      Beware of this company. Lenses are cheap but they charge $50 for "fees and handling" with no explanation of what those fees and handling are. It's not shipping, that's added separately. Not an honest company. Right after I clicked I tried to cancel and disputed with my bank but, no good. They refused to cancel, waiting 48 hours to answer my dispute, then saying the contacts were shipped. Hopefully they aren't expired once I get them.

      3/23/23 NO REBATE.
      Seems to be the running theme. I received my contacts in January of this year, 2023. I printed the rebate, cute the proof from my boxes and mailed it immediately. I called and inquired about my rebate approximately 3 weeks ago. They stated they hadn't received it yet, to give it a little more time. I did and now they are still telling me they never received it and that my rebate has expired. I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THEM AGAIN.

      I'm sorry but this site is such a scam. Their "eye test" hardly even qualifies as one. I was not expecting a full eye exam from a website and they make it clear that they don't provide a comprehensive exam anyway, which is fine. I just needed an updated rx and my eyes aren't that bad. However, on their homepage they have photos that show a completely different eye test from the one you actually take. They also claim that they will not charge your card until they have provided you with an rx, which takes up to 24 hrs after the eye test. Of course, immediately after entering my card info, I get a notification from my cc app saying my card has been charged. It may only be $9.99, but that doesn't change the principle of them charging me for an exam and rx I hadn't received. After taking the test, a survey came up and I wrote all of this out, adding that I would need a refund if I wasn't given the rx as promised. I immediately received an email saying they couldn't provide me with an rx due to "inconsistencies" in my eye test. Thankfully they removed the charge from my cc, saving me the trouble (how about they just don't charge people in the first place until they actually provide a service, instead of having to reverse charges?). It didn't specify the "inconsistencies" because it was bs. I have a simple astigmatism and the "eye test" is the most rudimentary, nonmedical thing they could have come up with. I have no idea how it's possibly legal to provide people with an rx based on that, even if the rx stays the same. They must have some seriously good legalese in their disclaimers to be able to operate like this.
      Unfortunately there's still no affordable option for optometry in the US. There are too many places that prey on Americans' lack of access to affordable, decent, and necessary healthcare, and they should be ashamed for doing so.

      Rebate process takes way to long and is such a hassle. They certainly make you work for your rebate with hopes you forget about it. Customer service is never helpful either.

      This company has gone down hill. I ordered from them in the past and received my rebate without an issue. However Nov 2022 I mailed the rebate following the instructions to fill out the form and cut UPC from box. They claim they never received the rebate. I recommend not ordering from Lens.com with their scam rebate process.

      I have been using Lens.com for a few years and never really had any issues until recently. My prescription changed, I entered the correct information on their website -3.75 with Add of +2.5. I received confirmation they validated my prescription. I ordered 2 boxes as normal and when I got them, one box was +3.75 with Add of +2.5. These are completely useless to me... I called customer service and was told since I opened the box they couldnt be returned. I asked what is the return policy and the customer service politely shoed me. I asked why is this not displayed when placing the order because when I opened the box, I had already removed my glasses only to find out YOU shipped the incorrect prescription. I simply asked to send back the contacts in the box they came and was denied. I asked for a supervisor, they said I would get a call back... nearly a week later, there has been no call back. I contacted them again today and was told no supervisor was available. I know I cannot be the only person to have this problem and I am going to begin searching for others and to see about the validity of filing a class action lawsuit. Lens.com shipped the incorrect box, so pretty clear they have NO QC process to keep this from happening. The return policy should be prominently displayed at checkout when you select and submit your prescription and you should have to agree to it at that time!

      This business advertises one price for lenses and during checkout, a shipping fee is added. Then after checkout, a processing fee is attached to the order. No mention of it prior to actual payment. I had to pull up my receipt to see why the order total was so much more than advertised. When I called to cancel the order and told the representative why I was canceling, she said nothing, offered no apology, nothing. Such an underhanded move by a business is dishonest and lacks any sort of fee transparency that any online business should have.

      Same issue for rebate. Ordered in July 2022. By January they sent email saying rebates car for $125 in total was on the way. Never received it. Request reissue the rebate till this day over 8 months. Not seeing anything. No more business for lens.com from me.

      SCAM ALERT !
      The "Rebate" is a total scam! After several emails and about many phone calls with "supervisors" asking where my rebate was after 5 months. I was told that they never received my rebate form that I sent. They asked if I sent it certified mail. Once I told them that I didn't send it certified they conveniently said that it never arrived. The customer service reps were very nice but had no authority to honor the rebate. The supervisors Candy and Justin were rude and did not care. They said just send an email. The email replies from Kevin said to call the phone number. This was one big circle jerk. There are sooooo many online options to get contacts and most give discounts for first time buyers. Please use ANY one of them that are NOT Lens.com If I could give it zero or negative stars then I would have.

      They used to be good. Now I don’t even think they are legitimate contacts. Thankfully mine are dailies but at the same time I lost count on how many I’ve had to throw out immediately after opening. Besides those issues, like others have stated, my rebate is still processing. We are into month 6 now and I can’t even get an email response, let alone someone on the phone.
