    My Complaint:The written up contract that they have you sign for a auto loan to purchase thru dealership here in ********* is a rip off to the consumer especially to those who has a low credit score and can not get a Auto loan any where else. Once into the Contract they force you into a longer extension to pay off the loan by adding on your contract extra hidden fees., such as late fees and penalties that can add up every day until your next scheduled payment is made or the loan is paid off so watch out for this ************************** Services started in ****, within that time They have not offer any solutions to helping the working poor and people of color to give them advice to improving their credit score while maintaining an loan with them. So be forewarned.

    This is possibly the worst finance company I have ever worked with. Despite the fact that I have never been late on a payment. I pay a late fee every month. I tried to pay off my car online and over the phone. And was told that I couldn't. I mailed a check in and it mysteriously got lost in the mail. Then I overnighted a check with tracking on it.. The Post Office says it was delivered, but they are still saying that they haven't received it. If they haven't cashed the check by next week, I'm getting a lawyer.

    Find any other company to work with if you can. My car was totaled in May 2023 and this company has had no grace in helping with this matter. I filed all of my claims and paperwork in a timely manner, provided updates to CPS as needed, and the past month has been a waiting game to get the final check to pay off the balance. The company is still charging interest and late fees for a car I haven't had in the past 2 months since it was towed and claims I am 2 months behind on payments. I shouldn't be making payments on a car that was totaled by insurance and they have documentation for proof. The rep I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. She asked why I was behind on payments. Ma'am, I no longer have this vehicle and you have documentation verifying this information that the car WILL be paid off. Each time I call, they tell me a different payoff amount despite saying this last until "said date". They lie and deceive just to get your money. Do NOT use this company.

    I was I could give CPS a negative 1 star. Terrible company. They shouldn't even be allowed to do business. CPS reported I was 30 days behind when in fact I was 10 days late on my payment. Obviously someone can't count. They customer service reps are rude and have no soft skills whatsoever. There should definitely be a class action lawsuit against this company to put them out of business for good.

    I have read some of the reviews which were very disturbing but there is some truth in these reviews. As far as my loan agent...awesome customer services...her knowledge of the business and conditions were very clear. As far as someone like myself trying to improve my credit it comes with the territory your credit affects your interest rate. When calling customer services - CPS - the customers are correct and the representatives are very rude. Its funny I have only missed one payment that was well over a year into my loan for the first car...I was really taken back by this...I will say if it was not for Loan Agent I really believe I would have taken another route. I deal with billing and the best advice I can give regarding this company is... they really need their customer service representatives to take empathy classes and a course on how to talk to people. I have recently experienced a representative talking to me in a way I felt she thought I was lying. It took a Supervisor Ms. **** to explain why I kept getting a message that there was something wrong with my address when I had my first loan. This message was in my text message from the 1st day of the loan. My Lot number was coded as L47 not Lot 47. The code L47 is for recovery which now I understand why the representatives were speaking to me in that tone. My problem every time I call to express my address is correct, not one representative took it upon themselves to correct the problem. This is my point, I really did not like the way I was spoken to whenever I called regarding my account due to it being flagged with the Code L47. I would greatly appreciated if my concern is address and correct so no other customer should have to feel they are a bad customer especially those who pay their bills

    Absolutely THE worst finance company ever.
    I've been told I've legitimately paid my car off twice with all the fees. I was within one payment to finally get it paid off and had surgery. My final amount tripled!!! I'm houseless since covid. My car needed a new engine so I've got no house, I didn't have a car for 6 months and have had the worst time the past couple of years because of this pandemic. Have they worked with me? No.
    Find another finance company or as soon as you can, refinance with a better bank

    Danelia ****** is the worst reprre4sentative I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Her and CPS will not work with you at all and have sent back the last 5 DEALS our deazlership submitted (All of which have been happily funded through other lenders)
    Avoid at all costs.

    Elsie ******** was awesome. She was so nice,patient ,helpful and professional. She did everything that needed to be done to make my purchase a breeze. I didn't know car buying could be so simple and easy. I got the car I wanted and a zero down payment with a affordable monthly payment. Thanks Elsie and new roads!!!!!

    Received a Congratulations for approval after submitting all of my personal information to Wunnikka Dewe- Loan Consultant. I was sent to Auto Beautique LLC in Jacksonville Fl. I was told to look for a vehicle and stay 25% below the approval amount. I did exactly what I was told. I was quoted almost $5000 more than the approval amount, wanting me to put down $3500 .+ pay for a warranty I did not ask for, at the finance office. So the finance person called me and told me to make a list of vehicles that is around $12000-$13000. I did then went in next morning at 1015am It is 309pm. No vehicle. They consumer portfolio office is not responding to the finance people or me. So the car went back out to be sold. At this point what do I do? This is how our world has come to? It is very heartless. They are working together preying on the ignorance of the less fortunate, God help us??

    This company is terrible. If you don’t have to use them- DONT!!! I understand that the individuals are doing their job but there’s no reason to be rude about it. As soon as I fix my credit I will be refinancing and finding a company that isn’t rude.
