    I'm at the verge of filing a lawsuit for harassment. I used to do student loan debt collectionn, they're are state guidelines and regulations by law you have to follow when calling people. This company DOES NOT abide by Ohio laws. I've had my vehicle reprocessed once with a total amount due of $2300 4 months behind. Right now today, total amount due approx $1200 and my account is in recovery. Financially speaking right now, I'm not able to double pay every month to get caught up and I'm not going to be bullied if I'm not able to. I've done more than my part. I've expressed hardship and cooperated beyond measures. I tell them what hours I'm working, when I'm available to speak. They call when I'm at work. Maybe once a week I get a call. When I don't answer they call family members that I never even used as a reference. To justify they actions for calling my parents is, I didn't answer my phone. I have a job, just like you. I have a job that I am not permitted to use my phone during work hours but you continue to call. I haven't seen a paper bill in months, My phone is not disconnected, by Ohio Law that's the only time you can call other people to reach the account holder. My parents have told these people do not call them and they continue. I've asked them not to call my parents, they continue. The means never justify the ends. These people bill in advance, so when you fall behind, you're 3 months behind instead of 2. I don't appreciate being disrespected as a cooperating customer. I'm not going to repeat myself. I don't feel I need to explain my day to day life and how I control my finances just to be respected. Those strong on techniques do not work for me. I understand people have a job to do, but being rude to people who are paying they're account is not the answer. I wish I never signed that loan agreement 3 years ago. I LOVE my vehicle, but I will let them come get it, take a hit to my credit report just so I don't have to be bothered.

    DON'T DO IT! I had to file a complaint because they were literally harassing me. Finally got a cease and desist letter today saying they can't contact me anymore because it was THAT BAD.
    TERRIBLE, DISHONEST, SELFISH, DISGUSTING company that says they care but they just don't tell you they mean ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY.. A crappy staff that fits right in with their lack of values.. And if they don't hang up on you when you ask for a Supervisor- the supervisor won't answer their phone or atleast call you back.
    They knew I was in a car accident that could've killed me and it totaled my car completely.. They reported my late payment.
    They knew insurance was gonna pay out for the car.. Still reported my payment to credit bureaus.
    They got $16,000.00.. And just days later, reported my payment late to again hurt my credit.
    They now know my GAP insurance is covering the difference of $4k.. Still expected a payment anyways.. And on purpose as an extra F U cause I went off on their rude, talking down to you, wanting to yell at and over me customer service rep. They have absolutely ruined my credit by over 100pts without a care and trust me.. They'll be ruining yours too if you make the same mistake as many of us have..

    This company is the worst to have your auto loan financed through. They are harassing their reps are rude. They will make an agreement with you and then tell you that it was never made even though its documented on the account. It was on a recorded call as they always tell you were on a recorded line. Yeah, its for the protection of the customer so when they lie and say that they never said some thing you have the recording and you also have it in writing. I now have had to put two cease-and-desist orders on them because of their harassment they dont know what it means when you tell them that you only want communication from them in writing via email or **** because they continue to call if I can give them negative stars, I would this is the rudest and worst lending service I have ever had to deal with.

    I think this company doesnt respect people on the phone they hang up on you ask for a supervisor there is only one supervisor and they try to tell you what to do than say you yell on phone they are very disrespectful people at this company dont go here you going to get bad service

    new roads was great nathan helped though the the presses got the truck i needed and with my credit i didn't think anyone would give me a loan.got a low monthly payment i could afford if you been turned down by everyone else give these guys a try. Larry B

    I give them 💥💥☄ïï��ï��A BIG FAT ZERO☄ïï��ï��‼ïï��ï��💯This company is ABSOLUTELY the WORST in my 55 years of existence‼ïï��ï��I have paid off four cars & NEVER been treated so horrible! After contracting covid back in October 2021 I fell behind in a car payment! After calling to work out something as I have been paying on this account for three years before Covid and thinking something could be worked out. After all I had severe pneumonia complications as I am disabled veteran & to date I am still under Department of Veterans Affairs medical care for it. I was lectured on how I was to spend stimulus checks the feds was giving! That's right folks! Never mind the economy is shot, covid is affecting millions, people everywhere can't work, lost their job, waiting on backlogs of unemployment claims! But this business is going to tell you how to spend your stimulus checks when I dare say everybody in the nation right now is running 30 days behind trying to pay their bills & buy food! Spread the word my fellow brothers and sisters in arms! We can SHUT THEM DOWN!!! They Harass you, family & friends over being 30 days or less behind!! It is not worth it! I just got off phone blasting them as I traded my vehicle in July to get away from this POLICE STATE led business that dictates the consumers! The dealer called them last month requesting a payoff & my credit report was in great standing even running behind 30 days with aforementioned disaster and disgraceful company. Today, when I checked my report my credit score dropped 30 points because CPS reported even after dealer PAYING them off for my new car!!! They informed me I had to make another payment on my now closed account!! I told them they were severely mistaken because after dealer calls them for payoff I am no longer in the picture!!!! They are the most unprofessional, demeaning bunch of liars I have ever done business with!!! *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************************************************** *************************** DO IT MY FELLOW AMERICANS!! BEWARE‼ïï*****************************
