    My Father got a car loan from consumer portfolio services I called numerous of times to try to let consumer Portfolio know he was sick from cancer they then took upon themselves and called all his family meme even his son in Hawaii that knew none of his business by going on FB looking his family up I made a payment they tried to say it didn't go through after it says completed when I paid that never sent a repossession letter or notice to cure they then came and illegally repo the car at 11:30 at night VA laws states that they need to let you know the contract was breach after they told personal information to people who had nothing to do with the loan or even used as a reference VA laws states for late payment you have 30 to 90 days to pay on late payment all these reviews is not a lie I'm seeking a attorney for them and the car company who came and repossessed the car they didn't care about my God father being sick at all they only tell you they won't have contact with you only in writing after you complain about them calling people they shouldn't they don't follow the laws and codes at all they are getting away with people money and stealing cars back this is fraud and I need help with with my God dad car being returned back asap they make you talk to different people who tells you different things I will be taking action very soon worst experience of my life ever

    Is there a way to put a zero star? I’ve made multiple attempts for three days to pay off a car which the balance is upward of 7k, according to cps I’m only allowed to pay 5,000 at a time but if car isn’t paid within two days the payoff increases

    I had two cars stolen in less than a month ( Kia and Hyundai) I had to buy a car within hours because of the rental needing to be back after last car was totaled. I went to ***** in the Quadcities. They got me and decent car that has lasted only two years. When I called to find out my payoff with CPS I found out that because I had paid later than 5 days half the time only 145.60 had come off of my loan. I have paid them 8,423.56 and still owe 15,000. Please stay far away from this company and ***** as they push this company.

    Worst lending to buy a car with. Don't do it. They lie about payments being not made and make your credit appear bad. The customer service reps are rude and make promises that they do not keep. This company preys on people with bad credit and does nothing to help the situation.

    Worse company. Do not get any loan with this company or they ruin your credit. Even if you make payments your loan doesn’t go down because interest are so high and they ruined my credit so bad

    I’ve received some mail from this company claiming that I attempted to finance for a vehicle but was denied due to a low credit score (don’t use credit) I think I’m a victim to identity theft!!! I don’t know how my social security number got out but I’m not going to stop until I know who’s responsible for trying to steal my identity.

    There are a lot of negative reviews, but I need to leave a positive. I have had some hard times, and this company has always worked with me to resolve an issue. Communication is key and they are very receptive and willing to work with you. Yes, I have a very high interest rate, but they are beyond helpful if life happens, and you fall behind.

    This company is the wost ever. I hate My only option is them becausr of ssome miseducated choices in life. Im definitely. doing what I need to do to not ever have to use them again. They not on the same page. Try to double and bully you into your payment. Granted they are due their funds for a services, but be on the same page. I cant to get them out my hair. I never had such a horrific experience with a loan company of. any kind.

    Bought a vehicle May 2024. Don't have any plates. Contact their Title department and they don't have a title. How can you finance a vehicle you don't have a title for? How do you recommend the customer-Me, to file for a bond title? I asked them for assistance because I need my car registered and license plates. But I receive calls because this month's payment is late. Help me!
