This company is a scam!! I keep receiving 2 orders every month and they take $198 out of my account. I did not ask for a subscription. In addition, there is no phone number listed on the website to contact them!! I would not recommend this company at all!! If someone can respond to me, I would like a refund before I contact my bank and cancel. If someone has the phone number, please pass it on to me. Thank you!GreenVibe CBD

They had an ad on ********. That my mother in law seen. She has dementia, and placed an order. The ad said one time fee $37.00. Well, she never was charged $37.00. Instead they habe charged her 198.78 two months in a row. Taking her to bank to hopefully get this fixed. Because we called the company and they will not admit they charged more than they advertised plus more than one time. Their answer was to return product and they will issue a refund. I will be returning the product. But with shady business practices like this. How are we to trust they will refund anything? Plus the advertisement was saying it cures C.O.P.D. last I checked there is no cure for C.O.P.D. we did not setup a recurring billing. It was suppose to be one time. It took me time to research what happened as it start with my wife. Wondering why her mother was getting charged close to 200.00 in just a few months time.GreenVibe CBD

GreenVibe CBD is an obvious scam. I ordered a one-time order for $59.99 30 day supply on Dec, 5th 2023. Then I received a second order of GreenVibe CBD with 4 containers with 2 bottle of liquid CBD that leaked all over the contents inside. They charged my credit card $ 198.78. Then in January I received another shipment of 5 containers with a different kind of gummies and another unauthorized charge of $ 198.78. Each container is a 30 day supply so I have received enough product in just over a month to last 10 months. I contact the company and they wouldn’t credit me because it was past 30 days. In total GreenVide CBD has processed unauthorized charges in the amount of $397.56 to my card for products I did not order.GreenVibe CBD

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.
Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you already filed a dispute with your bank. The reason we cannot process a refund is that you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. The best resolution is to coordinate with your bank regarding this matter.

I originally received (and was charged for) more products than I ordered. I complained and was offered a discount but never actually received it. I was surprised to receive more products 1 month later when I never agreed for an auto-renew subscription. They offered me a partial refund if I kept the products. I declined. I paid to ship the products back. I month later I still did not have the refund. I called. They said they didn’t have confirmation from their warehouse that it was received. I gave them the tracking number to prove it. They said I will have my refund within 5 days. Finger’s crossed.

We ordered once from GreenVibe and received a product different from what was ordered. We also got an automatic reorder charged one month later with no product received. What we also noted was two other lesser charges on the same card from companies we were not able to trace. I suspect these other charges were related to this original order. Same story as all the others. I never ordered in the first place. Bag of CBD gummies for which I tried to find a phone number to dispute the charge. No phone number on their web site, but I found one on BBB (eight eigth eight) four four eight - four nine four two)I called and canceled. They said keep the gummies and we'll only charge you fifty dollars. I said NO WAY. Called my credit card company and got the entire amount
