  The OSHA Resource Group is a thorough and reliable company. In all honesty, I had no idea what I was supposed to do. And these guys pointed me in the right direction. They gave me a free 23-page assessment and I decided I was not going to do it on my own and decided to call them for help. My favorite part of their service is that it’s not computerized or an AI. It's an actual human being answering the phone and helping you. It took me one phone call to get a live person. No automated maze of recordings. For every other software company I use, I have to send an email and wait for a response Believe It or Not these guys actually pick up the phone. My office manager absolutely loves the people at the office including Sam, Tina, and Amy. They have been really thorough and generous with their time. Great company I highly recommend the OSHA Resource Group.

  Their services have, without a doubt, streamlined and simplified a process that initially appeared daunting. When I first approached them, I had concerns regarding training procedures and the overall implementation process. However, those concerns were promptly laid to rest as I discovered just how user-friendly their system and their staff truly is.

  Caller ID shows up as OSHA re making you think it is OSHA if you aren't really paying attention.
  They won't stop calling. I have explained that we do not require or desire to use their services. They got grumpy with me and said I would end up getting fines which is not true.

  I have worked with the people at OSHA Resource Group for several months now. I have found them to be extremely responsive and open and honest. They always respond in a timely manner. I have also found that if someone wants a refund, they will do it no questions asked. In an age when customer service is becoming non-existent, I am really pleased with my interactions with this company. Would highly recommend.

  The OSHA Resource Group is a very thorough and thoughtful company. First, from the 1st interaction with them to my last I can see there are very good people working there. The manager I spoke to was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They make things very simple and uncomplicated. So far ( 2 months) we are all very happy with the training and the way the portal is laid out. Very easy to navigate. Very helpful! We recommend and will continue to work with them.

  This company has been the best when it comes to resources for my business. The professionalism I have dealt with by the individual I have been working with from OSHA resources has made this the best experience, and I will be recommending OSHAs Resources to all of my friends in need of this type of establishment. I am nothing but impressed and thank you for saving me from what could have been a disaster!

  Wow am I glad I took a risk assessment. I had no idea how many trainings I had to do with my office. This portal has over 60 OSHA trainings. If somebody leaves today I can train the replacement tomorrow. I have a pretty busy office and this tool is really helping me A lot. Plus these guys are extremely Hands-On if I need help with my MSDS or my maps they'll do it at no cost. They also did a risk assessment that was 23 pages which was also at no cost. I dealt with someone named Courtney and she was extremely helpful. I have to say after I took my risk assessment, I looked at all the different ways to fix my deficiencies. They weren't that bad but it was time consuming these guys basically did almost everything. I'm very grateful. They asked me to write the review because i mentioned to Sam (the on boarding expert )that Courtney was so helpful, he asked if i would Share My experience . the OSHA resource group is extremely thoughtful helpful and attentive. My only complaint is sometimes they're busy and they have to call me back. I have other software services in my office and none of them are as friendly or Hands-On as the OSHA resource group. They took a lot of time to walk me through the software twice just to make sure I completely understood everything. I'm very happy to help them with a positive review because I feel they deserve it.

  Their timing to call was perfect - in a way that we are in the midst of an actual OSHA assessment. I recently inherited a family business and compliance and safety is number one to continue with my family's legacy. Their questions were really good to attach their 'sales' sentiment in a way to jump on the band wagon of the grief of my 94 year old father's passing 3 months ago. Yes, I'm a business man, but yes, I am still going through the grief process, but yes, I'm pretty smart. What I thought was actually OSHA turned when they started asking what my OSHA compliance budget of costs should be. DING? Their caller ID on our phone was simply OSHA RE. When that question was asked, I looked up at the address bar on my laptop while reviewing their presentation - hmmm, a DOT COM and not a DOT GOV. Then the cost sale came into play $150 per month. I pushed back after spending 45 minutes THINKING it was actually OSHA I was conversing with. I informed them all of the business aspects were being transferred over and my attorney and CPA were involved in approving any expenses at this time - they said the SPECIAL expires in 24 hours - I asked them to email me a contract for my attorney to review, they couldn't - then offered a 30 DAY FREE TRIAL TO try it out and earn their trust - they sent me a new link - when it came to the CREDIT CARD ENTRY, they said type in your name and last 4 digits of the credit card - I explained all credit cards are in the hands of my CPA with the changeover - THAT left them stumped - they are calling back Tuesday AND I did speak with both my attorney and CPA and they have advised I am not in a position to utilize a company such as this as it is a waste of company money. I'm listening to my attorney and my accountant. SORRY OSHA RESOURCE GROUP. Not my call - nor would it probably be without my professional backing. Your Glitz is nice and informative, but the real OSHA offers it for free - which is what our tax monies pay for.

  may have made an incorrect judgment about the person you spoke to. The
  individual who received your comments was genuinely shocked and personally hurt
  by your accusations and internal representations of their character. I hope you can appreciate that your comments could be hurtful for someone trying to empathize . We were saddened to read such
  statements, especially given that we have a recording of the conversation.

  we intended to offer you kindness and support during this difficult time. We
  apologize if our intentions came across as disingenuous, and we regret any
  impression of falling short of the truth. We understand the impact of losing a

  Regarding your assertion that you believed we were OSHA, we'd like to clarify
  that we clearly disclosed our identity within the first 20 seconds of the call,
  and this information is also available on our website, including the Risk
  Assessment pages. We made every effort to ensure that you were aware of our
  identity before proceeding. Including pasting the disclosure above the link .
  So you see it before you are even able to click the link for the risk

  If there were any issues or confusion, isn't it  possible that you may have missed
  some of these disclosures, and we would be happy to add any additional ones you
  feel are necessary for clarity. We are open to your suggestions.
  
  
  
  Furthermore, there seems to be some misinformation about what OSHA provides for
  free. While they offer some basic options, the comprehensive training and
  support you mentioned would typically require additional efforts and expenses
  on your part.

  miscommunication that led to your negative review/comments . We would appreciate the
