5 starsRapid Visa is not a scam like i have seen on a lot of the reviews on here. Me and my wife decided to use this company to help with her adjustment of status. It is a lot of back and forth about how the paperwork should be filled out but, in the end, we are very happy with the serviced provided. The paperwork was turned in and accepted, also throughout the whole process there were no request for evidence except for the medical paperwork. Which we knew we had to do to complete the application. Overall, it took 7 months from filing to approval which I'm sure it would have been longer if rapid visa didn't look over and make sure the paperwork was correct. It does state they are not lawyers and cannot provide legal advice, but they are very helpful in completing the paperwork correctly so that it doesn't get rejected or you have to responded to multipile request for evidence that will make your case take longer.Review fromPedro D

2 starsOK this will be the best honest opinion coming from a Mexican American male with Limited computer skills. 1st of all They are not your lawyer Remember that They're not your mother either They go through a lot of stress with ignorant people Asking ignorant questions Stress in the mouth you're human as well. What I find Totally wrong Is that because of all these other people Calling being negative and stupid and forgetting that They do not work for immigration Nor are they there attorney. The person out there Fed up with the Ignorance of other Callers Lose their professionalism Then when a Calm cool collective Call Comes in They are already aggressive Talking really fast Can't wait to get you off the line They won't listen to you they're just trying to get you off the line The only time their tone changes is when you decide just to let it go And get ready to hang up then and only then Their tone changes Very polite and professional thank you sir is there anything else I can help you with And that there's a bunch of bull Because of the missing information they've given me Or half *** information It cost me 6 weeks of my time.and I have to wait tell Monday now6 weeks I can not seem to be able to fill my last step.if a supervise reads this please reach out.further more you have to have computer skillsReview fromSherrilyn M

First of all, my name was changed on the paperwork to a completely different person when they told me my i-129 was ready to print. I had to call and make them change it back to me... 2nd they have no country specific info. You will hear a lot of "it varies by country" and "just be patient." Last and worst after my fiance's visa was issued I have received 2+ calls from the same guy PRESSURING ME to pay $700 to have them help with the adjustment of status. When I said that I was familiar with the application "Ray" Two times said to me "so you are willing to risk denial??". As if only they can guarantee our success and I am not capable of doing this on my own. I felt like that was a threatening and shady business practice. He wouldn't take no for an answer And called me back the following week to "begin the adjustment of status paperwork.". I said again I am not paying for that and will not be using rapid visa for any further services. He told me to call back and ask for him if I change my mind. They did answer a couple of questions that I couldn't find answers to online or otherwise, about zip codes and international addresses. Otherwise I am not at all happy with my experience.RapidVisa, Inc.

We appreciate the feedback and know that immigration is a time-sensitive issue. RapidVisa continues to make our overall customer experience and processing times our top priority. Our team understands that immigration impacts your well-being, finances, and relationships.
RapidVisa was founded to remove obstacles from the process. Unfortunately, we missed the mark here, and our team is standing by to rectify this issue. Thank you again for escalating this issue as we work together to resolve the problem at hand.Review fromAndrew H

Wanted to leave my honest opinion because I saw a lot of 1 line reviews that were no help at all. I am just finishing up the adjustment of status with my now wife who came to the USA from Brazil. My timeline is about 16 months for this whole deal but no delays due to rapid visa. The pro's of this company: -Price - compared to a traditional immigration lawyer they were much more cost effective. Your case may not be treated as personally but I would say a lot of the quotes I got from the lawyers were about 3-4x more in cost. -Automatic forms - This is by far the best thing they have going for them. Their website has a lot of things set up to be filled out as easy to understand boxes, that just generate into the final form that is summited to the government. I looked into doing the process by myself and the forms are not super clear so having these tools made life much easier. -Form checking accuracy - throughout all my steps there was usually a form that needed to be updated/changed/redone and they seemed to catch it every time before the final submission was sent out. They say that your forms are checked by 3 separate people each time before the submission and I do believe that. -Persistence on keeping the case moving - when they are expecting a form from you or information they will generally email you weekly about it, yes this can be slightly annoying but I am someone who appreciates ever push towards my end goal. Cons: -Quick/General questions - from what I gather there is a team based in NV that handles the paperwork, they are very skilled. Calls and other questions are outsourced to other centers. This means that if you are directed to a call center to get a question answered (phone or email) then its most likely going to be a copy paste off the USCIS website. This is generally not helpful, as I am usually asking for clarification on that section anyways. Overall not a bad company, just a few shortcomings here and there that can lead to minor frustrations.RapidVisa, Inc.

5 starsI would like to write this honest review to those new customers deciding whether Rapid Visa is worth-it if it's a scam and if it's better to hire a lawyer instead of retaining Rapid Visa's services. First and foremost, Rapid Visa is not a lawyer-based company.Even though they retain a lawyer, if you pay the extra service as stated on their website, an immigration attorney can review documents that will be submitted to the government and give you feedback, but through the whole process, they make it very clear they are not licensed to practice immigration law, and they are only a company with many cases of experience. It's kind of like, people who have done this play multiple lines, know what the government is looking for, and are just charging you for that experience and guidance of this long and intimidating process. If you are unsure of their services, they are very clear with what they offer, and please pay close attention to their refund policies. Personally, for someone who works in retail, they are there for a reason, and nobody should be the exception unless they have a darn good reason. Until this day, I recently got approved for my I-130 visa thanks to the guidance I was provided by the personnel at this company. Can you do this by yourself? Yes! Is all the information that Rapid Risa provide is unique? No! If you are a self-driven person and want to give it a shot on your own, there are multiple online forums and web pages that will allow you to have the information they provide. But with that in mind, you have to be very thorough with every document you will submit. Know the product you are buying through them; you need to understand that this problem is not like a math problem, that it has a simple solution. An immigration case can be as complex as weather, not knowing how a case may develop from here to a few months. This is not a fast food restaurant, and things will take time, especially after covid and the backlog of cases. I recommend this service.Review fromEdward R

We appreciate the feedback and understand that we missed the mark. Immigration is an investment into the family unit. We know that immigration and USCIS issues can be nerve-racking and expensive. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days on the original payment source.RapidVisa, Inc.
