5 starsThis is an excellent company! I had no idea what my requirements were they spent a lot of time going through everything and they did a 23-page risk review that was very very helpful. It even included some suggestions on how to fix things on my own. I was very comfortable with them and my decision to work with them I highly recommend the OSHA Resource GroupReview fromThomas D

1 starThis company just contacted my business and threatened to report me to Osha if I did not use them for a compliance survey. He then tried to scare me by saying I will get fined and sued. This is a SCAM! DON"T FALL FOR IT!!Review fromRob G

1 starThey impersonate OSHA to con you into giving them money. Stay as far away as you can and when you leave a negative review, they call and threaten you. Total crooks.Review fromJOSH S

1 starThis company calls you and make you feel like the real OSHA is going to come and fine you if you don't comply. I felt like they strong armed me into getting their "subscription" to a dashboard. The entire thing is a scam. They didn't charge me for two months and when I called to make sure they cancelled my "subscription" they said that they can as soon as they charged me for the two months they missed billing me. They don't send invoices or statements. They just charge your account every month for basically nothing. Absolute scam. If there was a zero star option I would put that. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!! They want to sell you the posters that you can get for free.Review fromRebecca H

This company is not related to OSHA in any way they want to sell you stuff that OSHA will give you for free. Just confirmed that with OSHA myself just now. They also confirmed no connection of requirement for this survey. They were plenty friendly and helpful if you want to pay for what OSHA will give you free.Osha Resource Group

When there is a
qualifying event, you are required to do a risk assessment, in accordance with 1910.132(d)(2).. Covid is a qualifying event have
you done one since then? You are also REQUIRED TO ASSESS RISK, right? We record
the calls and never not once made any connection to OSHA. We disclosed to you
in the first 30 seconds exactly who we are, we have it on every page of the web
site, we also have it on the about us page, it's on the copy of the risk
assessment, above the fold on the 1st page right were it invites you to take a risk assessment, and many other places. Also I believe you’re misinformed about what OSHA will provide
for free. Do you believe OSHA will train all your employees? Do your maps, Are
you sure they will do 70 trainings with your staff and if someone leaves or gets
fired, they will come do the training again? That’s just not correct. While
some basics are available. The rest you would be the researching, implementing or hiring on your own.Somewhere along the line we did something to make you leave such a negative
review, we’d love to discuss this with you to get a better understanding of
what went wrong. We completely understand that people have bad days if this is the case we urge you to remove this review as its an extremely unfair characterization of who we are , what we offer, and the people that work very hard to be attentive and helpful.
Please call our VP line or email us and ask for the VP office, if you want to discuss whatever
happened and maybe review the recordings. We are always open to feedback, and giving you a better impression of our company if you are open to it.Review fromMarshall T

I received a call from this company and the rep on the phone stated that I must take the mandatory assessment as well. This private company may offer a safety risk assessment for a fee but to my knowledge this is not mandated by or affiliated with OSHA in any way. It appears to be a scare tactic to coerce unaware customers into buying an unnecessary product. Buyer beware!Osha Resource Group

We kindly urge you to consider the importance of
assessing risks, especially in the context of COVID-19. It's a significant
event, and it's advisable to perform a basic Risk Assessment in accordance with
1910.132(d)(2). Our Basic Risk Assessment is FREE not for a Fee. We never charge for a basic Risks assessment. We do them all the time for free for non customers. This is simply a misunderstanding as we never have charged a fee for them.
We noticed that you provided us with a 1-star rating
without a full understanding of our services, what we offer, or who we are as a
company. Regarding your claim of confusion, we would genuinely appreciate your
suggestions on how we can improve clarity because, in the call we reviewed,
there was no ambiguity. We were upfront about our identity within the first 20
seconds of the conversation, and this information can also be found in all our
documentation and online presence.
It's worth noting that we hold an A+ rating with the
Better Business Bureau, indicating our commitment to transparency and quality
service. Given that we provided you with accurate information and your
understanding of basic OSHA procedures might be limited, we kindly ask you to
reconsider your review. We request that you consider removing it at your
earliest convenience.Review fromReid H

