order for a "Buy 1 bottle get the second bottle free" for a total of $59. We received a single order confirmation for $119. We had 2 charges put against our card. One for $59 and one for $119. We called customer service and all they would do is read a script explaining in convoluted logic of how this is what we ordered. They would not do anything and hung up when we challenged them about the order. This company is clearly using deceptive sales practices to scam people. We did some research and found that there are many similar companies operating out of the same address. Looks like they just change their name when they get to many bad reviews and reports. Based on our experience we would recommend you avoid doing business with them!!!!!

    The website is confusing, It appears you are buying 3 bottles of Gummies and getting 2 free instead i was charged for for all 5 bottles. Then I was taken to a screen where I was offered a deal on CBD oil. There was no place to get out of it. I called immediately after placing my order to make sure the oil was not on my order. The customer service was so hard to understand that I couldn't understand most of what she said but it sounded like I was only getting the gummies. Now I have an email confirming the purchase of both and my credit card is showing charges for both the oil and the gummies. I called today and again got someone I couldn't understand. Somehow, in the conversation I agreed to settle for a refund of 1/2 the price of the oil, $30. I asked her to let me talk to a manager, she said one wasn't available. I immediately called back twice and requested a manager. When I finally got a manager I was told that since I agreed to the $30 there was nothing more that could be done. It doesn't matter how good the product may or may not their marketing is close to scamming. I will be refusing the package when delivered.
