      I ordered 4 boxes of my contacts which came out to $252.96.
      Then Taxes and Fees were added. Another $110.96.
      I picked the cheapest shipping which was $9.95. I have absolutely NO CLUE how the taxes and fees can come up to $110.96. And after several calls and many emails, it sounds like they can’t give me a straight answer either.

      After being a customer for years, I've noticed big changes in business practices that are concerning.
      In addition to not sending out rebates as promised, there are other practices that are unclear and questionable. Recently, Lens.com increased the "tax and fees" charge that is added in the very last step of purchasing. When I noticed it was over a third of the cost of my total order (over $100 on a roughly $160 order), I looked into it.
      After messaging with the "chat" option on the website, messaging on Facebook and Twitter, and speaking directly with three different people at Lens.com ... I am still in the dark. Nobody will lay out what the "tax and fees" charge is for, nor why it has increased so much recently. In fact, I was told directly, by a supervisor, that the tax "isn't really a tax" ... which is questionable at best and intentionally misleading at worst.
      I've asked for a simple line item, but am told they "don't do that" ... I've asked for help in understanding the exorbitant increase, but was told "we don't have that information" and that they can't get it for me either.
      Shady, poor, misleading business practices have made me move my business elsewhere.

      I have ordered contacts from this company for years. I have never had any issues in the past even with their rebates. However, my recent experience did not go well. I ordered lenses in Nov 2022 and mailed in the rebate as per their instructions as I have done in the past and they claim they never received it. It was sent a few days after I received the lenses and could cut out the required code from the boxes. Just seems too convenient for them to claim never having received it. I don't trust this company anymore and will not do business with them again. Based on the reviews I see here I'm not the only one. I suspect their rebates may now be scams. 0 stars but this won't take without at least one-but really 0.

      Don't get Scammed on their rebate that they don't offer. I purchased lenses in October and got scammed in January with "?We weren't able to receive the signed rebate form from you with the attached SKU from your order, that is the reason why it got expired." which is false. In review of others, this is a common complaint."

      Like others who have complained about their "FEE". My order was for $91. The fee they charge for the privilege of doing business with them was %50 percent of the price. That FEE was no where to be found when placing the order. Surprise!!! Here is the bill with no explanation of the extra charge until you call them to clarify the billing error at which time you are told that the fee was shown to you at the time of checkout. If it was it was well hidden. Never again will I do business with these thieves.

      I WILL NEVER...REPEAT NEVER be purchasing from Lens.com again! Their scammy pricing is only the price one pays after doing a very dangerous and tedious cutting out of ALL UPCs thus literally RUINING the boxes that you store your un-used contacts in......ludicrous since they are the ones that sold me all the boxes. Sad they had to make this process even more then it was originally..I'm OUT now. THEY will never see another dime of my money! And I plan to keep rate rate rating so everyone is alerted of their LAME business tactics!

      Same issue as below waited 6+ months to get rebate card. Rebate processed 8/8 just received card last week 2/26. Also had another order they bait and switched me on. Ordered off link exclaiming rebate offer sent to my email...got contacts and checked site for rebate details to which none were found. Called and live chatted and was told the offer expired one day prior to my order....but I ordered same day I got the email with the offer. 10 years I ordered from lens.com but no longer.

      BEWARE....BEWARE...Horrible Liars...I am a long term lens.com customer. They make every excuse not to give you the rebate!!! I will never place an order with LENS.COM again!
