    This company has scammed me. I pay for a spousal visa and pay for it to be sent to USCIS. I don’t know what I did wrong to this company for them to discriminate against me. I really want a refund but it pass the 14 days. The paperwork has been complete for year and they won’t send it. Really regret using this company

    RapidVisa has been great from the very beginning. The removal of status process took a little extra time but once we gathered all the documents, the RapidVisa team reviewed the packet and gave us an opportunity to review before mailing. Less than two weeks after RapidViss mailed the packet, my wife received her four year green card extension. RapidVisa has been great and we are very satisfied with the cost and with all the help they have given us along the way.

    I'm honestly shocked at all the bad reviews. My experience has been nothing short of amazing! Yes constantly uploading documents and waiting for a review sucks but once that process is done its pretty much smooth sailing. I'd highly recommend this service and boundless to anyone. I'd like to recognized Phoemela Udal - she's simply the greatest. Nina ***** is also very pleasant.

    so I got the K-1 a premium with the AOS jstatus..,on the K-1 it was good..., but when it comes to my adjustment of status it's terrible they keep asking for same documents over and over again ..,and they got same 24hrs to 48 hrs for respond still nothing.., you need to call them to find out whats going on.., and then they just gonna repeat what they say to you the last time asking for documents take note same one., they just gonna make you submit another documents until it will be months and then if you're doing your refund they will say if we can update you today will you considering refunding so i tried yet still failed same thing again..,so decided to take a refund 1st agent tell me 3 to 5 Business days now it became 5 to 10 business days telling me it will take 5 to 10 business days now my friend got her green im still stock waiting for my refund thats why i record every convo we got too

    More like VapidVisa, because in the end, you won't get anything of use from these idiots. These people suck harder than a supercharged Dyson. Don't waste your money or more importantly time. This place danced around actually completing our removal of conditions application for more than seven weeks. We're now past the window opening to file it, and the only thing these jokers have assembled for us is an application full of errors, with the wrong evidence attached. Don't get suckered in like we did -- save yourself the $500 and DIY!

    They suck,and lie, about everything, what a scam. .you ask for your money back because of doing nothing but take my money, every month.they owe me 2000.00dont go to these scam artists. They kept making me send paperwork for 6 months for the first part , which should only take 3 weeks.

    Very good service unless you go with their “premium” service, the specialists don’t take phone calls so you end up playing a game of telephone between the representatives and the specialists. I had a flawless experience with my K1 application and a disaster with my AOS application because I used the “premium”. The only difference between services is without premium you need to print all the forms and documents yourself and send them in. I really think if I could have been able to directly speak with my specialist I would have paid a lot more for the service and been much happier.

    As I was making my installment payment which rapidvisa told me I will not be affected by the new fees increase which I started my payment on the 28th of February 2024,Rapid visa allowed me to finish my payment in July and I never had anything from them only to receive a message from them after I have completed my payment three weeks later I didn't hear from my agent that I was still having a new fees, they sent me an email showing completed payment weeks later rapid visa sent me a message that I need to pay for the balance of 916 dollars more for a payment I have already been informed of completion, now my petition process is on pause. Rapid visa is unable to put this clear for their customers to understand, also they are slow to pursue your process,when you ask for your money back the don't repay you what they are suppose rather they take about a 70? or more of your money, you can't even contact them 24hours on phone. This action is making me feel as though they are scammers because they don't tell you the whole truth they keep things you should know at first secreted to lure people in and charge you for things they have not truly completely finished. And this is truly frustrating and depressing. They kept reminding me that I have to pay the child fees of 479 dollars in the month of April and not once did they tell me that my fees was more than that out of 2000 dollars plus the only want to refund 535 dollars saying the only refund the government fees.