1 starOsha Resource Group is just a devishly misleading consulting organization. They are NOT in any shape or fashion the federal agency OSHA.GOV though they would like you to believe that without outright affirmation. Their tactics are VERY aggressive so don't be fooled. They will not stop calling and tying up your time pushing you to fill out online questionnaires and lengthy phone surveys and more. When I started getting the calls I immediately went online and did some research. I stopped the calls immediately by politely telling the salesperson that I looked them up online and that they were no more than a consulting firm looking for a sale and stop the calls. For over 20 years I've been getting my compliance manuals and videos hassle free online from www.********.com. Hope you find this helpful.Review fromKelli Ann B

I just got a call from this company as well...this guy kept telling me that it was mandatory that I take their compliance quiz (and was clearly reading from a script, as he kept saying the same thing). Told me that if OSHA came to our jobsite and I didn't have this printed and in my files that I could get fined. Well...we just had a *REAL* OSHA walk through and they asked for no such thing and never mentioned anything of the likes. I placed the guy on hold and looked them up online...immediately saw the words scam in various sites. I got back on the phone and told him I had just looked them up on the BBB website...he immediately said, "ok, have a good day ma'am". He knew better than to continue any further with the conversation.
Scammers are good at what they do...be vigilant out there.Osha Resource Group

I appreciate your feedback; however, there seems to be some
misunderstanding that I'd like to address. We do record all our calls, and
we've taken the approach of maintaining a positive perspective regarding your
review and the characterization of our conversation, which we believe may be
inaccurate.
In addition to that, we would like to refrain from
discussing your business and personal practices. We understand that your words
have caused some concern, and we would like to clarify any misunderstandings
that may have arisen from our conversation. It's important to note that public
forums can sometimes lead to misinterpretations.
Regarding the mention of a "scam," it's worth
considering that the assessment of risks, especially in the context of
qualifying events like COVID, is mandatory as per OSHA guidelines 1910.132(d)(2).
Have you had the opportunity to conduct a risk
assessment since our conversation? We believe in maintaining the highest
standards of honesty and integrity in our operations.
We take pride in our A+ rating with the BBB, so we were
surprised to see the term "scam" associated with our company. We're
committed to addressing any concerns or issues, but we would appreciate a more
accurate portrayal of our services.
We'd like to request an retraction, as we believe this would be
a more constructive approach than engaging in a public discussion. If you wish
to discuss this further, please feel free to contact our client relations
department and ask for the VP's office. We hope to address any
misunderstandings and move forward positively.Review fromDarnell p

5 starsThe OSHA Resource Group is an excellent company that I trust. I've been with them for about 4 months and they asked me to write a review so I agree because they deserve it. When I contacted them I really had no idea how to even organize my osha. They seem to be able to get to the meat and potatoes really quick and help you. I had no idea what trainings I had to do but there needs assessment tool actually explained it to me in a way that organized it so all my employees could do their trainings. They're easy to deal with mostly I talk to my agent named tina. She's my customer experience rep and she's been extremely helpful. She answers the phone when I call or she calls me back within a reasonable time and she makes compliance pretty simple. There's a few products that I have that I would actually take the time to do a review and this is one of them. Those sure Resource Group has a great product and great customer service. They're responsive and attentive and I'm very happy that they are helping me. I didn't mind writing this review because I feel like they earned it. I will continue to do business with them and I would recommend the OSHA resource group. I was really impressed by how thorough their General risk assessment. We set another appointment to speak to someone who could maybe help me with fixing whatever deficiencies I had. They definitely put some work in for me before they even ask me to sign up or do anything. Ever since covid I feel customer service has been declining in most Industries these guys seem to be on the ball and I really am glad I work with the Group. Thanks again.
