      I ordered my contact lenses on 7/5/22. My $85 visa rebate card was not mailed out till 2/8/23 (over 7 months). I went out to use the debit card it already had a $0 balance(already been used up.) I contacted the website on the back 'MyPrepaidcenter.com" and they told me it would take 60 to 90 days to get any information back to me. Sounds like a scam. NIGHTMARE! Bill ******

      I have been buying contacts for my entire family from Lens.com for well over 10 years. Their prices always worked out to be the lowest when taking the rebates into account. Today I went to order two boxes of 90 daily contacts (so not eligible for a rebate, which was fine). Total for the two boxes was $108.58, plus $17.95 for 2-day FedEx shipping (my choice). At checkout my total was approx. $179. Tax where I live is 6%, so they were charging me an extra $47 in "fees". NOWHERE on the checkout page was this fee shown as a line item. I reached out and they told me it's some kind of processing fee. Outrageous! I looked back at a much larger order I placed back in 2020 and I was charged a fee of about $25, which I didn't notice at the time, so shame on me. But now I know, and I'll never order from them again. Ordered from Costco, total of $113.74 and free shipping. Beware and spread the word about their shady fees.

      I mailed the rebate form back in June 2022 via certified mail. I called them last November inquiring about the rebate card and I was told that they are running behind in processing rebates. I finally received an email stating that my rebate card has been mailed on January 20, 2023. It's been a month now since they claimed that they mailed the rebate card and I still haven't received. It's been a total of 8 months since I submitted the rebate form.
      I will never purchase from this place again. They said that they need to reissue another rebate card so we'll see how much longer that will take and if I actually receive it. This is a horrible way to run a business.

      We had the same issue with not receiving the rebate and it’s been more than 5 months since we placed the order. My husband called and they will send it out, but we’ll have to wait longer and see if it even shows up.
      Also, I tried placing an order for 8 boxes of contacts and the tax and fees was $242!! Not ok. That’s ridiculous.

      Same story as everyone else. Ordered in November 2022 and claimed they didn't receive my rebate forms. This company is a joke. Now I am worried my prescription might be wrong. I am still using my old contacts as I was not completely out yet.

      I will never buy from lens.com again. I purchased lenses in June 2022. They claim they received my rebate form August, '22 and their rebate team is running behind the standard processing time.
      This happened to me a few years ago but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was during Covid. Should have known better.

      Horrible customer service. Hidden fees. Order arrived two weeks after promised. Sent in rebate form with requested proofs of purchase long before the deadline. Spoke with customer service to follow up on rebate and was told they never received it and there is nothing they can do. If you choose to order from them, either be prepared to not receive your rebate money, or make sure you mail the form with certified with return receipt so you can prove they received it.

      This company is giving faulty contact lenses and is not the prescription sent to them by the real eye doctor. When confronted about this, the company's representative pretty much accused me of lying, like I don't know how my vision is supposed to be able to see through it. I was lied to and told they would send me a label for a refund. it's been over a week, and I still haven't received the return label. When I called back on 2/13/2023, i was told the same thing, however the manager refused to come to the phone and speak with me. This business is going to cause someone to go blind due to sending faulty contact lenses.

      I bought contacts from Lens.com on 9/1/2022. Supposed to get a $75 rebate. Never have. Today is 2/9/2023. Still no rebate. Horrible company, will never buy from again.

      I ordered my contacts with a $85 Rebate. I printed and sent in my Rebate Form in time, and it was processed in their system 9/1/2022. It's currently 2/8/2023, and I still have not received it! It has been pending "Card Mailed by VISA Card Processor" for months. I contacted them in Dec 2022, only for their customer service to tell me it's because of "supply chain issues" and to wait an additional 8 weeks ON TOP of the already 12 weeks. From my last contact with customer service:
      "they ask that we allow at least 20 plus weeks for processing and for them to get the card mailed out to you (12 weeks normal processing time plus approximately 8 additional weeks for the current backlog at the processing center). "
      On the website, it says "The service levels of our rebate vendors have been seriously impacted by global raw material supply chain delays." I don't understand what "raw materials" go into loading a Visa gift card.
      This wait is ridiculous. I would not recommend using Lens.com! At first, the prices look cheaper than the other contact lens websites, but after fees and the lack of rebate, it's almost the same.
